1 quiet large room for Rent. I'm not home a lot, work full time. And have a second job. Don't mind if it is short term stay. Great location, the house is furnished excluding a bed in the room. Can arrange a bed if you need. Cupboard in room. No rent paid on time you are out, without questions.
I’m clean, I bake, I occasionally knit. I’m your grandma except more open-minded. Probably. I’m a non-smoker and I drink very occasionally - I’m much more likely to deso drive you to maccas. I work part time as a receptionist and attempt to be an artist the other part of the time. I have one, house trained cat who thinks he’s a dog.
Master bedroom available while I am studying overseas, from the start of December, sharing with my male flatmate and then with me when I return home and he moves out. The room is a good size 3.9m x 3.3m. The room is furnished with a queen bed with a new mattress, bedside table, small desk with chair, chest of drawers and built in robe for plenty of storage. Shared bathroom had just been renovated. The location is great, on Cross road for convenience, but tucked away so it is nice and quiet. Buses and trains are a 5 minute walk away and about 10 minutes drive to both Flinders Uni and the city or 20 minutes by bike. Supermarket is 500m away and there are restaurants nearby. The neighbours are quiet but friendly and there is quite a lot of green space and I have a little garden on the porch. But unfortunately there is no enclosed yard so no pets.
I love to have a chat over a cuppa. I enjoy cooking and gardening. I am respectful. I have a 4 year old spoodle named Banjo who loves belly rubs and cuddling. Love playing games but my favourite thing to do is to sit down with a good book.
Hey future flatmates :) My name is Zoey and I'm a final year nursing student working part-time. I am looking for a room in a gay-friendly shared house, I like to keep things tidy, nice and clean! I have a digital piano and I write scores, would love to live with people who enjoy art and music. I keep the volume down when necessary, it will not bother anyone :) I'm pretty chill, easy to get along with, like to grab a drink or two in town with friends on the weekends when I'm not busy. Or stay home read and Netflix. If you have a place available in my preferred suburbs, please hit me up :D

Friendly, sociable, love to go out but also appreciate spending the night in. I study quite a bit for my course as well and can respect people's privacy. Sometimes I'll study at Uni, sometimes at home, but I'd say I'm out quite a lot because of my casual job anyway. Move date is extremely flexible right now as I'm not in a time-sensitive position. I speak a bit of Spanish and can cook an alright meal every now and then!

Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Easy-going, fun and friendly. Would prefer to be in a social household with like minded people. Hospitality worker that works a different roster every week but mainly nights and weekends. Enjoys cooking, music, having mates around and watching the footy with a cold beer.

Hi, my name's Sarah and I'm looking to move to a share house to save some money on rent. I currently live alone with my dog Max. He's a very well-behaved Maltese cross who adores cuddles. I'm currently working part-time but will be moving to full-time soon. I tend to keep to myself most of the time but I also like to socialise and have a chat, so ideally I'd like to live with others that are similar. I usually spend my spare time reading, watching Netflix or catching up with friends. I'm a bit of a foodie and love going out to dinner.
Huge 6 room house with big lounge, kitchen and a nice private backyard. Furnished house, but room is unfurnished. Can come with a double bed if requested. Room already has a large wardrobe built in on the wall plus a desk. If you have a fridge you can bring with you it’ll be a huge bunus as ours is too small for 4 people right now. Only takes 2 minute walk to Mitcham shopping centre, and 3 gyms nearby. House is in a very nice area with 10 min drive to city and bus stop 2 minute walk away. All nearby pubs and cafes are very close by. Bathroom is shared, and there is unlimited internet not included in rent. we divide all bills which is in addition to the rent. Bills usually arent that much. Monthly internet around $12 per person, bills about $50 per person quarterly.

Hi I'm Linda! I'm from Adelaide, studying Nursing at Adelaide Uni. I also work part time in pharmacy. I am interested in sharing in a house that isn't a party house yet happy to be social and respect the privacy of others. I tend to go out to socialise rather than gatherings at home. I'm not a huge drinker..more of a heavy tea drinker! I'm a non-smoker and would prefer if other housemates were too. In my spare time I enjoy getting outside and being active, at the beach, heading out for a run, gym session, brunching, finding great places for coffee etc. I also enjoy my downtime at home reading/Netflix. I have lived in share housing before and understand the requirements of being a decent housemate that cleans up after themselves. I'm not crazy OCD, but I will endeavour to keep the place clean and tidy. Makes for good house dynamics when everyone is on the same page I think. :) - I'm not in a mad hurry to move by a particular date, yet flexible for the right house.
I’m really sweet, kind and helpful. Very tidy, the house will always be clean! I’m friendly, so I’m sure we will get along well.
Brit abroad returning to Adelaide after spending the year travelling Australia. I'm easy-going, social and into mini weekend adventures, yoga stuff, going to gigs, watching theatre, reading books, cooking loads of great food, being cultured, eating all of the brunches and getting down on the dance floor on a Friday night. All normal stuff. I'm looking to move the week of 26 November and will be staying until the end of March minimum. All I have a is a backpack so ideally the room would be furnished or part furnished!
We are a friendly french couple looking for an accommodation in Adelaide. We have already lived in a few shared houses, so we already know how to adapt to the different people and the house rules. We know how to cook and clean properly. We will bring joy and happiness into the house, but we can also be quiet. No trouble guaranteed !
Hi I'm Wen, currently living in northern suburb in adelaide. I am looking for an accommodation for myself near Flinders Medical Centre or near the beach. I am flexible with the location as long as it's down south and could prefer somewhere not too far from the city. I am grade nurse will commence new employment at FMC in 2019 Jan. Prefer somewhere I can stay minimal 6 months at least. When I am not working, I go to the gym, hiking, cooking. I like to go out as much as I can. I might be lazy in my room. But I always keep in mind and keep common areas clean and would appreaciate if everyone else could do the same. I don't mind a cleaning roster and everyone share a bit housework together.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
So.. been living in this amazing house for the past 2 years, with 4 other awesome gals. But unfortunately I am having to move to Mawson Lakes to be closer to work so we have a beautiful room available. We are located only 15 minute drive from the city. Bus stop 20 meters down the road and train station about 1 KM away. Our neighbor mows the lawn at the expense of our land lord which is lovely, he also does any handy work that may be needed. If you have any questions or interested to know more, flick me a message.
Just graduated from studying at university and about to start a full time job. Looking for a nice place to live with preferably all females, similar age. I’m down to earth, friendly and very respectable :) would love to have roommates that can also be friends :)
I'm a Student admitting in to the University Of Adelaide. Am an Indian & pretty chilled as a person, friendly & also helpful. At times, I want to experience my own space. Looking for a nice place to stay. Stay duration depends on how good the room is & also the distance from the University matters the most.
Just a young man moving from Victor Harbor to the adelaide for a job! I’m 21, working in medical administration, I love my car and have a lot of pride in my cleanliness with my car and bedroom. I’m single and gay 🤷🏼♂️. Just looking for somewhere I can live, have some laughs and be comfortable. also moving to Adelaide long term so 6 months is just a starting point. open to longer. reasons to rent to me: 1.
