Hey I'm Hannah, I'm currently living by myself but looking for housemate to get a new place with. I work full time as a gym manager and personal trainer and keep fairly busy. I'm super clean and tidy and also like the quiet so would need a housemate who was similar in that way! I also have a cat who is very friendly so would need someone who could live with him too! I enjoy company but also like my own space. I spend most of my spare time at the gym training! I rarely go out so not one to have parties etc. I'm hoping to find someone similar who I could get along well with, male or female.
Hey! In 2017, I'll be started a Masters degree at Flinders uni. I moved to Adl five years ago from Whyalla and have been living in shared houses ever since so I completely understand the importance of respect and cleanliness involved in shared living but am also super easy going and keen to have fun times. I love cooking and I love wine!
My partner and I are seeking housemates for a share house in Adelaide. Our current lease ends in late February, so looking to move around then. We're undecided as to which area we'd like to move, so that's open to discussion. We're both hella easy going, tidy people. We spend a lot of our time surfing cafes and restaurants, hiking and exploring with our dog, bumming around at home watching movies, spinning records, etc. We love cooking, but are always down for a good pizza! We both have exceptional taste in music. I am learning keyboard and Thomas plays guitar. I work at a restaurant/bar in the evenings and Thomas works nights during the week, though we're planning to start a gardening business in the coming year. We have 2 silly cats and a friendly dog, who we take everywhere with us. Send us a message if you are interested :)
Large 3 bedroom home in convenient location only 10 minutes drive (20 minutes bus) from the city. Quiet and safe location in a great area with a large yard, off-street parking either at the front of the property or in the rear shed, and very close to shops. You can pick your bedroom depending on your budget and size requirement. A large master bedroom is available with an ensuite for $150 a week or a smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom for $120 a week. These prices include internet however water, gas and electricity bills will be split. Couples also considered.
Hey guys, if your ideal share house is your own uninterrupted quiet and private space then look no further! This fantastic room is a modern garage conversion which is totally separate to the house giving you your own private retreat. No more being woken up by other residents making noise at all hours of the night! The room is fully furnished with a single bed, a massive double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, a large-screen television, sound system, your own dining table and a microwave. The living area has a projector and surround sound system which is fantastic for watching movies as well as a piano and fully equipped kitchen with modern gas-top cooking and a dishwasher. The rear yard is huge with plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. It's still a work in progress but eventually we will have gardens as well as an outdoor dining set. You're only 20 minutes by bus to Flinders university (10 mins by car) and 24 minutes by bus to the CBD. A short walk will take you to Drakes Foodland supermarket and a short 2 minute drive will take you to a huge new Woolworths shopping center as well as plenty of restaurants and take-away shops to choose from. We are one couple living at the address and we're very easygoing and great company. So please don't hesitate to contact us and come and say hi! Looking forward to meeting you :)
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me & I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying. I've recently moved from Brisbane & looking forward to getting established here.
Hey I'm Kait, I am looking for a house to move into until September 2017. Close to the city with my dog Pepper; a five year old dalmatian who's very well trained and a outside dog. She gets along with everyone and all other animals. Bit about my self. I work at an on the run while looking for other work. I am also a vet nurse what's a bonus if you have any pets that need looking after. I am not a party animal but i do like having a few drinks after work and relaxing with housemates. I like cooking and sharing meals with the house. I would really like to move into a house with people my own age (20 to 30) If you think you have a place for me please call or msg me
I'm a health professional recently moved back to Adelaide from the Gold Coast after 10 years away. I love food and wine, lazy lunches and getting out in nature (I'm a country kid). Looking to share with reasonably social friendly people who like a laugh.
Hey guys my name is Rikki-Lee, im 22 ( 23 in 20 days and currently working part time. I'm studying a diploma of Children services online and three/four times a week I help my mate with his renovating business. I'd be an awesome roomie, i get along with everyone, clean up after myself and always make sure my rents/bills are up to date. I'm a clean, bubbly, relaible outgoing energizer bunny. My parents own a pig farm south of Tailem Bend and i grew up on the country so I'm indepentdent and impervisie. I like going home everynow and then to see my family and get some space from the city life. I love meeting new people and love letting my hair down. I've got previous references that wouldn't say a bad word about my realestate history :)
My name is Alice and I'm looking for a place to stay. I whip up awesome dinners and love to share them with others. I like to keep my place tidy and clean. I have a small puppy (Clark) who is also looking for a place to call home:)
I'm 18, have two cats (may not be able to bring them, it will depend on current house mates decisions), likes geeky things, happy to do any house work tasks, skilled at archery and enjoys outdoor actives. I'm generally positive and easy going, I enjoy an equal balance of socialising and alone time. I'm in a relationship and would like to have my girlfriend come over a few times a month if possible. I like most movies and like all music, not to fused with what shows we would watch. I am currently living in a share house with family members and it is no longer a desirable environment and is becoming unbearable, this will be the first time I have moved out by myself (without a family member or sibling) so I am a little nervous but settle in and adapt to things rather quickly, I like a tidy household and I'm very respectful of people's space.
I'm a 25-year-old PhD student, I'm Belgian, but I've been living in the UK for the last 1,5 year. For my PhD I have to work 2 years at the University of Adelaide, so I'm looking for somewhere to live! I'm looking for a room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, preferably. My hobbies are reading (a lot), everything SFF, sports and blogging.
48 year old professional guy working in Adelaide city. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son. Currently I share with one other mature guy in a lovely house in Unley however the lease is up and the owner wants to sell. Thanks Andrew
I would say I am a laid back and down to earth person with a strong passion for technology and the arts. I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.

This brick and sandstone early 20th century house in a leafy street has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and floor coverings. Your room is furnished with a large wardrobe and a table, but no bed. The common areas including the kitchen are well equipped. There is a 900mm gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a top-loading washing machine. R/C airconditioning, and gas heating service the common areas. Less than 5 minutes walk to bus and train public transport, this house is approximately equidistant to both Adelaide and Flinders Universities and even closer to the Waite Institute. Mitcham shopping centre is also about 5 mins walk away. The front garden is a productive patch which is both beautiful and produces lots of vegetables - especially if you want to put in the work! You will pay for gas, electricity and water use as a share of the household. Internet is provided.

I'm a second year Law student at the University of Adelaide. I like my own space so I'm generally pretty quiet around the house, but I'm always up for random chats and watching movies. I'm relatively tidy, very respectful of other people's space, and I like to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
