My partner Daniel (male 29) and I (female 30) are looking for two rooms (they don't need to be big rooms, we just need two rather than one big one) for about six months if the place doesn't allow pets, or hopefully long term if we can find a pet friendly place as we plan to adopt a cat at some point. We also love dogs and all other animals but at the moment we don't have any pets. We are pretty quiet but also friendly and like to get on well with our housemates. We are open minded and down to earth and get along well with most people. Both of us like to keep living spaces clean and tidy and when at home we like to do gardening trying to grow vegetables or watching movies, reading, making and eating lots of soups etc we're not as boring as we sound really. We would love to make friends with our housemates and maybe watch horror movies together sometimes or other stuff at home but we are perfectly happy to just keep to ourselves if you like more alone time :) I'm a student at Flinders and Dan works and studies. Always pay rent and bills on time and can provide references. Been at our current place for a couple of years and only moving because we need a bit more space. I'm really hoping to have access to a bath tub because I've really missed being able to have the occasional relaxing bath :) and also some outside space like a good size courtyard or even an actual garden would be amazing. We can pay up to $350 per week if room has a bed and bills are included. Otherwise more like $300 max. Can move from about 8th June or maybe earlier.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University and hope to broaden my horizon with forensic science along the way! At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as I have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Moving out of a wonderful home soon sadly as I'm living in a good friend's room for 7 months while she's overseas and she's about to need her room back! Full-time Uni student, part-time Marketing Coordinator. I travel to Melbourne quite a bit for work also. Love music, very placid and easy going, pretty into my studies and work however also very social and love my friends and hanging out. Have been doing the house mate thing for a while so I know all of the unspoken rules of house share and drama won't be an issue with me as I avoid it like the plague. Looking to score a one bedroom/studio or share a homely space with like minded, cool people :)

Hey! I'm an open minded, easy to talk to and respectful person who enjoys peoples company but understanding of privacy. I will be requiring a pet friendly property for my gorgeous black lab mix, Esko. He's a very friendly dog that is very happy with a few tummy scratches and a yard to roam around. I am hopeful I can find some friendly people who are up for some chats and a good time with me and my fury friend! I am also a full time Nursery School Teacher in Hyde Park and would preferably like to find a house around the area.
I am a quiet and friendly woman looking for shared accomodation in Mitcham area or suburbs close. I work full time and keep to myself. I spend time outdoors and at the gym mostly. I may be required to catch public transport.
This property is 10 mins from town on the Bel Air train line and bus, really close to cafes, Goodwood Road, Unley Road and the South-Eastern Freeway. We have a shed decked out with a bar, we have a fully renovated kitchen and two bathrooms (one with laundry services) and a lush garden. You'd be moving into a 4.3X4m room with build in robes and could have our old housemate's desk if you wanted. Hard wood floors, large east facing window with blinds and an overhead fan. Your door is next to the bathroom and front door.
BEST LOCATION!!! Located in the beautiful Unley park. Close to bus stops on both Victoria avenue (heads to marion and down king william st into the city) ,millswood train station and goodwood road buses. My current housemate is sadly leaving me to live with her boyfriend :( The bedroom is reasonably sized with a big window and built in robes. Plenty of room for double bed and desk. House is fully furnished apart from your bedroom. House has NBN access with internet costing $30 each. Bills are usually cheap with electricity usually $150 each a quarter and we only pay connection for water which is minimal. Minimum stay 1 year - female only. This is a two bedroom unit. Located in Unley Park, great place if you love getting out for a walk. This house has a decent size living space , air-conditioning and a kitchen with a grill and oven. For those we a green thumb, we have a large garden surrounding the place however, this is maintained by the owners of the property (if you aren't into gardening). The bedroom is unfurnished (i don't own the place so cannot provide furniture) however, has a built in wardrobe and a big window. Room is reasonable size and would easily fit a queen bed and desk. Photos don't do this place justice, the area is super quiet and relaxing.
I'm 26, half Viet half Aussie. Planning to study psychology one day :) Work night shift in town. So looking for somewhere near town in south or west direction :) I also travel to Darwin every 6-8 weeks, for 2-3 weeks at a time. Looking for a place with 1-2 housemates, with rent, bills and internet included weekly. I'm quiet, friendly, tidy and outgoing :) I keep to myself and love Netflix! Haha i like going out to karaoke or seeing friends at the beach. I go to the gym a few times a week as well. Love it
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
26 years old, work 2 jobs and will be starting Uni mid-year. Very clean and I keep to myself most of the time. I have immense respect for other people and their property and I expect the same in return. I enjoy gaming and movies and going out for dinner. Looking for a safe and secure home as the reason for moving is due to attempted break-ins. I have a cat who is the light of my life and the only "family" I have here so taking him with me would be ideal. He also uses the human toilet 😉
Hi there! My name is Imogen, I'm 19, I work a few different jobs plus I am currently studying. Unfortunately the end of my current lease is coming up and I'm searching to find a new place to live preferably in the western suburbs, but also open to other locations. I have sharehouse experience, so I'm not totally clueless when it comes to cleaning and paying bills. I hope to find accommodation with like-minded individuals that I can share a couple of beers with. A bit about me? I'm a live music aficionado , can eat my body weight in baked potatoes and am a budding writer (or, well, trying to be). As well, I'm a super laid back person who is always down for a chat but can also respect that everyone needs some alone time. Also, I have a huge Russian family that are always making food and you're more than welcome to share it with me. Now THAT'S a win. 420 friendly LGBT+ friendly Vegan (but I'm not fussed whether you are or not) Pretty much anything friendly Looking forward to hearing from you!
My name's Sam, 19yo working as an overnighter at hungry jacks at the moment whilst I wait to get my licence back and resume studying mechanics as an apprentice at MTA. Been through a few sharehouse so I feel like I've picked up good, clean living habits and know how to give space but always keen for a beer and a chat. Pretty heavily into my music, play drums but don't worry I won't bring a drum kit 😂 unless you aren't opposed to loud noises Look forward to the opportunity of meeting you!
I'm an easy going individual who gets along relatively well with anyone. I'm studying education full time at Flinders uni and would be happy with any location relatively close to it.
I am a 17-year-old independent student wanting to live anywhere in Adelaide for a reasonable price. I am clean, polite, and extroverted (though not to excess). I am finishing high school this year and am planning on attending Flinders next year. For fun, I like to go to the movies, catch up with friends and unironically study.
Hi, I'm owner of this cool place, in a great suburb - close to public transport, shops and plenty of take-aways. There are two living areas - cool kitchen and large backyard with entertaining area and a jacuzzi! Plus I have Foxtel and ducted heating and cooling. Must be neat, clean, tidy and respect privacy. I previously hosted international students so used to sharing the space. Currently two rooms available with adjoining doors, plus own doors as well!
Room available to rent in Clarence Park. Only 7 minutes to city. 1 x room available to rent in Clarence Park (close to Goodwood) Only 7 minutes to city, close to shops, bus, tram, beach (Flinders Uni 7.5km) * Furnished or unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe. * Off street parking * 1 bathroom / 2 toilets * Separate fridge/freezer for personal use * Front loader washing machine and dryer * No pets / Smoking outside only * 3 bedroom house with 1 room available
The house is located on Goodwood Road, close walking distance to a Woolworths and Big W, with the bus on your doorstop heading to the city / Northern suburbs one way, and Flinders Uni / Marion the other. It's also a short walk to the showgrounds, and King William Road, with Unley Road, the tram line and South Road also a short venture away. With a brick wall and automatic gate, the house boasts great privacy from the main road. Surrounded in all directions with well-maintained garden space, it's double-bricked to stay cool in summer and warm in winter, with ducted heating and cooling throughout and a separate split system in both rooms. The house is quite large, with a formal sitting room and guest bedroom at the front and a master room (not for rent) where the landlord lives with her own bathroom and study. There are two rooms for rent, which share a bathroom that includes the laundry. Both are generously sized, and come furnished with a double bed, large walk in robes, a bar fridge, large TV built in and a blu ray player. The room with floor boards has a smaller desk, with an oversized desk in the room with tiles. Both have large windows that look onto trees. Your room is basically a self-contained unit! The living area is huge, with an oversize TV and built in Bose soundsystem, a large dining table, a large kitchen and a sitting area. There is plenty of space to relax and kick back, and the outdoor area has outdoor speakers and plenty of seating. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking in the drive way or on a side street by the house. We also have a doggo, Brodie - he's getting a bit older now but if you need a walking or jogging buddy, he's your guy! The ideal housemates will be students or young professionals, who are friendly and capable of living in a shared situation. The house is not a party house so please respect that, but that's not to say you aren't able to socialise!
I am from China and love doing lots of things only depending on whether you are an interesting person. I am friendly, clean and quiet.
I’m commuting from Melbourne each week to work part time in Adelaide, most weeks I’d only be staying 2-3 nights. I’m seeking a short term share while I look to buy and then will relocate to ADL fulltime. This may take some months, but I’m looking for a more flexible eg monthly option than committing to a long term lease. I’m married with a teenager and an adorable westie. I’ve lived in shares several times (a while ago!) I enjoy a good chat though value my quiet time and privacy.
Hey, I'm Charlie! I'm a 26 yr old student studying education and working two jobs, one as an event designer and 'setter-upperer' and the other as an SSO (teachers aide basically) in schools. I'm Adelaide born and bred but have traveled relatively extensively to all the major continents in the world except North America (and Antarctica!). I come with an assortment of items needed for a house including but not limited to: a washing machine, a fridge, a recliner, kitchen table, cutlery, crockery, and potentially even a nice modern leather couch and a table tennis table (those are in the works!). I have lived in a share house previously and understand the requirements for living with people and pulling your own weight around the house with jobs. I enjoy working as a cohesive unit to keep the house clean and presentable but also love to have a drink and socialise with new people. I have a relatively active social life but also love to chill out and veg in front of the tv watching a movie with a bottle of wine or play some PlayStation. I play amateur league footy for Old Ignatians' in winter so my weekends are usually filled with footy and drinking or work so I'm unlikely to be seen much around then however am always open to new plans! I drive my own car and have been raised to be a decent cook and love to cook for others so there's a good chance you'll benefit from that!
Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
The property is in a good location,5 minutes to the shops, 15-20 mins to town or Marion and about 25 mins to the beach. There are bus stops, gym and restaurants all close by. Kitchen has gas stove top and electric fan forced oven. Fridge, washing machine all supplies. Out door area to relax and enjoy the weather, with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Decent size living room with tv. There is also a small bedroom for guests. Photos are terrible will try and upload better ones soon. Smoking is purely outdoors and is expected butts to be put in bin.
Sara and I (Lauren) are looking for a third person to join us in finding a house. We are currently searching and attending and applying at inspections. Anywhere city Fringe really! Sara and I both work full time, Sara works some weekends too and I work 9-5PM Monday to Friday. I have a little French Bulldog, named Ponyo and she is the cutest thing on the planet. We are both clean, I love cleaning! Sara and I are friends from high school so have known each other for 15 years almost!
