So I really need you to know that upfront if you decide to consider me as a tenant. I have a 15 year old daughter who lives with her mother in Aberfeldie. My daughter is my world. I have a great sense of humor and like to keep fit. I'm trustworthy and genuine. I also respect people's property and space. My current housemates would reinforce that statement undoubtedly. I have some gym equipment that I would bring. Treadmill, exercise bike , weight bench and hand weights. I enjoy keeping fit.
