Hi, I'm Leon. Young professional working full-time in IT (I do business analysis/Project management stuff). I'm turning 24 this September, looking for a nice place to move in. I recently just got a job in Melbourne and will move down in a few weeks (my job starts on the 11th of Sep so will be looking into moving in a week before. I have a car so will require parking. I don't mind if it's off-street parking or not as long as it's legal and safe. I'm very chilled, easy going and don't mind sharing housework. Looking for people who are friendly and open-minded and have lots of stories to share as I'm a listener. I'm also a non-smoker and I drink occasionally.
I am a 26 year old (male) professional who works for a pharmaceutical company based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am a quiet, friendly, clean and responsible individual. I spend my weekends catching up on TV shows (GoT) and watching cricket matches. I am hoping to rent a furnished single room with own bathroom for a period of six months.
I work full time in scoresby 5 days a week, very busy throughout the week. I'm very clean and tidy. I usually like to keep to my self but don't mind a good convo. Looking for some easy going people to live with.
Hi, my name is Chiara and I am a full-time teacher. I have lived in Victoria for more than four years and now I am moving to Melbourne in August. I would like to find a place to share in the Eastern suburbs. I am easy going, clean, reserved and tidy.
I am looking to find someone to share a home with, where we share the costs and also a meal every now and then. I am neat and tidy and love a clean home. I am looking for a room in an already existing house. I am not too fussed on location as long it is the the east, or even south-east. I am open to someone with children, couples and even pets. I am looking for somewhere modern and in a safe area. I also already have a fair bit of appliances like a washing machine, fridge and my own bedroom furniture but okay to sell them if they are not needed. If I sound like someone you would like to live with or maybe catch up for a coffee to discuss further then send me a message :)
Very career focused, with mostly early starts (6-7am). I enjoy socialising with other housemates, but at the same time I really appreciate my own time, especially after a tiring day at work. Can be outgoing at times (but mostly quiet), and definitely enjoy a good bev sesh. I'm also a bit of a car enthusiast, muso (play guitar... but I use headphones so don't worry! haha), and an avid movie/Netflix binger. Ideally looking for somewhere I can call home for the next 2 years. Would like to live with similar minded people. A garage spot is also a requirement. Currently living in a share house in Glen Waverley, but I want a bit of a change.
Hi there. I'm Adam Recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide, looking for a house to stay, not after too much just a room in a clean house i can settle in. I'm 30 work full time in metal industry out during the day home at night to chill. Dont mind having a drink and sharing a meal or 2 whilst still respectful of each others personal space, have shared before. I try to keep tidy, I'm friendly, mature, have a sense of humour. All rooms are furnished with beds and desk for your comfort where all rooms have built in wardrobes. The house is 5 min walking distance to Glen Waverly train station. Bus stops and shopping center are also a walking distance. Our place is in an awesome location off Springvale road - buses to chadstone, Glen Waverley station (city), box hill, Monash Clayton all run down this road which is a 2min walk from the house! House is newly renovated and bathroom and living areas are massive with storage space for everyone. Room available is small - medium - queen bed and few other things fit fine. Has mirrored sliding BIR 👏 There is space for you to spread out a little in the living room but the room fits a queen bed and a desk & bedside table just fine! We'd like someone who can commit to 6 months with us - at least till Jan as that is when our current lease is up! Option to potentially extend if we're all getting along etc 🙂
Great property in glen waverley which is close to Kingsway for great food, freeways, shopping centres and public transport. The following is on offer: -Bills and internet is included -Walk in wardrobe and ensuite. -Double sized bed and study desk and chair -Split system air conditioner/heater. -Property is only few years old and is very well maintained
Kiwi lad, My lease is due to expire end of July and i am looking at changing it up from my current situation. Work keeps me busy during mon-fri. I play cricket, golf and also train muay thai which takes up most of my time outside of work. I like most sports and enjoy socializing over a drink from time to time.
Am easy going, honest, clean responsible housemate who usually keeps to himself and stays out of your way. But can be friendly and kicks back as well when have time, but tend to spend a lot of time out of the house and go home to rest. If your looking for a housemate who will pay his share on time and is respectful and courteous of your privacy then give me a crack, I might just be the housemate you need! :)
28 Work fulltime in construction as surveyor. Reliable with paying bills and rent. Enjoy hanging out with friends, playing rugby, gym and relaxing on weekends. Looking for people who would like to be social while maintaining boundaries.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
I'm respectful, polite and pick up after myself around the house. I enjoy living in a clean house and am generally a healthy eater but don't be upset if the cupboard is stocked up with lollies! I tend to treat home as a space to recover from social demands and am fairly quiet around the house and tend to avoid drama. I work full-time and hope to find a room that can accomodate a king size bed as I'd prefer not to buy a new one ☺️ I also budget well which means I always have money to meet my living expenses and am non-smoker who rarely drinks. If you'd like to know more, just send me a message.. 😄
Hi there! I'm moving up to Melbourne in the next month or so to study up at Deakin Uni in Burwood. I currently live in Bendigo (central vic) which is about 90 minutes away. I will be a full time student at Deakin, and will be travelling down to Bendigo every second weekend for work (at least until I get sick of doing that, then I'll get a job in Melbourne). I'm looking to live in a shared house with about 2 or 3 other people, and would prefer to live as close to the Burwood area as possible but I don't mind travelling if I find an awesome house. I love socialising & meeting new people, drinking lol, binge watching everything and I have a weird thing about ordering a chicken parma everywhere I eat. Ironically I also like (trying) to keep fit. Also sorry for the awkward photo. The only recent photos I have of me all feature an alcoholic bev in my hand or are a group pic so this photo will have to do. I am happy to live with people either studying or working :)
I've spent 2 and a half years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Likes to live in a calm and quiet place. Wont be bothered by a little bit of noice from time to time. Likes to stay clean and in a tidy place.
Hi, my name is Lars and I'm from Germany. Last Year I received my Ph.D. in Biochemistry and I am going to stay in Melbourne for three months - from mid September to mid December 2017 - for a collaborative research project at Monash University. Thus, I will be busy most of the time. Nevertheless, I'd like to meet new people and to get to know the city. I love to cook - especially Western and Thai cuisine - and enjoy the food with a glass of wine or a bottle of beer. This year I found my passion for Kickboxing, which I can hopefully act out in the sporting capital. Moreover, I like to hang out with friends and to do ballroom dance with my wife, who unfortunately needs to stay back in Germany.
Hey there I'm a chef looking for a friendly residence in the Glen Waverley area. I work full time. In my spare time I enjoy eating out, farmers markets and chilling. I am an organised, clean and considerate house mate. I look forward to your contact Kam
Hi, I'm currently a second year paramedic student in Monash. "Why are you so quiet?" -Current housemates "Why are you so chinese?" -Also current housemates "You'd make an excellent house husband." -Ex gfs, gf, mom "Stop reading so much." -Close friends who are insecure The house that I'm living in currently (Southbank) was bought over, and I reckon it's a good time to move to one of those suburbs I've listed since uni is in Frankston. Of course, I consider housemates as family, so I will have your back :)
I am clean , tidy and peaceful . Respect others privacy but would love a good chat with like minded people . i love sports mostly soccer and i am studying to become a PT . i get along pretty well with everyone , im a quiet person in my own definition at least :) I love travelling and sharing stories .
I've just got a new job in Melbourne and so I'm looking for a new home around the Clayton area. I will be working full time, have a few hobbies on the side and am looking to start studying again. This means I am generally off to the gym/training after work and head home to study and chill out during the evening. My parents taught me well how to do basic things like be clean up after yourself and generally be respectful to people and property. So if you want someone who will act like a responsible adult, and you are willing to do the same, it will be a great arrangement. I'm looking for somewhere I can be at home and relax, rather than just the person taking the extra room. A few more things I'm looking for: My own bathroom. It's just easier. A place that isn't crammed with people. Room for a desk so I can study. This might mean a larger bedroom, 2 rooms, a shared study or something similar. Somewhere with good heating. It is Melbourne after all and I'm moving from Queensland.
