Potentially starting at the Police Academy soon, so I am just sussing out options around the area! 😎 I am super clean, so would like to be living with people with same standards. I’m easy to live with, very chilled, and a bubbly person. I am pretty social but also do like my own personal space. I would prefer to live with people around my age, as I do like to social drink when I’m not working on the weekend 😊 I do have a partner so would need to be okay with him staying once or twice a week. Hardly would notice him even being there Would prefer to be living with females, but not a necessity. If anyone else is also going into the academy and looking for accomodation, message me! I will also be more active on this once I have signed my work contract.
1 room is available in this fully furnished shared house! Great for Monash students looking for accomodation (2 Monash students currently residing here). Monash Uni Clayton is about a 8 min drive from the house. There are a lot of bus options near the house, so it is easy to get to Monash University, Brandon Park shopping centre, Wheelers Hill shopping centre, Waverley Gardens, and the Glen. It is also within 4 mins walk to a shopping district with restaurants, a pizza store and a convenience store. Unlimited NBN wifi is included in the rent. However, bills such as electricity, gas and water are not (bills will depend on your usage, but can be expected to be around $15-20 p/w on average). The bond is three weeks' rent ($480) and the rent needs to be paid in advance. The place is available NOW! If you are interested please message or text me, but please don't call (it can be quite inconvenient at times). Thank you :) There are: - two covered parking spaces - 1 bathroom (one will be under construction and will be available later, so there will be two bathrooms in total). - a big living room - a nice balcony - dinning area - split system A/C and ducted heating - dishwasher - washing machine - a nice spacious backyard with a shed and (a 2nd) outdoor toilet Your bedroom includes (if you'd like to furnish it yourself, let me know): - a single bed - bedside table - study desk with chair - a wardrobe
Hey I am Daniell. I am 25 years old and currently reside in Mt Victoria, Wellington, New Zealand. I am currently a Labourer and part time student. I passionately enjoy good weather and being social with friends. Some of my favorite hobbies, and activities are cooking, going to the beach, exercising, watching Netflix shows, BBQs, gaming (online and board), enjoying the company of animals , and playing sports: particularly rugby, and tennis. I am open minded , responsible, and mindful of other people around me. I always do my best to understand people and respect their space. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about new ideas. I am looking for accommodation for myself for the next 12 month period while I work in the factory's. I am flexible and do not mind shorter contracts. I will be living with my sister in Essendon which is quite far away from where i will be working, until i can find my own suitable accommodation. Thank You for you're consideration. NOTE: Dog is not coming with me, just myself :)

Hi Everyone! I'm Chris, and I'm looking for the right place to start a new chapter of my life, having recently finished up a Science degree at Monash. I'm currently working part-time in a freight warehouse to pay the bills, while searching for something full-time. Overall I'd say I make a pretty good housemate; I'm fun to be around, but usually try not to make too much noise, and I'm pretty disciplined when it comes to cleaning (most of the time!). When it comes to my ideal place, I'm pretty flexible; as long as there's an internet connection and enough room for a double bed, I'm happy. A big garage and good public transport connections would also be great, but I'm not too fussy. Also I don't have any of my own right now but animals would be a massive plus! I'd say that my personal interests and hobbies are pretty wide; I love to keep active, having started competing in triathlons over the past year, and love anything to do with getting out in nature. I'm also always down for a drink and a board game if that's your kind of thing! Send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your house or are interested in a teamup- I won't bite (probably).
Hey my name is Ella! I'm 21 and currently studying science/secondary ed at Deakin University Burwood. I work as an educator for out of school care on a part time contract, so I work every morning and arvo. When I'm not studying or working I love getting out and about and being social, shopping, gardening and playing music. I'm also a fan of having quiet nights in every now and then! I also own a dog, Paddy is a 2 year old Border Collie x Koolie. He's the goodest boy, loves going for runs, swims and the occasional cuddle on the couch (when he's clean..). He's a super friendly dog and is very obedient. He's mainly an outside dog but he enjoys hanging out with me when I study sometimes! I'm looking for someone that's friendly, social and generally likes living in a clean space! I'm more than happy to cook communal meals every now and then and like to have my friends over for dinner or coffee occasionally. I own a fridge and dining table w chairs. I also have an internet account that I can set up in a new house. Wanting to buy more furniture but happy to combine if that suits. I'll be in the area for the next few years as a student so wanting a place to stay for at least 12 months. Will need a house with a secure back yard for Paddy, and off-street parking is not a must for me :)
I will be a studying medicine in Monash University, Clayton from 2020. I'm a friendly Malaysian-Chinese who respects your personal space. I'm neat, tidy, and enjoy cooking, watching movies, board games, reading and staying active. Ideally looking for a place with easy accessibility to Monash Clayton, and 1-2 housemates if we rent a whole house.
