I work full time with the government. I love a good chat, beer and wine, relaxing and having a good time. Hoping to live with like minded people so it's an easy comfortable homely environment.
Hi! I'm Melissa and I'm a student at Monash University (Clayton). I hope to find a place that has easy public transport options that goes to the university. I've been living in share houses for a few years before I moved down to Melbourne so I like to keep common areas clean. I don't drink, party or smoke. But I am a very late sleeper (if that is a problem) as I tend to stay up doing work for uni. I don't cook meat and I'm allergic to animals :)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi! My names Terri, I'm 19 and a full time student. (Philosophy major) I'm also a freelance artist and designer. I'm clean, respectable, very breezy and easy going. I'm happy to have a chat or a few drink with anyone or just wind down after work. (Also 420 friendly) I also have a dog; his name is Dobby and he's a Jack Russell. He's a bundle of fun and raised to be a very well mannered! Besides his taste for my socks and habit of napping where people want to sit. He's other pet friendly, has lived with other dogs and cats and has no history of biting. I'm also a light smoker (only at night) but am more than happy to smoke outside.
Hey, I'm Sven from Bavaria, Germany, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to work on a research project at Monash University School of Chemistry, Campus Clayton. My stay will be from May 1st to September 4th. I would describe myself as an open-minded, enthusiastic, joyful and active student. When I’m not at university, I spend my free time on working in associations, supporting refugees in German cultural integration or organizing events for Christian Union at university. Moreover, I like to do sports particularly with friends, e.g. table tennis, swimming, squash or hiking. It would be fantastic to share a flat with some locals since I love to learn more about Australian culture and having a good time during cooking, sports or discussions. I could also provide you with some German-Bavarian Culture and dishes ;). A personal highlight and aim of my stay is to get involved in Aussie Rules culture, so If you could teach me rules or even go out and train together, it would be awesome :) . Concerning some organizational details, I’ve considered living in a reachable periphery to the School of Chemistry and paying around ~190 AUD/week (negotiable). I’m looking forward to hearing from you and I could also provide more information or we arrange an interview on skype, if you like. Best regards and greetings from Germany Sven
I'm a friendly, easy going guy who is responsible and considerate. I am working full time as an engineer so I might not be always at home due to site work and all that. I do like to watch TV or play with my PS4 on occasion -- but don't worry, I don't play loud (I got headphones for that to keep it down). I am flexible with the amount of stay (so short term or long term is alright with me).
It's a quiet, new house in a quiet street. Close to bus stops, straight bus from my house to monash university Clayton (no. 802 and 862) and Brandon park shopping centre. Peaceful, clean and quiet household as I am studying full time. The house is also 15min drive to Deakin university, Burwood. The two rooms available share a bathroom and toilet. There is free on street parking. Please contact me for more information.

Hi, I'm Marla, I'm a science student and a trans woman. I love to cook (and I'm not too bad at it) and I think good communication is the best thing in a house. Whether housemates are social or private, neat or messy, making sure we can communicate clearly and openly about the house means things can always be settled and run smoothly without any bitterness, stress or inconvenience. When I'm not studying, I like women's sports, card games and watching shows with friends.
Spanish scientist working in Scoresby. I'd like to find a place near Glen waverley station or Oakleigh station. Also on the way route bus 693 (including Belgrave to Scoresby) and 753 . I'm very clean and tidy so I'm looking for a clean place with clean and nice people. I'm very sociable, love cooking, swimming, and dancing hip hop, and making short films. Please contact me if you think I can fit in your place. See you!
Between us my sister and I we are charming, laid back, and considerate flatmates. We can cook and are practised at tidying up after ourselves. We currently flat share in Narre Warren and are looking for places closer to uni and family.
The property is shared by mature people. Everyone is respectful of one another. The room available has a private balcony with city views. It is a double room, and is located in a very quiet area. The facility has internet access/wifi. Smart Tv. Large double closet. Heating and cooling, all included in the price.
I am a mature and responsible lady who is tidy, friendly and respectful. I am looking for a female tenant for a vacant room in my house. The fully furnished room (with a desk, double bed, bedsite table, wardrobe and the clothing drawer) is spacious and has good sunlight reception. The tenant will share the bathroom and toilet with only one person (me). The tenant will also have access to unlimited internet, kitchen and cooking facilities. Please note that the rental charge includes the bills. The house is close to public transport. In particular, bus route 742 to Monash University (10 minute trip to Monash) and 8 other bus routes to many other destinations such as Glen Waverley, Chadstone, Springvale, Dandenong, Chelsea beach, St Kilda beach and Oakleigh. It is also near Glen Waverley train station (15 min walk). It is close to Holmesglen TAFE, The Glen shopping centre, Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre as well as shops, cinemas and restaurants. Surrounded by a very quiet and safe environment suitable for studying, the house is also close to beautiful parks. If you're interested, please contact me
My partner and I are very respectable and open minded. I am Australian and Bianca is Peruvian. We are clean and generally keep to ourselves due to study commitments. I am studying online fulltime- Psychology and Children and Family Studies. I will need to undertake 2 days placement for my studies and I will be working every Saturday in my hometown. Bianca will be studying fulltime to undertake a Masters in Business Administration. We are also happy to share meals on occasion or just keep to ourselves. We are looking for a good size room that can accommodate a desk because I study online. We would like a place close to the train because my partner has no license. Looking forward to meeting the right housemates :)
Easy going, non smoker, social drinker only. Never ever get drunk. Quite willing to do my share of work around the house. Working professional. Currently in Melbourne as there is no work in Perth. Family are all still in Perth. Very flexible in length of stay.
I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Looking a place for my parents who are visiting me. I am looking for a very short time lease, 2 months to be exact. My parents are very simple, easy to talk to and they love company. I would prefer a studio or one bedroom apartment or a shared house with ensuite bathroom. Thank you, Nandita
Kiwi lad, Work keeps me busy during mon-fri. I play cricket, golf and also train muay thai which takes up most of my time outside of work. I like most sports and enjoy socializing over a drink from time to time.
I am very friendly and easy to live with. Somewhat quiet and like to keep to myself a bit. But I do enjoy a good conversation or a shared meal with the people I'm living with. I'm working part-time at the moment, and studying personal training. I love cooking, reading, going to the gym, going to the beach, Netflix! I have a small 7-month old cat Mowgli. He is still young so he can be a bit nuts, but he's not badly behaved. When he's not playing with his toys, he's usually asleep somewhere. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, especially the common areas. But nothing over-the-top.
I'm 20 years old, working 30 hours a week as well as being a full time nursing student so I wont have all that much free time to annoy you. I'm friendly and pretty relaxed about most things however still enjoy my own space. Looking for a lease around about 6 months.
Hey, I'm Jaimes! I'm currently working full time in IT, looking to undertake study next year. I've lived in a sharehouse before so I'm used to the environment and I'm very easy going and good to get along with.
I have a pet snake, she is pretty chill just like me. I'm studying wildlife and conservation biology at Deakin.

I'm a very relaxed person when it comes to life and as such I am always open to new experiences and meeting new people both of which I hope to have with my future flat mates. For fun I play any sort of sport I can get my hands on or just hang out with friends and joke around with them. I am currently studying a bachelor of Information Technology at Monash University in Clayton and am looking for a part time job as we speak.
I'm a 38 yo male looking for a room to rent. Friends would say that I'm tidy, likeable, easy going and reliable. I've lived in share accommodation once before and was always happy to help with chores and respected other people's space. This time I'm looking for a home where we all get along without invading each others privacy, and whilst I like to have fun, I'm definitely not looking for a party house. I'm currently working part time and am starting a full time job on April 18th. If you have a room available at your place then please call me.
Im a quiet and respectful person, who has experience living in shared homes. I clean up after myself and is generally tidy. Happy to socialise and have a drink after work but also respectful of your (and aware of my) need for personal space.
