I work at an awesome organic/wholefoods store in Ferntree Gully, which I love :) I went travelling around Europe for 3 months this year over winter. I'm thinking of studying naturopathy. But might put it off for a bit longer to do some more travelling... I'm a friendly, clean and tidy person who loves to hang out in my spare time! I also love: good food/coffee, going for runs, patting dogs, meeting new people, lying in the sun :)
I'm a Male professional non-smoker looking to share a house or unit with preferably an Asian or Indian lady in the East/Sth East Suburbs. Hoping to share the cooking especially curries (can be vegetarian). Not interested in party house just a quite respectful person that we can communicate with when at home. If you have a room available or are looking to share with someone please don't hesitate to email me with your details or questions. Kind regards Andrew
Hi there I'm looking for a property to live in with me and my dog. I may be young but I'm mature for my age. On weekends I spend most of them camping up the bush and don't got out offtern. I work full time hours as a traffic controller and have an income of roughly $1000 a week. I am currently renting with Raywhite and sharing the property with my sister, however she has a baby which makes our small home quite crazy! I can provide my rental history and details to my work for proof of income. I'm a very easy going person and love to have a laugh. I don't have massive weekend as I'm up the bush most the time but do enjoy a drink on the nice sunny days. If I sound like your perfect tenant feel free to contact me

Hi there! Brazilian architect, about to enroll on another degree next year on Tafe. I’m a social but introverted person, a bit active and am vegetarian (don't mind if you are not) and enjoy an occasional happy hour. Super nice, non smoker, non crazy, respectful, tidy, clean, organized (I'll reorganize your furniture if you let me). I have shared houses before. Ask me anything! Looking for a place where I can feel confortable and happy.
I am interested in finding a one bedroom place to live by myself. I'm clean, reliable, trustworthy and have a part time (33hrs) job. No pets. I don't smoke.
My name is Amy and my dog’s name is Gizmo. We are looking for a friendly, tranquil, animal loving share-house to settle into. I am 37 and currently work full time during the day (Monday – Friday). I am returning to study next year (Teaching Masters at Monash) and will be working part-time - receiving Austudy/Rent assistance from Centrelink. I enjoy Yoga, walking with Gizmo, reading, cooking, watching movies/t.v shows and catching up with family and friends. I’m looking for a furnished house with an unfurnished queen size bedroom. If possible I'd like my own bathroom, but would be ok to share with one other person. Non-smoking house please, this also includes outside. Gizmo is a Cavalier X Tibetan Spaniel (small/medium dog) who is predominantly indoors, but has access to an enclosed yard via a doggy door at the moment. He is fed in my room and sleeps with me at night. He is toilet trained, has a loving and social nature and doesn't bark much. I also take very good care of his hygiene so our house would never smell of dog. I'm a creative soul who loves music and theatre and will often randomly sing and dance around the house. I have an electric keyboard that I like to play occasionally as well. I’m happy to spend time socialising with my housemates, but also appreciate my alone time - it’s all about balance. Please feel free to contact me if you have a place you'd like me to consider, thanks :)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hello! 1 bedroom available in a cozy 3 bedroom unit in Wheelers Hill. The unit comprises of a spacious lounge, large kitchen with dining area, separate laundry, bathroom and toilet (shared) and your choice of the two spare rooms. Currently only looking to share with one person, however open to discussion about getting a third eventually. Small private yard with free gardener provided by the home owners. One carport to be shared and plenty of street parking available. The unit is in a brilliant location - Walking distance to Brandon Park shopping centre and Wheelers Hill shops. Also close to Glen Waverley shopping centre (and train station) and not far from Knox. Easy access to all these places via bus stop (30 sec walk away).Monash fwy and Eastlink both within 5 mins driving distance. You will be sharing with me - Kate. A 25 year old nurse working full time shift work (mornings, afternoons and nights - which sometimes means sleeping during the day). I am pretty relaxed and easy going, I don't like a lot of drama. I'm clean but not a neat freak -I like the place to feel homely and lived in! Generally I'm out and about doing my own thing, but wouldn't mind hanging out and sharing a meal or a movie sesh when I'm home. I love the house to smell delicious so I am forever experimenting with new diffusers and candles. Most importantly I think open communication is ESSENTIAL in housesharing. We will both be adults, so let's talk about what is working or not working out! The house is pretty set up with furniture - couches, TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. So all you would need to do would be to deck out your bedroom, however if you have stuff that you want to bring we can make it work, you'll be more than welcome to put up photos and house stuff as well!! Any questions don't hesitate to shoot me a message!Air-con Heating Dishwasher

Hey everyone :) 26yo guy recently moved back to Melbourne after living in WA for a while. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. I don't have much furniture so furnished are favorable. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. 85% sure I'm entering full time study in 2017. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Hello, I'm Charmaine! I'm a PhD student at Monash University, so I work weird hours. I also work part time as a TA and RA. I'm hoping to live with someone I can be friends with, but will also respect my privacy. I love playing board games, discussing theories about my favourite books and TV shows and cake. I also love cooking and feeding people!
I'm easy going, clean and quiet. I've recently moved to Melbourne for work and that's my primary focus. When I'm not working I like cycling, working out and being outdoors. I'm happy to live just about anywhere east of the city but with no more than one other person. Happy to team up or move into an established place.
I am a very friendly , reliable and chilled out person . I am very adjusting and respect every person's views. I have a dog (pug) who is very loving. I am very open minded and i am looking for a place to live in with my pug .
Hi, We are a Danish couple moving to Melbourne in February 2017. Anne is going to study culture studies at Deakin University in Burwood, and Anders is going to work meanwhile, hopefully in is field of area which is physiotherapy. We are both very social and adventurous people, and at the same time good at keeping a house clean. We really hope some good-hearted people are able to help us find a room. We are really looking forward to live in Melbourne until June! Best regards Anders and Anne
Hi there, My name is Tanya I am 32 years old and I work full-time in Clayton in Administration. I am currently living on the North side and I am looking to relocate closer to work. I'm looking to join an existing share house or create a new share house by teaming up with some people. I am looking to move into a 3 or 4 bedroom house or townhouse in and around Burwood, Box Hill, Mount Waverley, Chadstone, Surrey Hills etc. I am single and keep pretty quiet during the week and don't mind a glass of wine on the weekend. I like to socialise with my roommates but I also respect each other’s privacy and space. I am clean, tidy and friendly. I'll be in Europe in January/February and am looking for a place for when I get back to Melbourne at the end of February. I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
I'm a 19 year old relaxed student looking for like minded people to share some short term accomodation with. A place with my own bathroom would be ideal. I also like to keep things clean and tidy and am a somewhat social person! Message if I seem like an okay fit for your place :)
Looking for one or two housemates that are like minded. Easy going, likes to socialise, cooking, wine, family, friends. I work full time 9-5. Looking for a place where I will feel comfortable and at home Message me for more info :)
I'm a student at Monash, in my 6th year of studying engineering and law. I'm pretty chilled, I like to socialise and go out when I can but also like a clean space to come back to where I can spend a day reading or binge watching TV. I'm going away in December so looking for a place early January!
Easygoing science student currently working and looking to move closer to Monash Uni. I'm friendly and enjoy a good chat, but like my downtime and am respectful of other's space. Bit of an amateur cook, but always keep things clean, and am usually pretty busy with work/study.
Hi, I am moving to S/E suburbs of Melbourne from regional South Australia to work and study. I am a nice friendly, respectful person to live with and I know this is crucial to living in a share house. Looking at working in transport/logistics during the day and studying Myotherapy a couple of nights a week plus practical hours on weekends.
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait
Studying International Relations full time at RMIT. Play volleyball in the national league, as well as the Victorian league. Bonus points if you go to the gym (and hit legs). Also dabble in music when the mood strikes. Pretty chilled, but always going to look after my responsibilities and goals first. By no means a party animal, but don't mind if you are. Work part-time as a volleyball coach and potentially working at RMIT next year as well. Relatively tidy and organised, not a neat freak though, happy to contribute to the household, down to hang whenever I'm free.
I've just finished my second year at Deakin and am looking to move into a house with a backyard while I finish my undergrad and post-grad. I work part time but am home a lot studying. I love watching a good trashy TV show but I spend most of my time studying. I am VERY clean and tidy, respectful of people's space and belongings. I have a pet rabbit (Alfie) who lives inside in his cage and a beautiful dog (Bailey). I am looking for one (or two) other females to rent with.
I'm Mel and I'm Malaysian born but have been living in Australia for the past 5 years. Moving to Melbourne for work early January 2017. I am an easy-going, happy-go-lucky kinda girl :) I'm always open to making new friends and embarking on new adventures in life. I absolutely enjoy outdoor activities aaaaand artsy stuffs! :D P/S: Only looking to rent a furnished private room in a safe suburb, with a secured parking spot (either on a driveway or garage). An ensuite would be a plus point! I'm also open to team ups with like minded people :) Only messages please. No calls will be entertained.
Always pay the rent on time, respectful, clean & tidy.
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living in Doncaster but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then as opposed to those who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play guitar (but promise I won't make noise) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
My name is Stephen, I'm 30, full time student who works part time. I like to socialise on weekends and don't mind the odd beer or wine when the occasion suits. I am courteous to others and pull my weight in a share house. I like rowing, aviation, afl (go dee's) etc.
I'm a super easy going person and get along well with most people. I'm always conscious of cleaning up after myself in shared areas of the house however my own room can sometimes get messy. Always respectful of other people's space.
Hi, I am very quiet person who respects everyone's privacy. Very easy going and looking for people with similar attitude. I love playing video games and camping
Hi I'm Jason, I'm a recently seperated 44yo self employed tradie, non smoker, looking for an understanding friendly environment to call home for a while.
