I am 40 yrs old. At the moment I am unemployed (I have background in Hospitality), and I have a 2 year old, microchipped, toilet trained, vaccinated, registered cat. I prefer to live with one other in a 3 bedroom house (to have space for each other and a spare room for guests). I am a decent person, am respectful of others belongings and space. I have my own furniture, so don't need a furnished room. I have shared paying $200 per fortnight rent and $60 towards the bills per fortnight and at another place $225 rent and $60 towards the bills per fortnight (which more than covers my half). Looking for somewhere to call home for around 6 months, until my friend moves to Bendigo. They are buying. I am working on quitting smoking.
The house is located a short walking distance from Lake Weeroona, Coles supermarket and public transport. There is heating, cooling and internet. The house is fully furnished (washing machine, dishwasher etc)- you would only need to bring your own rooms furnishings. I currently have 2 housemates, one who is moving to Melbourne. Her room is avaliable for rent. There is two lounge rooms, we really only use one so you would have almost sole access to the other. I also have an ensuite so the bathroom is for use by you and our other housemate.
Generous sized room with a built in robe, in a large house, with 2 living areas and moderate kitchen. House is located near Bendigo Hospital perfect for people studying health degrees with placement. Close to town and shopping centres. 10 minute drive from Uni.

Hi! I've just returned to Aus in December from living in London for the last 2 years, and looking to get a bit more settled in the new year. I'm keen to find a home living with people I like, and people that like me (preferably 1 or 2 people at most). I've just been offered a role in Bendigo and will be very new to the area. I'm a qualified social worker and love to talk about social issues, and general philosophical discussions. I'm partial to some cheeky wines and I love to cook! I've lived in loads of house shares, so I know how to clean, tidy etc etc.. get in touch if you'd like to have a beer or coffee, talk shit, and get to know me.
I have just moved home from living in Canada for 10 months on a working holiday. I have lived out of home for 3 years and believe to be quite neat, tidy and a respectable tenant. I’m a very bright and bubbly person who loves meeting new people and spending time with friends!
I am a really easy going and friendly , quiet in nature but would love getting to know some new potential friends and housemates. Will be studying in Bendigo this year and working part-time , so a lot of my time will just be studying and going to classes- I'm moving from Melbourne so looking to rent a place with a few others. I am respectful of people's privacy and tidy around the house.
I am a down to earth chilled out person who loves sport. I am a disability support worker and part time footballer (AFL). I get a long with most people and animals, I don't particularly love to party but will always be up for a quiet one with friends.
I recently gained a trainee positon in Bendigo, for approximately three months. I am looking for accommodation over this time, either shared or private. I'm originally from Kangaroo Island and have spent the last two years studying at Ag College in Victoria. I am a neat and tidy person, and take pride in my surroundings. I enjoy socialising, dont mind a beer but often enjoy quiet weekends, early nights will often spend time away. No problem with animals or pets, easy going and reliable.
