I am a very house proud, young at heart, mature professional lady who is hoping to find a house to share for me and my sweet, gentle and well socialised cat Milly. I sold my gorgeous White Gum Valley home last year, and have been house & pet sitting in WA and NSW prior to returning to Perth recently. I have many glowing references from the many home owners I met along the way. I eat mainly vegetarian, don't smoke, am very neat and tidy and want a quiet, peaceful and relaxed environment to live in, preferrably with a lovely garden for me to enjoy. I am currently only working part-time by choice, enjoying doing yoga, reading, keeping fit, dancing and catching up with friends, while deciding what I want in my next phase of life.
My name is David, I work in Nedlands full time. I am very clean, respectful of others and enjoy the quieter aspects of life. I'm 38yrs old, don't smoke (although I don't mind if others do), have a car, no pets, few personal possessions and am just looking for a quiet peaceful friendly place to call home. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. David
Hi I'm Brooke I'm 20 years old and working 2 sometimes 3 jobs a week. I generally keep to myself especially working all the time but I also love a good laugh, bit of banter and a social drink after work or on weekends.
I am seeking to find 1 person or 2 people to team up with to find a suitable house to rent. I am a tidy, respectful, friendly 27 year old female who works 4 days fulltime (Monday to Thursday). Seeking to find a home around Como / Applecross / South Perth or around Fremantle and hoping to move in November. Ideally seeking a place that is no more than $370 per week ($160 split between two)
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live south of the river but not too far from the CBD (Murdoch, Willetton, Wilson, Bentley etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates and have a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition unless you ask me to go out like two or three times a week - I need my sleep :,) a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this***
Easy going English guy visiting friends (who live in South Lake) over the festive season as their house Is too small. Non smoker, sociable, loves the ocean, kite surfer.
Hey! I am a graduate Year 12 student, currently now working and studying full time. But you will see me during the day, when I am not at TAFE or at work which will be some days, not every. I do love pets and children, so having pets or children in the house, wouldn't be a problem for me. I've been playing soccer at a young age, and still play. I go to the gym daily. If I am not working on a Sunday night, I usually go to church. I wouldn't mind going out for a drink or a bite to eat from time to time, with my future flat-mates. I am a friendly, honest, trustworthy and a loyal person. I am a very clean house guest. I don't mind if there is a roster where we take turns on whose on dishes, cooking and laundry, etc. *I am hoping preferred locations I've requested.* *Would prefer (rent, bills and wi-fi) included, within payment.* *If possible, place to be furnished.* * Please don't hesitate to call, email only, please.* * Not 100% sure about move date.*
Hello :) I'm 20 years old working full time in fremantle as a pharmacy assistant. I'm a very easy person to live with, I finish late most nights so im hardly ever home. I'm tidy and take pride in having a clean house, I am currently living in bayswater but would like to move a little closer to work but am happy to live anywhere really
Hi there my name is Danielle and I am looking to hopefully start anew share house for me and my one year old Cavalier King Charles named Oakley. Im looking to live with a 1-2 (possibly 3) other people. I am looking in the areas mentioned. The people would have to work and be clean AND MUST LOVE DOGS as my Cavalier would come with me. I am keen to start a new house with new people. It doesn't seem the house I'm in is going to work as the other house mates dog doesn't like my dog, and its not the cleanest. Ive just moved here from Cairns. I am not a party girl, though I don't mind drinks at home from time to time. When I'm not working you will find me going out during the days and exploring new markets and coffee shops in my new city. at night I like a good hot chocolate and a movie. During the week I work and go to the gym and walk my dog. If youre interested then hit me up and we can find a new place to call home. Danielle :)
Looking for someone to share a house, preferably just one house mate. I'm willing to pay all the bond and organise the lease in my name and pay the majority of rent etc....Preferably you would want to stay there for at least 6 months. Probably looking for a townhouse with two living areas so when you want your own space its always there for you. Im an easy going 30yr old male from Perth always up for a laugh. I enjoy being active so i stay fit and healthy...this includes some gym time..beach time....and cooking up the odd storm. Always up for a good party or anything involving good company, but well over the club scene!! Also enjoy quiet nights in whether that be watching movies or having a few quiet drinks i dont really care. I love the beach life so living close to the beach suits me very much. I have 5 sisters so I prefer to live with females...you get used to it.....and I prefer someone who is also tidy! Hopefully you are a social person and prefer to actually socialise with whoever you live with every now and then. Currently working as a Project Manager so that keep me relatively busy during the weeks.
Easy going, clean and mature interior design student with a super cute dog. Recently moved back from living up North and am looking for a male or female room mate that can enjoy a glass of wine and my cooking
I'm a friendly, accepting, social 20 year old. Currently studying online so internet is a must, I like things being tidy and organised but not uptight about it. I wouldn't want more than 3 housemates. Public transport would have to be conveniently close. I'll be out and about a lot as I enjoy being outside and summers coming! I'd want a social house that share meals and drinks together and enjoy a social environment and don't mind a bit of music during the day. Feel free to message me!
I want to move out of a studio apartment and into a house and sign the lease with (1-4) other like-minded people. I am a very responsible, tidy, reliable, trustworthy, down to earth, respectful, considerate, passionate, mature, driven, creative, active and open minded person (Just to name a few hahaha). I love good vibes and good conversation. I am a part-time student, studying Sport and Health Science and Movement Science (and want to do much more) at Murdoch University. I work part-time at The Ocean Beach Hotel in Cottesloe. I love the beach, being active and being true to myself. Please contact me if you have any questions at all.
Room for rent in Melville, 10 mins from Freo, close to Murdoch uni, public transport, shops etc. Nice quiet location. Foxtel, double garage which can be used for parking or storage. Fully furnished except for the bedroom for rent, build in wardrobe in the room. On site parking also available and dogs are welcome. I have a 5 year old female boxer who would love the company. The house is non smoking but smoking in the outdoor area at the back of the house is no worries. Bills not included in rate but arent expensive.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I clean up after myself and am either studying, watching TV or at work. I'm studying to be a Registered Nurse at Curtin University and currently work as a carer in an aged care home in Bicton. Would love to find a place where I can bring my 1yo cat- he's an inside/outside cat and super friendly. He never goes to the toilet inside and will happily cuddle up to you (only when he wants to though). If this won't be allowed I'm happy to keep him at my parents house. Looking for somewhere closer to work and uni as currently I travel 40 minutes for both.
The room currently has a queen size bed and some draws. The other room currently has 2 single beds in it and some draws. And can be rented as a shared room. I just bought new carpet for this room though it will be painted sometime soon and new carpet put in after. There is a bus stop next to my house the 999/998 bus route to fremantle and murdoch station. The bus also goes to Curtin university, Murdoch University, ideally looking for short term, backpackers ideally. There was a 2nd bathroom, it's currently being renvoated, so the house is down to the smaller bathroom in the master bedroom that room is no longer used. After this is done the smaller bathroom and master bedroom will be renovated. Kitchen Electric oven, gas stove and microwave. I will likely be renovating the main bathroom soon and bring that back to a functional and working bathroom after this is done i will most likely rent out the master bed room with it's ensuite. bills can be included though excludes heating and air conditioning. I have bedding for the rooms as well. Also have a queen mattress that could go into the room with the 2 single beds. pool gym dishwasher Roller shutters all windows and sliding doors Robot Vacuum Cleaner Smart power peak and off peak times All rooms have a lockable door with key.
Hi there! We're full-time international (Chinese and Indian) students at Murdoch looking for 2 separate and furnished rooms preferably in the same house. We would like the room rent (max. $140 per room) to be inclusive of the bills (water, gas and electricity) and unlimited internet. We're friendly, fun and tidy people. Most of our time is spent on studying so we’re not party animals either. Although we prefer a 3 months stay initially, we’re happy with a 6 months' stay as well. If you think we fit the bill, please pop in a message. :) Cheers!
Hi there, Bella here. I'm a 28 yo Executive Assistant who is also studying full time at Murdoch Uni and working part time at Murdoch Hospital, originally from Melbourne and have recently relocated to Perth. Very neat and tidy, and whilst I enjoy a good chat, I mostly keep my socialising outside of the home, as I like to think of home as more of a sanctuary. Not averse to pets, and would love to find a home rather than just a house.
I am a country girl who is very easy going, usually quite busy with sports and socialising which means I'm not home all that much. But when I am home I love to cook so a nice kitchen is very important for me! I work (almost) full time 8-6 kinda days with some days off here and there. I am very into sports and play something or gym most nights. I have a pet rabbit but she is very self sufficient and clean. She has her own cage and is very cute. But if necessary can find a new home (people are lining up to look after her) Look forward to meeting you and finding a new house to make my home!
Hi I'm a pretty chilled guy looking for a room to rent. i consider myself to be a pretty neat and tidy. I work full time for a structural engineering company. very social person and always enjoy a few beers and a good laugh. i play cricket during summer which keeps me pretty busy.
Hey everyone, I'm a 35-year-old guy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I recently moved back to Perth after graduating 10 years(!) ago to resume studying at Murdoch Uni for my PhD. Creative arts/music-composer/theatre type, focusing on musical theatre and performing arts. Enjoy socialising but also love my private space. Will have a music keyboard and simple set-up with me, but I'm easy-going and considerate when it comes to housemates, so no dramas. :) Interested to find a room in the locations listed or surrounding areas. I have a car but access to public transport would nevertheless be great. I'm gay, if it matters (honestly, it shouldn't. I'm only mentioning it upfront so that there are no surprises down the road when we get to know each other.) ;)) Open to finding a housemate who has pets as I have two dogs back home who I miss dearly, especially taking them for walks! :( Clean, respectful and responsible. Not a party guy, though quiet dinners with mates would be lovely. My friends say I'm a fun and funny guy. Love a good laugh and love making others laugh. ;) I'm on scholarship, which includes a stipend from the university, meaning that my ability to make rent payment will not be an issue.
