I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
Private room in a nicely renovated bungalow, located in Willoughby - one of the most convenient suburbs of Sydney. Features: - 6 minutes walk to bus stop (M40, 272, 257 and 343), rapidly accessible to the CBD (10 minutes) - close to shops, parks and Chatswood CBD - furnished private room with king single bed available - large build-in wardrobe - spacious shared bathroom - huge living room with bi-fold doors open to nicely maintained garden - outdoor setting with large BBQ - non smokers only
I am looking to move with someone to save some money for the future. I am an honest responsible and respectful hard working person who likes to have walks around the park or the beach, meet friends for coffee or a meal outside and like Pilates. I like wine but I do not like to get drunk :). I work in the IT Software Industry and I am starting a new job in a couple of weeks. I am allergic to animals unfortunately even when I think they are lovely. I have been living in Australia for 10 years but I am from Venezuela. I speak Spanish :) I live on my own at the moment so I have pretty much everything. If you think I can fit something in your apartment that would be great. Basically, a red 2 sit sofa, TV and medium fridge. My ideal flatmate is someone who is also professional, honest, reliable, reasonably clean and tidy, respectful and non-smoker person.
I'm currently in North Sydney and seeking to stay in the area. I'm happy to chat and be social or to mind my own business. Christian, non-smoker, respectful and neat. Always reliable with rent.
Lovely flat in a quiet suburb just off Willoughby Road. Great view from the balcony, looking out toward North Sydney. Close to the main bus route between Chatswood and North Sydney, and a short walk away from the Willoughby shops. Unlimited internet is included in the rent, but other bills are separate, and paid quarterly. No smokers.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.

Fun young housemates living together in a social little house :) we are a bit of a family and would love for someone who can be a part of that! We each have very busy lives in very different industries, but whenever we are home we tend to spend our time in the living room catching up. Public transport is super easy - a 6 minute walk to the bus stop, 15 minutes to the City or Chatswood (and the station). If this sounds perfect for you we would love to meet you and show you around the place - any questions shoot us a message or text

Hello! My name is Kim. I am 26 years old. I love carbs and wine. I am just about to leave the corporate world and return back to University part time. I am looking for a new home that I can: play Masterchef in, drink a few bottles of wine in & enjoy overly long weekend sleep-ins in. As a roommate I would describe myself as terribly considerate, loyal, tidy, polite and friendly.
I'm a 28 year old guy, finished studying last year and now work as a civil engineer. I've spent the last few years living in share houses in the inner west while studying so I know the life well. I work in Lindfield now and am looking to be closer to work. I'm really just after a place where I can have a conversation with people and hang out and watch netflix or whatever. Stuff I've been watching lately: Arrested Development, Always Sunny, Walking Dead. I also play a bit of basketball. I'm pretty mature and like to keep things clean and tidy (but not obsessively). I also don't mind cooking.
