Hi there! My Husband and I are looking for a new place to rent. We are overseas now (Brazil) visiting family and friends and we will come back to Sydney 27/01/2019. I'm Recruiter IT and he is developer IT in Brazil, in Australia my husband work as a Fire Technician and me works in a Warehouse. We are an easy going couple, very tidy and clean with both are working full-time and studying. During our free time we like go out for training and keep healthy, enjoy sometime on the beach, stay with friends, drink a good wine during the dinner or just watch Netflix. We are in Sydney since June/2017 improving our English and our experience of life. We are looking for a place well located (prefer close to train station), quiet, clean, organised where we have our own privacy.
2 bedroom, older style apartment, windows are on 3 sides of the apartment, making it very bright. There is a balcony with BBQ and outdoor seating which make it a lovely area when the sun is out. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV and PVR, low-boy drawers and also a small wardrobe which is fitted with pant hanging racks as well as traditional hanging space, meaning that although it looks small, it can be well utilised. The bedroom is away from the living area and is separated from the other bedroom by the bathroom. It can be your own sanctuary. It has really nice views out the widow to the leafy street below. In a perfect location for the CBD, North Sydney and Chatswood, all approximately 15 minutes or less by bus. There a local parks nearby and a growing number of cafes are in the area. The Willoughby Leisure Centre is within walking distance as are the squash courts. A 24 hour gym has recently opened around the corner too. There is no on-site parking available, however being on a quiet street, there is always parking within a very short distance.
Working in Parramatta however, I am looking for a place a bit closer to the beach and CBD. I am looking for a private room in a share house, with or big enough to fit a queen bed. Preferably with bills included and car parking. I am easy going and quiet at first, but when you get to know me I come out of my shell a bit more. Love a beer and love all things sport (AFL, cricket, NBA) I am a clean and tidy person. I am looking for a fun & friendly household but also respect we all need quiet time as well.
Hi I'm Glenn, I work fulltime hours 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work I enjoy Bushwalking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) and I do Bikram yoga. I also like to read and watch movies. As a housemate I would describe myself as friendly, considerate and tidy. At the moment my moving date is Flexible. I'm looking for a place with a garage as I have some small/medium Metal and Woodworking machines that I like to get creative with.
I’m a quiet and friendly housemate. I have lived in a lot of share houses and I am very considerate of other housemates. I am very busy with work and love to be outside on the weekend so I am not around the house very often.
Hey Guys, We live out west with our kids and greyhound but both of us have to work on Northern Beaches and require a SINGLE or DOUBLE room on alternative nights. Hubby on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wifey on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are never there on the same nights, and never there on weekends. We are in our 40's, healthy, tidy, non-smokers and have friends and sporting commitments around Northern Beaches (while our new house gets built - ready 2020) and will be around very little. So if this arrangement suits we are looking for an easy going and flexible arrangement. Thanks
Hi! I’m a full time Registered Nurse about to start working at RNSH. Looking for place close to work, reasonably priced. I’m a shift worker so I won’t be home very often. Clean and easy to get along with 😊 From the Central Coast, so wanting to move rather than commute. I have been looking into rental apartments and am pretty interested in a particular one, 2 bed/bath/carpark in Lane Cove. Let me know if this is suitable for you.
I’m a french student in Ethology Master and come in Sydney for an internship in Macquarie University/Lane cove national Park about rehabilitation of flying-foxes. I’m calm, serious in my work and very respectful. But when it's time to have fun, to move or to party, I don't have to be asked twice! I’m coming to Sydney to discover a new way of life, very very far from my hometown Bordeaux (the city of famous wine!). So I'd really like to share moments and new experiences with my future flatmates.
I work full time in an office job, I go to the gym a lot and play sport a few times a week. I love my food, coffee and wine. I enjoy going out but also love staying in just as much as my work weeks can be quite full on. I work from home occasionally so would need the right set up to be able to do this (e.g. desk in room or living area and good internet). Ideally would prefer a built in wardrobe. I'm pretty easy going and very clean and tidy and would like to live with people that are also clean and tidy.
Nice, clean and modern apartment. Very close to the City and Chatswood by bus. Two stops away via express bus (272 or M40) to the city. 343 via Crows Nest/North Sydney to the City. 257 bus to Balmoral (Beach). M40 also continues to Bondi Junction. Close to Service Station which is ultra convenient when you need last minute items. Cafe and restaurants along Willoughby Road. Willoughby Leisure Centre and F45 in walking distance.
I'm from Luxembourg, trying to start a life down under. I'm very uncomplicated, love tidiness and I'm very social.
Hello! I am from Ottawa, Canada and I work in the television industry. I used to live in Australia when I was younger so I have dual-citizenship. It's been my goal to get back to Australia to continue my career in TV. I am moving to the Sydney area on April 1st 2019 - let me know if you have a place that you think would be a great fit for me. I'm very clean to live with, I love food, I love to paint & I love the sun! Let's chat!
My name is Ivan, I'm 27yo and I'm from Colombia. I am a full-time researcher at Macquarie University. Currently, I'm leaving in Marsfield but I want to move closer to the city to visit restaurants, cafes and the beach. I am an easy going person who likes to hang out in communal areas and I'm always keen to have a chat and a couple of beers. I am very clean and tidy with my personal space as well as with the shared areas. Currently, I'm looking for a master room for me and my girlfriend Catarina. She (28 yo from Portugal and also a full-time researcher at Macquarie University) is applying for jobs outside Australia so we still don't know if she is gonna stay in the country. I'm looking for a room with a price around $250/week if I'm the only one staying and up to $350/week if it's for both of us. Thanks, Cheers!
28. Professional, transferring to Sydney for work late January. Easy going and clean. Previous housemates have become great friends.
Hi, I'm mostly working full time while finishing off my last few subjects of my university degree. I'm often at work during the day and socialising or playing sport in the evenings. Looking for a friendly, tidy and relaxed household. Preferably no pets.
Hi, I am moving to Sydney for work in late January & am looking for a team-up. I am flexible with locations but would prefer to live somewhere close to transport in the Inner West or North Shore. During the week I am busy working full time and my weeknights are generally made up of playing sport, going to the gym, walking my puppies, having quiet nights in and the occasional social event. On the weekend, I am out and about, keeping active, having fun & enjoying life. I love to socialise with friends with a few drinks and a nice meal. I am very outgoing & friendly. I love to socialise but also need a little bit of down time as well. I am easy going, tidy, responsible, respectful & always pay bills on time and I would like to find a similar house mate or two. I am a non-smoker and I drink socially. Ideally I'd love to find a room mate who I can be friends with & occasionally share some food, drinks etc . Someone who is relaxed, fun, friendly & enjoys life. I love to be comfortable at home & would love someone who wants the same. I pretty much have all the furnishings and appliances needed for a house which is why I'm looking for a team-up. I also have 2 dogs, a husky and a labrador x kelpie. They are beautiful dogs, super friendly and very well-behaved. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested in a team up or if you have a room for me and my puppies :)
I'm a 21 yo Canadian on a Holiday Work Visa. Recently fresh off the boat, I'm looking forward to the next year in Sydney! I'm a bartender that always loves to experiment at home and would love to share my drinks with future roommates. Looking for a spot in preferably North Sydney, paying around 300 p/w.
I’m a pretty laid back person, enjoy a good laugh, good food and glass of wine, also like my music and animals. I have a 3 yr old Golden Retriever called Daphne who is very friendly, chilled out, toilet-trained and well looked after. She is friendly with other dogs and cats too. I work in Marketing, two days in an office and three from home. I’m very active and go to the gym, bushwalking, beach etc. I’m generally quite clean and like time to myself, but also would like to be able to have a drink and good chat with someone from time to time. Looking to move end of Jan/early Feb 2019.
