I have been working as a research scientist in University of Adelaide for the past 4 years. Recently got a job in Sydney. I come from Delhi, India but have lived in Seoul, Lisbon, UK, Italy and Adelaide significant portion of my life. I enjoy reading, programming and playing any racket sport.
Newly migrated to Australia from NZ, I have a bit of a funny accent. My workmates make fun of certain words I say, and I'm sure you will too/ I like to hang out with flatmates where possible but also have the ability to do my own thing, but would love the opportunity to meet new people. In previous flats I have lived with a larger group of people and prefer living in share houses. I like to cook, but also keep everything tidy as I go. I love to watch movies and constantly quote Brooklyn Nine Nine. I'm all about animals, so if you have a pet - great!
I have 1 medium to large size room available. It is available on 26th November 2018. It has a cupboard and there is a double bed available if you require it. The room will fit a queen size bed if you want to bring your own. The house is very spacious, light and tidy. This home is in a great location with buses to the city (including an express bus) and surrounding suburbs a block away. It is a short 15 minute walk to Chatswood Westfield and the train station. There is a bus stop close by that goes to North Sydney, CBD and chatswood. It is close to fresh food shops, pub, cafes and restaurants. Everyone is very respectful of each other and we all very friendly. I am looking for someone who doesn't mind chipping in with the cleaning and can pay their rent and bills on time. We are all busy professionals who don't mind socializing together once in a while. It is sometimes hard to have us all home at once. If you are interested please contact me and we can arrange a time for you to come see either of the room. Street parking only but the house is situated on a quiet street so there is ample parking out front of the house. Close to bus stop express bus into CBD in 12-15 mins. BTW the rent is paid monthly and it is $978 per month and bills are $100 per month and they include electricity, gas, internet and water.
I'm a 20 year old first year student at Macquarie Uni. I am working part-time and looking for a place to move into for 2019. I am independent and often stick to myself. I have experience living with 3 others in a share house. In my spare time I like to read and often go camping, having been in scouts for 10 years. I love pets, and am happy to be around them if you have one of your own.
Hi, my name’s Kate, I’m 35. I’m work full time as mental health professional. I have two beautiful dogs, one of whom is a trained therapy dog. They are with me 3 weeks on and three weeks off as of January as I will be moving into a new job where I will be based on Nauru Island for 3 weeks on/off. This means you won’t see me at all half the time! When I am back from Nauru, I will be travelling a lot with the dogs- I tend to drive up to Byron to see family friends and make the most of my time away from work. Myself, and the dogs are all very well behaved! I am social but enjoy my own space at times too. I like a nice glass of wine on the weekend and spending as much time as possible at the beach. I’m happy to pay for a cleaner for the shared areas of the house when I am there to compensate for having the dogs!
Brand new modern apartment building, The Mint in Willoughby! We were the first tenants to live our apartment. Great location close to the freeway, Chatswood, shops, great cafes. Room is a spacious, generous size (4M x 3M) with built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Windows let in lovely afternoon light. You have your own bathroom, large modern shower, as well as a secure car space in the basement car park (included in rent). All lift access, video intercom, apartment building is very secure. There is a study nook if you have a desk. Even though the address is on a main road, the room itself is very quiet and faces Penshurst Street - which is where the driveway into our car park is. Lovely outdoor undercover area adjoining the living room, aircon/heater, WiFi available. Apartment is fully-furnished, just not the room. Full washing facilities, full kitchen, just need your bed! Fitness First is also downstairs within the same building complex. Bus stop is literally outside the main entrance. There is a beautiful cat that lives here too! Her name is Nala and she is super-friendly < 3 Couples welcome - please message re details!
Hey there, I'm an easy going professional. I like to have fun but am considerate to others. I'm clean and tidy. have lived in sydney a while.
I'm a 22 year old student graduating from the University of Newcastle and have just landed a full time physiotherapist job Sydney so am looking to relocate to begin work in early January. I'm very hardworking, however when I have down time, I love to relax with some good food, quality tunes and a cheeky wine or 2. I consider myself a respectful, tidy person and enjoy living in a clean space, just keen to find some easy going flatmates with similar interests and work ethic. My exact move in date is flexible from late December to early January due to my current job and lease in Newcastle. Suburbs of interest and price are also flexible for the right room!
I am 42yrs of age female ( home owner and single parent of a grown child not living with me) and I have recently moved to the Sydney area ( October 2018) from a country regional area. I am committed to my current living arrangement until Jan, 2019 and I am looking for and requiring a long term living arrangement. I would prefer accomodations with other females, however if there is a male, I am ok with that ( happy to consider upon meeting first) I get along with all people generally. I am a clean and tidy person who respects other peoples privacy, and respects required house rules. I’m not a party animal, although I really enjoy to socialise, I don’t drink heavily, or like loud music! I love animals, especially dogs! I am a working professional (Full time Mon-Friday in the city and occasional wknds ) and although I am still finding my way around Sydney, I’m enjoying the sea change from my country regional origins. I don’t smoke, I enjoy to cook, and enjoy time to myself, a quiet night in, with a book or movie as much as going out for dinner / outings. I enjoy exploring my new surrounds each day. I have an interest in the arts and theatre and like most music. If there is anything else you would like to know of me; within reason - I’m happy to advise.
Hey there! I am a hard-working 23-year-old with a stable, full-time job. I am looking for a place that's close to work and Sydney's beautiful city. I like to surround myself with positivity and strive for a healthy lifestyle. I am respectful of others and their space, and have been told I own a very laid back personality (yes, I will let you borrow my clothes). I love to cook and keep my surroundings tidy, I am also a vegan who will let you try all the inventive, yummy dishes I come up with. I love to read, go on hikes, take photos and head to art galleries, gigs and the beach. I am from Baulkham Hills and would love a change of scenery/lifestyle. That's all from me :)
I'm an energetic but easy-going 20-year-old balancing full-time work and study. In my spare time, I enjoy hitting the gym, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and chilling with my fur-baby (my 2-year-old, extremely cuddly, quiet, toilet trained and well-behaved chihuahua). I'd love to hang out with my flatmates and bond over some good wine and cheese every once in a while, but am also happy doing my own thing. I'm always willing to lend a hand, especially with cleaning and the like. I do drive, but ideally looking for somewhere near-ish public transport. Please shoot me a message if you think I may be a good fit in your home, or if you have any questions. Thanks!
I am a bubbly and social person. I'm from Sydney and looking to find a place I can call home. I am someone that is always up for a good chat and hang out but I am very mindful of others' privacy and need for space, I am also very responsible and clean. I work full days on weekdays so I wouldn't be around much during the week. I am very relaxed and happy to go with the flow ! :)

Im an exchange student from California studying early childhood development at Macquarie University. I love to cook, make ceramic pottery, and go to the beach in my spare time. Looking for a friendly and easy going house to live in for my last 7 months here!:)
It's a nice spacious apt with a big back yard and a large laundry room. It is very close to the train station and shops. The flat is currently being furnished. I will update the picture asap. Your room will have a comfortable bed and mattress, own bathroom, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp etc... Ideally looking for one person. However, I will consider a couple but singles get priority. Thanks Aj

I'm a 25 years old non-smoker. I originally come from Orange but have been in Sydney for the past 2 years. In that time I stayed with a flatmate in Turramurra. The owner decided to sell the apartment, so here I am! I'm a Golf Professional which means that I work more than full time. I have a successful coaching business as well as working within the golf club. I'm a very tidy person with a passion for cooking, sports and generally enjoying what Sydney has to offer. I'd love to find some like-minded flatmates that I can enjoy my not so regular free time with, but don't judge me if I just have to go and sleep!!! Look forward to chatting with you! Min
Hello, 🌺 My name is Lucy and I'm looking for a peaceful place, where I could do some meditation and relax, however in tough days I would love to share a glass of wine and have a nice conversation with my future flatmate. ☺️🍷 So basically, I'm looking for a place non smoker, no parties and with a nice person to be my flatmate. I'm respectful, neat and tidy. The most important for me, is share the apartment with ONLY ONE PERSON, not more than that and if he/she is in the 30's would be even better! 😄 Hopefully I can find this special place soon.🌸🙏🏻
Im a 32 yr old builder/Carpenter. I have the best behaved and most human female Staffie who goes to work with me everyday. I am ideally looking for a share house with space to store my boat on the street out the front, a motorbike in a garage and some sort of undercover storage for a box trailer worth of building equipment.. I understand this is a lot to hope for so obviously I am flexible. As far as the room and the house goes, I am really not fussed, I will take the cheaper option of 2 because I am saving for an investment. As far as housemates go, I’m not looking to move into a party every weekend kind of sharehouse, however I have no problem with the occasional party or friends over. I am social myself and would much rather a happy and relaxed environment than a sterile one. As far as my interests go, well obviously I’m into boating and riding motorbikes. I’m also into recreational aviation and try to fly when I can afford to. Otherwise I enjoy hanging with mates having a few beers. I look forward to whoever I’m going to meet in this new chapter!
