Easy going and fun. No pets, and no smokers sorry. Full time sales rep so I’m on the road a lot. Looking to move out with a female for a year or more. Almost have everything to move out (furniture ect). Happy to live anywhere in the north shore :) not after share house. Happy to move into a spare room or move out with someone.
This is a great 2 bedroom semi-like place which is centrally located in Willoughby. It feels like a house. Entry is via the rear lane, so it is quiet and secluded. It is spacious, light-filled (5 skylights), very private, fully furnished, secure and has tandem parking. The living area opens to the courtyard through bi-fold doors to create a great indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The available bedroom is massive and is furnished with a bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lights, a bookcase, an armchair, a desk and chair and brand new 42" LED TV with Chromecast and a TV stand. It also has a walk-in wardrobe. The courtyard is a good size with an outdoor setting for 6, an umbrella and barbeque. There is an new internal washing machine and dryer. Located very close to the bus stop, with plenty of bus services to North Sydney, the city and Chatswood.
Hi, I'm Shrini, 38, non-smoker, clean, tidy and active, work as a Business Analyst into IT in the CBD. I'm reliable, friendly and outgoing and like to socialize with flatmates on occasion but also happy to have my own time/space. Currently live at Wollstonecraft in a one beddy apartment since last 3 years, moving due to construction next door and intention of potentially buying a place in a year, fingers crossed. I have shared accommodation in the past at Copenhagen, San Francisco and in Sydney with flatmates who i call friends now :) I am understanding of personal space and co-existence and get along well with most people :) My interests include Swimming, Scuba Diving, Running, Travelling, Skiing, Motorbikes and Reading Looking forward to either team-up and look for a flat together or a private room in a share flat ideally for 6 months plus. Not keen to share a flat with 3 or more people(ideally with just another person), No couples. Preferable locations would be Cammeray, Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Manly. If you have any questions feel free to ask Cheers, Shrini
Hey everyone, I'm a west-coast Canadian excited to settle in Sydney! I'm clean, clutter-free, and hoping to find a roommate/s that like to live a similar lifestyle. A bit about me if anyone is interested; I enjoy being active and am getting into freediving/rock climbing. But by any means, I don't require similar interests from people I live with. I'd consider myself a pretty quiet and laid back person, that being said I don't mind a good chat :) In case anyone is apprehensive of my situation, I intend to stick around until summer, as I have to do farm work to extend my visa. I predict it will be in January according to the harvest guides. Cheers!
I am an international student who will study at the Macquarie University and who is excited to be a part of Sydney from July to December. I'm very open-minded and laid back. Love to play and watch soccer and interested in sports overall.
Excellent location - 12 minutes to the City by express bus, 5 mins to Chatswood, 15 mins drive to Macquarie university; Close to amenities - 5 minutes walk to bus stop, coffee shops, restaurants and Willoughby leisure centre; walking distance to Northbridge shopping centre; Spacious room in a character filled house - 4.6m X 3.9m with an en-suite with spa; potential to fit in simple kitchen appliances (kettle, microwave, etc); Off street parking.
The apartment is located at castlevale, the bus stop is just 1 minut walk. Close to Crows nest,10 minutes to Chatswood,15 minutes to the City. The appartament has only 2 bedrooms. It is quite new inside, very comfortable and clean. The bedroom available has a private balcony. It has a large balcony with barbecue and it has a swimming pool outdoor with barbecue area, very cool for the summer.
We're a couple looking at moving in together with one or two people. Harry has lived in Sydney for 18 months, and Kendi is moving from Canberra to Sydney in the next month or so (once we find a place!). We want to move in with people as we're both social people and enjoy living in sharehouses. We have both lived in sharehouses before, and are described as a very relaxed and fairly independent couple. We're both fairly tidy, and enjoy spending time relaxing at home together, alone and with housemates. We are happy to catch up after work or on the weekend if you're keen, but understand that everyone needs their own personal space. We don't need an actual car-spot, but Harry rides a motorbike, so you can have the space as long as the bike fits in somewhere.
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
Hi, my name is Dov. I am 31 years old and about to move from Bronte to this house on 6 June. There are three rooms at the front of the house available and one bathroom to share. There is the option to have the room partially furnished. I have Asperger’s, work 4 days a week and have help from my team of support across the week. There are floorboards throughout, off street parking with a lock up garage and a backyard, dining and living rooms.
Less than 1km from Artarmon station one way, and even closer to Willoughby road shops the other, you’ll be spoilt for choice with great food, drink and transport. This three bedroom house sits on a big block, with two drive ways and two garages and a nice backyard. The interior boasts an updated kitchen with a pretty smick oven, carpeted living and dining areas, and bathroom with a shower and bath. The house also features a great downstairs area, which is being used gym area, but has plenty of room for other hobbies. The room for rent is 3.1 x 3.0 meters, carpeted and with a large window.
Hi everybody :) My name is Lukas and I am 21 years old. I am from Germany and will come to Australia at the end of July 2018 to do Work and Travel, also known as Working Holiday. My starting point is Sydney where I already have a full time job waiting for me at the beginning of August. So now I only need somewhere to stay for just a little over three months (three and a half months at the most). After those three months I will start traveling around the country. In my free time I like to... - listen to music - play my saxophone - go to parties on occasion - go sightseeing - read - try out new kinds of food - ... Of course I wont be playing my saxophone while I am in Australia since I can´t really take it with me. Way too much package. ;) I normally am a person everyone can get along with. I always try to be polite and not go on somebodys nerves. Of course I keep myself and my surroundings clean. I like to meet new people and see new places. If you have any questions, don´t hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing from you. Lukas
Single male with a 50kg 7 year old dog. I work full time but walk Boss (the dog) every morning and most evenings I’m very active and outdoors as often as possible. I surf when I’m not out Hiking. During the week I’m quiet and more than happy to keep to myself.
I am very friendly and easy to live with. Originally from Japan. I work from Monday to Friday in the city. I am a social drinker so if we can share some beer or wine after work it would be great! Let me know if you have any good place for me!
A friendly, hardworking and responsible couple. I work in marketing in the sydney cbd & my partner in and around the city as a cleaning supervisor as well as studies business in college. We've both lived in our respective sublets for 2-3years with no problems and always paid rent and bills on time. One of us has lived in Wollstonecraft and the other Sydney city and are keen to live in the north shore area, walking distance to train or bus transport direct to the cbd. We have a car, so a carpark spot or parking nearby would be needed and ideally we'd love a furnished place, but not necessarily with everything. Look forward to getting in touch and meeting you! Chantal
Moving from Melbourne for work. I am quite bubbly and get along well with many personalities. I do, however, like my alone time and space. Therefore, I am respectful of yours. I wouldn’t mind having a flat mate who knows all the good places to eat, see and hike!
I'm a brazilian student, working as a nanny. On the weekend I like going out, grab some dinner, go for drinks or even parties. I would love to have a friend to hang out with. Also I'll respect your space. I like going to the gym and also play soccer sometimes. I'm easy going, nice, tidy and clean.
