WORKSHOP/ HOME/ SHARE ROOM???? We are looking for a rugged individual who isn't scared to inhabit a studio / shed/ granny flat over the cold adelaide winter. You seriously don't want to be in there by summer! Toooo hot ! I think it would suit someone who likes to meditate, paint, create, exercise, do yoga. write their memoirs... THE GOOD BITS : You have a BIG space about 6x4 metres but yes, it's in the garden. It's clean Carpeted Has a little bar fridge and a microwave It's peaceful out there away from the household You have a nice garden view You can be noisier than the rest of us ( with respect to neighbours) Your rent is less than the rest of us 'house dwellers' THE LESS GOOD BITS You would have to trudge to the house for showers/ toilet and cooking. * Would also be really happy to negotiate the rent to use it as a workshop space for someone to come and go and NOT LIVE IN. Obviously the rent would be a bit lower depending on how much electricity you use for whatever you use it for.
Hi there, I'm Sandra, I'm about to move to McLaren Vale from Sydney. Ideally, I'd like to start a house share with one other person myself, as I'm moving down with furniture. The house I'm looking for will be really spacious, have 3-4 bedrooms, ideally 2 bathrooms (one for each flatmate), close to the beach, with some outdoor entertainment space. I'm happy to pay between $170 to $250 per week, so if we both chip in, we can get a great place. About myself: I'm 38, run my own business working with wineries, originally from Germany but have been living in Sydney for the past almost nine years, moving down to SA to live a slower, more balanced life - can't wait, I'm tired of the big smoke! I'm social, active, into all things entrepreneurial, like to travel, meet new people, good wine and good food, animals.. On that note: I come as a package deal with my cat Sammy, a fluffy and feisty Norwegian Forest Cat. He's good fun, almost like a puppy in cat disguise. I'm looking to share with one working professional between 30-45ish, who's friendly, respectful, tidy and clean, social with good chat and up for sharing some dinner and wine, but also respects "me time". Also a must: must pay rent on time and be reliable. Alternatively, an existing house share with one other would work for me too, if it falls under the above description or similar, please get in touch! Ps: when messaging please tell me a bit about yourself and the Flat too, not just about the room, after I’ve written my little essay here :) thanks!
Hi there, I am ideally seeking a flatmate to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider nearby areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per week. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. I have been living in Qld but am relocating back to Adelaide asap. I have moved out of my Qld property and my furniture is currently in storage in Adelaide. If you have furniture too, we could seek a home which meets both of our requirements. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 4yo shih-tzu. She is house trained and does not shed hair. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I also like gardening and spending time on the beach. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for. Cheers Debbie-Lee

Im not an untidy loud obnoxious 20 something..im an adult that doesnt do parties likes to keep things tidy and im respectful of others. Im on a disability pension for internal issues. Nothing that will affect anyone else except its a guaranteed income and rent will be direct debited. I come across as dark and moody where in fact im just shy and like my alone time, (and my dragons and gargoyles statues) although i do enjoy the company of others. Im just not very good at it anymore. Lol! Yes my age is 50-ish. But my brain hasnt caut up to that fact yet. I like all genres of music.. except maybe rap..hip hop and Christian. I have 5 adult kids (hence the i like my alone time now lol) and 1 amazing grandbaby that loves to stay with nanna.

I've not long moved to Adelaide from the Lower South East, I work a few days a week in Victor Harbour and I start Criminology at Flinders next semester. I'm a clean, quiet & respectful person. I enjoy road trips, the beach, cooking, movie marathons and small gatherings on the rare occasion.
Hi there! About me.... well..... I like to have my own space but socialise too. I love animals so if you have pets YAY. I can be bubbly, generous, clean, honest, willing to change. I can also be secluded, quiet. I have lazy days and I have super productive days but I will always tidy up after myself. I don't throw parties, and only drink socially or have a glass of wine or whisky every now and then. I am not sure on my moving date because I am unsure how all this works and I also need to declutter. Thanks for reading this!
Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter. I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! If I’m not at home you’ll always find me at the gym, hiking somewhere (and probs getting lost lol), hanging out with my friends, eating food.. like lots of food.. or visiting my dog (unless he is allowed at the house.... he is super cute 😏 although not a deal breaker if he can’t) Soooo I’m a super fun person and your house is totally what you need so chuck me a message!!
