Firstly my age is real, but my lifestyle and tastes are very different to my age group. I am non smoker, social drinks, clean healthy not an control character. Yes I am on pension so my rent responsibility is good I do get along with everyone (makes life easier). I still body surf, ride motorcycles and horses can fly LSA.

Great location, minutes walk from shopping center, buses and beach. Recently freshly renovated house attractive clean bathroom and toilet, tidy throughout, all the mod cons in the kitchen, there is a BBQ and entertainment area with a space-sous back yard and vegi garden...... Bills and Internet included in rent but must be able to clean up after one self and be conservative with energy. There is on street parking.

I love this town house. It has a great location. It is in quiet street and is less than a 5 minute walk to Port Kembla beach and pool. Close to shops, Warrawong Plaza is less than a 5 minute five and Wollongong Central is a 15 minute drive. There walking paths all around the area if you like to get out and walk or run. About the place. It is a 2 storey townhouse with a garage and plenty of street parking. My car doesn't fit in the garage so it is all yours if you like or it can be used as extra storage. It has a little yard that i am currently in the process of turning into a little outside retreat. The place is fully furnished including kitchen appliances, expect the bedroom. The bedroom has a nice large built in wardrobe. Has plenty of natural light. The room size is about 2.5m x 3.5m. The place kind of has 2 bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub and toilet and downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. The rent is $195 per week. The other bills we would split when they come in. The internet bill is $80 a month (so $40 each). The water and electricity bills are paid every 3 months. The water bills is $80.00 for 3 months ( $40.00 each) and the electricity bill can vary between $200 - $400 for 3 months. It depends on the season. I spend most of my spare time hiking, surfing, mountaineering, playing tennis or just being out and about. Also enjoy chilling out with a book or Netflix.
