I am a loveable 18 year old. I am well-mannered and polite. I love to make new friends and go to outings. I have completed years 11 and 12 at TAFE and am working casual at McDonalds. I am trying desperately hard to find a full time job as well as starting a course in the next few weeks for interior design. I can cook but I'm not a chef. I don't mind cleaning and feeding pets as long as it doesn't become my permanent responsibility because it's not my pet if you know what I mean. I love to read, watch TV, I am into photography and scrapbooking but most of all I love to make new friends. I am currently living with my father and step Mother on a ten acre block in kurmond. We live with our grandmother as she lives in the main house. Things here have been a bit harsh since our grandfather passed away last year and the property is beginning to become hard to maintain. My step mother and grandmother are taking it out on everyone as they are frustrated and stressed. Life here is livable but it's mentally draining and I would much prefer to live on my own or better with a roommate. I don't have any kids or pets and I do have a partner living In Glenwood. My original plan was to move in with him but the house he lives in already has to many people as he is living with friends. I am keen to meet you and would love to get to know you before we make plans. Please feel free to message me. I would prefer to get to know someone before moving in with them just to make sure it's the right person and so it doesn't waste each others time and money.
Hi, I'm currently a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force located in Wagga, NSW. In May 17, I will be leaving my job and relocating to Sydney, NSW to take on a full time undergraduate degree studying PDHPE Secondary Health and Education at the University of Western Sydney, whilst working a casual job. Which leads me to looking for accommodation. Throughout my Defence career I have lived in various styles of shared accommodation and I have experienced all kinds of 'room mates'. I know how to live with others respectfully. As a working professional myself, I do understand the needs of other professionals, such as being mindful of noise when living with shift workers. I am hugely conscious of using shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, tidying up after myself and not leaving things out and I'm all for sharing the house chores. I definitely can say you'll never have to worry about me throwing a house party, I'm going to be pretty flat out studying, working and training most hours of the day. I'm a friendly and approachable person but I also know when people just need some time out straight after work. Other things I know that are important to sharing accommodation involve, paying rent on time, respecting peoples privacy, communication and just being aware of the fact that I'm living with others so respect them like I'd want them to respect me. With that in mind, I hope you'll consider me as a room mate. Klaryse

Hi my name is Cassie. I am a 21 year old currently working two jobs 6 days a week and studying Veterinary Nursing at Richmond Tafe. I am a friendly person who gets along with everyone and loves animals so is happy to live with pets also. I am a very social person and love to go out and have a fun night, when I'm not working weekends that is. I am not a messy person and am happy to help with everyday chores around the house. I also very respectful the personal space of others. I am looking to move out into a place with younger flatmates around my age.
Like to think I'm pretty much self managed. Can cook and clean and very tidy. Extremely athletic person who loves going to the gym and for runs. Awesome company and very energetic (i like to think anyway), also quite reliable and responsible. Am not a boring person to be around.
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
I am 27 years young and am fun to live with , i work really hard and am not home during the day and like to go out a couple nights a week ,no pets and iam very clean and pay my bills on time always regards Darrin
Hi! I am Marieke and I am a Dutch Molecular Life Sciences student who will be in Sydney for a 5 month exchange program starting July. Mostly I am a pretty solitary person but I do love to hang out and chat, watch movies eat in company etc. I love kids and animals so neither of those would be a problem for me. As I will be pretty busy with university and am planning on getting a weekend job there is a good chance I will be out often.

There is a double garage, a shed out the back and enough driveway parking for 4 cars ( 3 of which are taken). The house has 2 shared bathrooms however you are welcome to claim the downstairs bathroom if you prefer privacy. Note you must be tolerant of Cats as we have 2 furry family members. I'm great to live with because I'm clean, respectful, im also a great cook, I make a mean potato bake :) I keep to myself and I'll probably be in my room watching Netflix or playing Xbox. I have a dog honey, who is so placid, she is toilet trained and she is obedient , she basically just eats and sleeps , she will be in bed with me most of the time and i will clean up after her everyday. I just really need a place to live, I need a home, I just loved over here from Adelaide and I've got a job but now I just need a home :)
Hi there! :) My name is Laura and I'm 26 years old. I work full time on a horse farm which requires me to work 13 days per fortnight, I have a horse of my own that I compete with, and I usually stay at my boyfriends place several nights a week, so I'm not home too much and when I am, I'm happy to mostly keep to myself and have a chat or a laugh :) I appreciate housemates that are considerate when it comes to noise and cleanliness, and I do the same in return. I have a mouse and 2 rats that will need to come with me and I understand they aren't everyone's cup of tea but they could be kept in my room rather than in common areas and their cages are kept clean. If you think you would enjoy having me around I would love to hear from you! :)

Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. Georgia and I are a young couple who have been together for over 3 years now. Both originally from a small country town, we moved up to Sydney in order for me to complete my apprenticeship in carpentry. Georgia works full time at a medical imaging practice in Bella Vista and uses public transport to get to work. We're a respectful and tidy couple who enjoy our busy lifestyle, as well as a few video games. Fast internet is a definite draw card for us.
