I work full time and am usually pretty busy with sport or outdoor activities of an afternoon and on weekends. I am respectful of others and am a clean and tidy person. I also enjoy a nice meal and wine :)
I am looking for accommodation for myself and my two dogs (they come with 5 years of rental referees) My preference would be self contained accomodation on acreage (like a granny flat or studio), but I am open to sharing too. I am a professional who travels (with my dogs) a little bit and has some flexibility with my working hours and work at home some times. I like to eat well, I am into gardening and veggie gardens too. I have a horse who is agisted in Arcadia (where the dogs get exercise too) - it would be great to be as close to him as possible. I am friendly and easy going.
I'm always on the go. When I'm working I'm working flat out so when I have time off I like to make the most of it. That doesn't mean I party hard. It means I do my best to be social or even get outside and do something rather than staying in my room all day. I'm extremely good at taking care of myself and am very neat. I also love making new friends
Hey there✌ I am Moritz from Germany and I am on a working holiday visa in Austrailia since September. I am easy going and like to hear to good music and do some sport in my free time. I work full time at Luna Park and am studying part time at Macquarie University. There will be a lot of reading, baking and talk of the arts within the house from my end! I like having a space where we can chat and be friendly but we can also retreat and get our own space when we need it. I am looking at renting a three bedroom place in Richmond where I can have a bedroom and office and someone could rent the 3rd bedroom. I want someone who wants to create a cosy and comfortable home that is a nice sanctuary for us to retreat to at the end of the day, and to invite family, friends and partners over to visit us. I am looking at moving out mid-February.
My name is Jayde and I'm currently looking for a room to rent in the Western Sydney region. I plan on moving from Melbourne to NSW in mid February for University. I'm going to be studying Bachelor of Science (Zoology)/Bachelor of Natural Science (Animal Science) and my long term goal is to be a veterinarian. I'm very quiet and friendly and would love to move into a place with a friendly bunch of people as I'm moving interstate by myself and it would be great to have some amazing people to live with. I plan on travelling back home to Melbourne every now and again to visit friends and family but I usually spend my days working, studying and watching netflix. I also have a pet cat and rabbit that I would love to bring with me to my new home, although I am able to leave them behind if I'm unable to have pets.

Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up front and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. CURRENT NEEDS: NONE Anticipated needs (no definite timeline) Hope Island 1 x male x 12 weeks Terrey Hills 2 x male x 12 weeks (open to twin share rooms) Gymea x 2 male x 4 weeks (open to twin share rooms)
