AVAILABLE FROM NOW UNTIL FEBURARY 8TH FOR SHORT TERM STAY. My current house mates are moving out and I have friends coming back from their travells in Feburary and will be moving in, so looking for a couple, two friends or single for short stay. Travellers and backpackers welcome. The flat is fully furnished as seen in the photo's and looks absolutely amazing with the art deco styling by the landlord. On top of this the whole flat is newly renovated. Your bedroom is a large 4.5 x 4.5 metres and has a built in wardrobe and king size bed which can also be split into 2 singles for travelling friends. The bathroom is shared and also includes a washing machine and drier. The shower head is a rain shower style with a detachable hand held extension. It also has heaps of storage in the cabinets behind the mirrors. The living room is decked out very nicely and even has an old radiogram that plays vinyls. Also includes a smart tv (with Netflix), dinning table and a 2 panel gas heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else needed to whip up absolutely anything. It also includes a massive fridge, stove top, oven, dishwasher etc. The backyard area is communal with the 3 people living in the flat below us and includes a large outside seated table and BBQ. The three people below are very chill and we have already become good friends since moving in. We've added a few plants but it basically looks how it does in the photo's. The location is prime. Just a 2 minute walk to Chapel Street and you've got some of the best restaurants, bars, clubs and retail Melbourne has to offer. All this but tucked away in the quiet Windsor streets, you seriously couldn't get any better. The apartment is a 3 to 4 minute walk to Windsor Station (Sandringham Line) which will get you to Flinders Station in 11 minutes. There are also three tram routes in the same proximity which include the number 5 (Melbourne Uni - Malvern), 64 (Melbourne Uni - East Brighton) and 78 (Balaclava - North Richmond via Prahran).
I'm a British person seeking a room, I work full-time managing a rug shop - it's the most random job I have ever had so I have supplemented it with a normal job at a Mexican restaurant. I am saving for my travels, New Zealand is the plan. I'm also one of those cyclists zipping about and also a keen runner. I'll never say no to a good night out, I make room for unhealthy habits. I am looking for a place to sleep, in a good location, with chilled folk who are up for chat and laugh. But, also people that keep their place clean and are mindful of others.

Lived in Melbourne 5 years now, I'm Aussie but grew up all over the world. Anything else just ask.
