Hey, I'm Caleb! I'm a Melbourne born and raised software developer working full-time in the city, currently looking for a new place to call home. I'm a clean, quiet and tidy guy who likes to have a few drinks on the weekend who's looking for similar people to share a place with :) Currently just looking for something around 4 - 6 months, but may be open to longer depending on what I end up doing next year! Ideally looking to move sometime during November.
Hey all, one of us is moving out and so we have a room up for rent in a three-bedroom townhouse in Windsor! It's a pretty standard townhouse with a small cement courtyard and a small garden with a storage space in the back. The toilet is separate from the bathroom (makes mornings easier) with an outhouse as well. There will be a free carport too as the housemate staying on doesn’t have a car. The room can fit a queen bed and has a large built in wardrobe and built in desk. The room also has a ceiling fan which is essential for summer. You will be living with Josh, a chill 24 year old guy who works full time for an energy company, and with his cute pug named Lola, who is friendly and quiet, no late night barking! Location wise, it's about 5-10 walk to Prahran or Windsor station, route 6 or 78 Trams, Coles or Woolies (plus an extra 5 to Aldi or Prahran market). Our street is right off Chapel St so you have your pick of clubs, bars or restaurants. The rent for the room is $810, paid each month. Bond is the same as the rent, with bills breaking down to $20 a month for internet and utilities average out to around $50-$70 a month (generally more in summer as we use the fans a fair bit)
Hi. Im from Wigan, a small town near Manchester. I’m currently on a working holiday visa, working full time at the Marvel stadium for the next 6 months. I’m looking for a for a place to call home for the next 6 months. I enjoy a drink at the weekend and relaxing watching local cricket (when the suns out)
I’m a 38yo single guy working on a startup. Looking for a place to call home. I’m well traveled, easy going, enjoy good conversation, sports, good coffee and music. I’m ideally looking for somewhere ASAP as I am flying back to Melbourne on Monday 21st October. Happy with something short-term or long-term.
I'm a 28 year old engineer from Brisbane. I've been living in Melbourne for almost a year but currently working in country Victoria. I'm looking for a place to live when I come back to Melbourne on my weekends off. I'm easy-going, tidy and like to socialise and attend sporting events. I'm looking for a sharehouse with people of similar age and interests.
Hey! I am commencing my Bachelor of Paramedicine in Feb 2020; this coupled with my job working Live Music/Theatre venues means I'll be out of the house a lot, particularly until very late. I am very autonomous when it comes to keeping my environment tidy and clean and definitely appreciate those who do the same. I like to cook (a lot) and whatever I make, I make for anyone in the house to feel free to have if they want it. I'm fine with pets, though I don't have any of my own. I like to treat my home like a bit of a sanctuary, so while I am cool with having people over, I am definitely not one for constant partying. I love music, and will probably be playing it whenever I am in the house! I also create a lot of illustrations and paintings purely for the love of it. I love my alone time and will usually be reading a book or watching a documentary when I can. I am very easy going and nurturing by nature; I'd like wherever I live to feel like a safe, inviting, warm home.
I am a doctor, currently a masters student in Latrobe university. Studuing a public Health/Health Admin degree. I have a sarcastic sense of humor and looove cooking. A default foodie! I love healthy living, exercise, exploring new activities. I am also a bookworm, and a writer. I own a blog. One more thing: I'm very accepting, but do not like to be taken for granted. And I love Jesus to bits! Looking for friendly and non-judgemental people to live with and enjoy the city while earning my upkeep and studying.
A bit about myself: I'm currently working in hospo in the city and studying Early Childhood Education as well. I’m vegan with a huge passion for nature and environment, making me super eco-friendly, which = saving money on them bills! When I have spare time, I’ll always be seen at the beach, or during less summery weather, will be doing lots of eating a lot and having a few drinks. Bit of a groovy gal, ALWAYS keep an open mind and am welcoming towards everyone I meet. Really easygoing to be around and respect the space of others, and am always neat and clean, trust me on this.
Hey everyone! A bit about me: I'm currently working 9-5 at Peter MacCallum as a research assistant. On my downtime you'll sometimes find me at my old bar Bar Ampere either with a glass of wine or g&t. With that being said, I'd like to live with people who enjoy social outings and also of course respect a bit of downtime after work! I love netball, kayaking, swimming, walking and absolutely love a good tram ride (no hate). I'm very easy going and considerate and am keen to pick up a few more hobbies here and there, so I'm generally keen to get involved in whatever! Ideally I'm looking for an apartment somewhere along St Kilda road (ideally) but I'm open minded as long as there's a nearby tram. Really, I just want flatmates who I can vibe with and call friends. Feel free to message if you feel like we'd get along 😊😊
Hi, I'm Niamh. I'm an Irish nurse, in Melbourne over 4 years. I'm looking for a room in a nice, clean house with character and an outdoor space. I work on the Southside of the city.I don't do nights! I like to cook, travel, read, go out with friends, stay in with friends. I try to keep active. I think I'm a respectful, laidback and fun housemate...(references available on request😋) I'd be more than happy if you had a pet😍 Currently travelling at the moment but will be looking for somewhere for the end of October. P.s I have houseplants 🌱
Hey there! I am Sarah, a versatile 26-year-old female. I both work and study full-time: Nanny, household manager, children‘s book author, MSc Psychology student and Monash intern are just a few of many things that I do in my life. I work in Toorak and my university placement is in Clayton - BUT I miss the beach SO MUCH! So living in St. Kilda or anywhere close by would be very desirable, and convenient, but not critical since I have a car and bike. Therefore, the accommodation would ideally have parking and/or storage available. My friends would describe me as a sociable and outgoing person who likes chatting and talking about the world, watching or going to the movies, or hiking if time allows it or any adventure really!, to the beach for yoga or meditation (or just for a quick swim) or to the park to read a good book. I'm also down for some karaoke or a cheeky weekend getaway kinda road trip! When I am not at home, I am most likely at work or on an adventure in the wild :) When I am at home, you will most likely find me in my safe (creative) space working on my own business or in the kitchen doing my meal prep for the next couple of weeks. My door is usually open though, I'm always happy to have a deep convo or just a quick chat! Ideally, I would like to live with someone who likes to socialise, eat and/or cook together every now and then (it doesn't have to be every day), hang out or exercise or do something together (beach volleyball, yoga, meditation, hanging out at the beach, watch a movie, go partying/clubbing, have a drink at the local pub, just chat..) and is not afraid to talk about how our days were or what our plans will be on the weekends (= be a people person). I wish to live with someone/people who will be my house/flatmate(s) as well as friend/s and desires to live in a social house/flat share rather than living isolated lives with no talking in a convenience accomodation.. I have moved out of a 2 bedroom apartment not long ago and am in the process of downsizing atm, but I would like to bring my own bedroom furniture hence, I would prefer a big room again but it‘s not a must. Btw I LOVE dogs and am okay with cats, just not in my room if they shed :) I am looking forward to hearing from you! Kind regards
