A Cafe style espresso coffee machine comes in very handy to start the day! There is super fast internet. The bus stop is at the end of the street, 15min to the city. The supermarket is three streets away. An alarm system and locking bedroom door, to keep thing safe. There is heating and cooling and a sauna, which is nice during the winter months. You will need to use the full kitchen in the townhouse on level 1 if you want to fry, steam, grill or bake. The full kitchen in the townhouse has an electrical cooktop and oven. BATHROOM: Shower and toilet ensuite. RENT: $250 per week. We pay 2 weeks' rent in advance. Please note that the rent does not include electricity. You will share the electricity bill with the other tenants. The electricity bill is usually $2-$3 per person per day depending on the season. Amazing! It has a wonderful bath, the master bedroom has an ensuite. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole house. A cute little court yard and a lawn I'm trying to grow. Gas heating, (that means gas cooking, too)! Floorboards, tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms, it's amazing! Oh not to mention it's so close to the klemzig interchange, a 10 minute ride to the city.
