Hi all, My name is Cassandre and I'm excited to move to Adelaide around the end of July/ beginning of August! I'm 22 and work full time as a graduate engineer. I'm a super easy going, sociable person and am hoping to find a share house with people I can be good friends with. I'm always down for board games or a wine & cheese movie night! I have past share housing experience and am always very respectful and tidy. Please message me if you have a free room or any questions about me at all!
I am a Brazilian who loves to smile, make jokes, be outdoors and have an adventure. I’m great to live with as I’m proactive around the house. I am currently studying business and working part time. I’m also a professional photographer which is great fun! If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask :)
Peaceful and leafy neighbourhood, the Torrens River and Linear Park are just 100m away - can ride into the city in about 30 minutes. Nearest bus stop is number 25, 281 route (approx 3 minutes walk). Alternatively the Paradise O-Bahn Interchange is 10 minutes walk away. The property has a small indoor pool which can be used in the warmer months, and has solar heating. There is a reasonable size lawn and garden in the backyard with a small fishpond. I spend quite a lot of time alone, and there are no other housemates, so the house will generally not be a busy place. The kitchen uses an induction cooker, as the property does not have gas. I have some induction cookware which you are free to use. Internet is included in the rent cost, water is shared at a rate of 30% (this is because I have a pool and reasonable size garden which you are not expected to pay for) and electricity is shared 50% each. The room for rent has a small TV, a desk, double bed, bedside drawers with lamp, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The room has ducted evaporative cooling. Internet is included and I have Telstra Bigpond Cable with plenty of data available. If you happen to be working or studying in Mawson Lakes, I drive to there 8:45am and leave from there ~5-6pm; mon-fri so if you want to car pool with me you are welcome. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, and I will be more than happy to answer them.
Hi my name is Travis i am looking for a nice comfortable place to call home. i am unfortunately not working at the moment, however i have a history in construction and am applying for work in this field at the moment. In the meantime i have a reliable Centrelink income so you don't need to worry about the rent. i enjoy listening to music and having a conversation, i like to get to know people. I enjoy to go out on the weekend and have fun, i love talking about sports like to go out sometimes and play basketball or soccer, also into movies, just a guy who likes to kick back and have fun. That said, i am also reliable and take responsibility very seriously. I have lived out of home the last 4 years so i am very self sufficient and take pride in a clean and tidy house. i am looking for a share house that has furniture already, preferably a house with garden (i like being outdoors, nature etc), no pets please. Thanks for taking the time to read this and i look forward to hearing from you soon :) Travis

Hi There :) I am a 26 year old female looking for a new room mate. I have an amazing landlord and a very secure lease which makes it a great place to live if you want a bit of stability. The house is ideally located less than 10kms north east of the city and has a bus stop at the end of the street and shops, gyms and everything you could need close by. The room is a great size and the whole house is floorboards and tiles which makes it super easy to keep clean. The room is $220 a week including all bills (unlimited wifi, gas, water, electricty and gardening). The price is reflective of sharing a house with only one other person, splitting things down the middle. Having a relaxed and considerate home vibe is really important to me, and not having people living on top of each other but rather feeling at home and not just like your renting a room. I may be slightly negotiable on cost for the right housemate so if thats the only thing stopping you feel free to send me a message. My last housemate has been living here for 2 years and I would prefer someone who is looking for at least 6 months however im aware life happens, so there is no minimum lease. Must love dogs! as I have two goofy pups who live here too.
My name is Omkar, 33 yr ol male, moving to Adelaide in mid-July from Mumbai, India. I am a marketing professional back in India, moving to Adelaide to look for employment and eventually call Adelaide my home. I am a tidy, relaxed and a positive person and easily get along with almost everyone. I will gladly participate in the house chores and help keep the premises clean. I can cook decent Indian meals (if you can manage the spices ;) ) which I would gladly cook for the lot to enjoy over a cpl of beers. I am excited to hear back from like-minded people who could accommodate someone with my personality in their home and life :)
This house currently has 4 females living in it. One of us is returning to England after living here for a year and studying at Magill UniSA. Another from Tassie is studying at Magill Uni and one is enjoying a gap year and working locally. The fourth comes from Nigeria and is studying nursing. We are 22 and 23 and 19. We are looking for someone sociable and clean and tidy who is happy to pitch in with the housework. Its an easy house to maintain. All bedrooms have new queen or double beds and built in robes. There is a renovation happening and a large family room is being added. Rent includes all bills including ducted cooling and heating, unlimited internet and water. Never be hot or cold again! Its in a cul de sac with ample car parking. Its 7 km from the city center and close to public transport. Only 35 min to Magill by bus (including walking to bus stop) and 10 min by car. Its in a quiet area where there is a lot of new housing. Come and have a look.We all get on well and we would love to meet you!

Our Gilles Plains property is located within a short walking distance (5 min.) from Gilles Plains TAFE. SH Share houses are close to public transport, shops, cafes and parks. All of our student rooms are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The rent covers utilities, broadband, cleaning and gardening services.
My name is Sophie. I am 36 and currently work in a government position. I am studying a post grad and enjoy a quiet life. Easy to get along with and considerate of others. Love movies, just relaxing, dinners and the outdoors. I am single and looking for one to 3 people to share with.
I have got moving date as the 1 September but can move sooner if the right place comes along. I am vision impaired but am independant and people I live with would not be expected to take on role as a carer or provide any assistance. I currently live in share accom at Newton but need to move closer to work and my Mother who is totally blind. I love being around people! I have previously been a host of couchsurf since 2008 and helpx.net since 2015 (both are free accommodation sites that promote cultural exchange and community) I also for sometime have been a airbnb host. I stopped being a host on these sites in November 2017 when I moved from a place of my own to where I am currently living. I am use to sharing the rental where I have lived over the years with others from Australia and abroad and have enjoyed interacting with others from various walks of life. I have a very friendly, caring, generous nature and am easy to get along with. I am also frugal when it comes to saving money and I am very arty crafty so always trying out ways of saving money. I like animals but do not have any of my own. I love to socialise but respect others and am not a party animal and do not drink or smoke. Until I get to know a person I can be a bit quite at first. I am looking for something North of Rowe Ave, Northfield but South of Sudholz Avenue on the 208 bus route or something within walking distance of Gilles Plains Shops or Paradise Interchange or Melbourne St North Adelaide. I am vision impaired and do have Epilepsy but am very independent. Epilepsy is well controlled by medication and on the odd occasion I do have a seizure I tend to self manage as most of the time they are at night. I basically do all my own cooking, and washing. I do pay someone though to assist with cleaning once a week due to a back injury. As stated earlier people I am sharing with would not be expected to be my carer or provide me with any assistance needed in anyway. I pay someone to provide me with any extra support I need.

I am looking to move closer to work and seeking a house that will be welcoming of a dog. I have lived in share houses before so I'm considerate, respectful and clean up after myself and my dog. I'm easy to get along with and enjoy the more low key weekends. I work 3 casual jobs and study. Indy is a 5-6yo staffy cross who is very well behaved. She's kept clean and gets exercised regularly (shes quite fat and lazy though) A place with another dog for company would be great although this isn't a deal breaker. If she is the only dog she will want to be by my side when I'm home. She has good inside manners and knows has sit down in her bed, not wonder around. * Secure fencing is a must. * A house with no cats or pocket pets. I have references for both myself and Indy if required. If your place sounds like it may be suitable send me a message please. Thanks Haley
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
Hi! My name is Derek. I'm from Canada and I'm doing a semester abroad at the University of South Australia. I'm looking forward to exploring the area and make some new friends. I love sports especially ice hockey and volleyball.
Recently graduated a PhD in chemistry at Flinders Uni. Moving from rural SA for new employment up in northern suburbs. Quite, clean and tidy, somewhat introverted. Highly respect your privacy. Not a huge party person, but would have the occasional guest over. I enjoy watching movies and a bit of a gamer. I love pets, especially dogs.
Freshly painted 2-bedroom house with new floor boards. There are TWO living areas. So, a lot of room for the only TWO people living in the house. One bedroom with a private toilet (not an en suite) is available for a single girl now. In your room, there are a brand new 3-door wardrobe with full length mirror, a new DOUBLE bed, a desk and lamp. Only 6 - 7km to the city. Close to everything: 3 minutes walk to Coles, post office, banks, coffee shops and other shops. 3 to 5 minutes walk to bus stops ( 3 different bus stops), gym and library. Express Bus 528 takes you to the city in 20 minutes. Sharing with a full-time working professional girl who is very tidy, well organized, respectful and easy going. Only two girls in the property once the room is taken. It is NOT a 3 or even 4 people shared house at all. Looking for a working or studying girl who is similar minded to fill the comfy room in the lovely home. Sorry, no boys, no couples and no pets. Two - week rent paid in advance. Paid fortnightly. Please contact me if interested. Thank you

Beautiful home, fully furnished with all the necessities you would need in a home, including a TV box which you could use as an entertainment tool. Main shopping center nearby with local bank offices and not to mention foodary areas! The room that will be available in July is a single room. Please refer to feature image for room picture. Come check it out yourself and i will be happy to go through the details with you...
Here you will find a peaceful home with an abundance of colour. It is filled with beautiful things including plants and is surrounded by the garden all the way around it including a veggie patch and a rose garden. There are two living areas so plenty of room if you want some privacy or space to relax and the bathroom is quite large. There is gas heating and a/c throughout for summer and the home is fully secure and safe. The room has a wardrobe, mirror if you choose and full block out gorgeous new curtains. It's close to public transport and only a four minute walk from the Paradise interchange which means you're then only ten minutes from CBD or 5 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre going the other way. Dernancourt is a very safe area with some great eating spots nearby including Vietnamese, Italian (Anthony's Cuccina) and Lebanese.
I am mature age with own furniture. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years has been knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture, but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I keep to myself mostly, I'm not a big partier, but if my flatmates have parties/friends over I don't mind. I won't have a lot of friends over, my main visitor will be my sister, but she's not all that rowdy, either. I have some days where interactions with others are really hard, and any flatmate I have needs to know that on those days I need my space, then again, other days I can get very talkative, and if I'm being annoying, all you need to do is ask me to be quiet and I will be. I have school Monday to Thursday, but Thursday's are only one lesson and it'd probably be home before midday. The only time I'd be upset with a flatmate is if they're being very loud when I'm trying to sleep or nap, or if I'm woken up before I need to be up (I can get a bit snappy, but I'll always apologise if I've been rude). I'm a good cook, and I love cooking for others, and I'm always up for a movie marathon.
I am a friendly personal that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
Hi ! I'm an apprentice in hydrogeology and I would be working at hope valley water treatment plant during 9 weeks. I love to travel, to discover new cultures and to make friends! Oh, and I'm french by the way (but no worries I have good temper). I also love music (I am learning lyric art) and cinema. I do sports when I am motivated (squash, running, and swimming). To finish, I don't have a facebook account ('cause I prefer to spend my free time reading or watching some movies) but you can find me on Linkedin if you want. Cheers !
My name is Rahulkumar Shah and I just finished my MBA from Flinders university. I am on international student visa and my ethnicity is Indian. I am male and nonsmoker and non-alcoholic . I am currently having 1 restaurant and 1 cafe in Marden Shopping centre. Please message me for inspection if I am suitable for u as a roommate.
Hi! I'm planning on moving from Brisbane to Adelaide hopefully around October (or maybe sooner) this year as I'd like to become a flight attendant in Adelaide. I currently work at the airport in Brisbane for a ground handling company and would transfer down to Adelaide and wait for a job to pop up in the new year. I'm very easy-going, clean, friendly/bubbly and I have been working in America the last 3 years at a summer camp, so I LOVE to travel! I also love binge watching shows on netflix, taking naps (my job is shift work) and going out with friends to chill out and have a cheeky drink. I'd love to be able to make friends with my fellow flatmates and hang out every now and then :)
I work in hospitality which is upbeat& social so I can be a bit of an introvert outside of work. A fan of a cookup, glass of wine or two and a chat but am not interested in an over the top party house. Would like to live without drama with people who understand what it is to be friendly, relaxed, inclusive and can have a laugh in communal areas but also respect eachothers space. I do come with two young cats that are indoor/ outdoor, very cheeky and smoochy. House trained, desexed, flea& worm treated.. you get it, responsible pet owner. Hope to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit for your humble abode 🌻
