I am looking for some people to start a new share house rather than moving into one. There are some great properties in my area that also affordable. I am a quite person who is happy doing my own thing. However I am always up for interaction, no point living in a house with someone you never get to know. I am generally tidy, clean up after myself and try not to make mess if it can be avoided. I have enough furniture to cover most rooms of a house, however I am happy to compromise. I don't drive so I wont need a car space, but I will need somewhere safe to store my bicycle. I work in North Adelaide and Gilles plains and I have family in Oakden which is why I am trying to keep north east of the city. Any questions just ask.
Hey future housemates :) Patrick (Pat) and I along with our friendly mutt Mowgli are looking for some fun but clean and tidy people who are approx our age to live with! We are both 25, relaxed and happy, appreciate some good banter ;) but also like to keep things very clean and tidy. Both of us are seasoned roomies and have been living in share houses for 3-5 years so we know how to respect others and get along. Our past housemates have always become our good friends :) I am a veterinarian and Pat is finishing his PhD in wildlife and livestock disease epidemiology and ecology. In our free time we like running, making pancakes, hiking, walking our dog and going out with friends. We have been together for 5 years and we have lived together before for >1year and also done a year of long distance. Mowgli is a 3yo male desexed medium sized mixed breed and has also lived in share houses his whole life :) he is very well trained and behaved and has been to both puppy school and additional dog training (certificates available if required). He can come with references from previous landlords and housemates if required. He is well looked after and walked for >1hr by me daily. He never barks or digs because he's not that kind of dog and also is so well stimulated with lots of exercise, play and food dispensing toys. He sleeps outside and is outside when no one is home however he does need to be allowed to come inside when we're home as he is very much part of the family <3

I’m easy to get along with and am respectful to those around me. Ive shared a home before and understand the pros and cons with sharing. I do have an 8 year old dog called Nala.. she’s such a beautiful girl .. she’s very smart and well trained and I can guarantee u she’s no trouble whatsoever. Unfortunately, having my dog Ja’s made finding a home to live in a lot more difficult. It’s very hard to find an honest and genuine person to share your home with these days and I can assure you I’ll always have rent paid on time and will always respect another persons environment and treat it as it were my own. Would love to hear from you and catch up for a chat :) Cheers :)
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
Super relaxed and easygoing, I love people who I can get on with and have as friends, not just as housemates. I’ve just started a new full time job and will be on rotational shifts Monday-Friday. I love to cook and always clean up after myself.
Hi, my name is DJ and i'm currently looking for a room in Adelaide, I am pretty flexible with location. I have recently moved here from Mount Gambier where i was working in the meat works. I am now looking for work in retail or to do some study in film industry. At the moment i am on Centrelink payments so will have no troubles affording the rent. I am friendly, clean tidy and responsible, looking for like minded people who are easy to get along with. I am into music and film in my downtime. Preferably looking for a furnished room and a price including utilities if possible. Thanks for your time. Hopefully i hear from you soon. DJ
I am tidy, responsible and mature, and care about people. I am a quiet person, and enjoy a quiet life. I am currently seeking work as a Carer. I enjoy meeting new people and making friends. I have lived in Adelaide for 2 years and am likely to live here long term.
I'm quiet and meticulously clean, I don't smoke or drink and generally keep to myself. I have a small unusual cat. I'm known for my outstanding cullinary skills with a passion for food and if im not out attending to my daily duties or busy studying you will hardly notice im home at all.
Freshly painted 2-bedroom house with new floor boards. There are TWO living areas. So, a lot of room for the only TWO people living in the house. One bedroom with a private toilet (not an en suite) is available for a single girl now. In your room, there are a brand new 3-door wardrobe with full length mirror, a new DOUBLE bed, a desk and lamp. Only 6 - 7km to the city. Close to everything: 3 minutes walk to Coles, post office, banks, coffee shops and other shops. 3 to 5 minutes walk to bus stops ( 3 different bus stops), gym and library. Express Bus 528 takes you to the city in 20 minutes. Sharing with a full-time working professional girl who is very tidy, well organized, respectful and easy going. Only two girls in the property once the room is taken. It is NOT a 3 or even 4 people shared house at all. Looking for a working or studying girl who is similar minded to fill the comfy room in the lovely home. Sorry, no boys, no couples and no pets. Two - week rent paid in advance. Paid fortnightly. Please contact me if interested. Thank you
Hi everyone, looking for decent flatmates. I'm fairly quiet and won't have hardly anyone visit me because I'll be moving from Whyalla and only have a few friends and relatives in Adelaide. Looking to associate with people that are progressive rather than partying. I'm a car, cat, musician, natural health kind of person. Probably have to leave the cat behind but I'm looking for a safe place to park my car to keep the insurance costs reasonable. I can cook and clean well and my character traits would be I'm a pacifist, understanding and forgiving and definitely not a narcissist, haha. Have good sense of humor. I play the guitar and bass occasionally but I'll do most of that at my friends studio. I watch a lot of YouTube video and have a music channel I created. I work in transport which involves bus, taxi and truck driving. I'm also interested in studying natural health science part time which I need to be in Adelaide to do. Other than that I'm on my own and that's about it unless I can get a nras house on my own. Being 50 now I want to make the most of my life before I get to old, spent too long in the country! I'll try to move before my set date if I can.
Easy going irish guy working as a electrician in Adelaide with the past 5 years . I have been living in shared accommodation with the last 5 years, so i know all the unwritten rules. I am very easy to live with.

When im not at work im usually at the gym as a competative powerlifter. When im at home i enjoy cooking or just chilling out, keeping to myself. I can be social but during the week i enjoy a fair bit of downtime when i can get it. Looking for anywhere that isnt west side of town, preferably eastern, but can go south or north of town as well. Would prefer 2 other people to make it a house of 3 people :)
*LOOKING FOR FEB 2018 TIME* Looking for somewhere to spend my last 6 months in Adelaide! I will have just come back from travelling around Australia from December-feb, and then need a place for my second semester. I will then be returning to the UK after spending a year here. I'm not at all a clean freak, but would like to live in a place where everyone is happy to do their own part, and not afraid to wash the dishes! I love going to the beach, going out, festivals, any music and drinking wine or beer! But more than happy to just sit at home, relax and watch Netflix! Love animals, so having pets is no problem. I don't smoke, but don't mind living with those who do. Would need to be somewhere near public transport, as I need to get to Magill campus but also like going into the city. Just a nice place to spend my last few months here, and meet new people! (Preferably all females)
Howdy, My name's Crystal and I'm a 27yo single mum. For the last 7 years, my daughter Saphira and I have lived with my mum. And its been great. But I've reached a point where I need my own privacy (so to speak) and independence. So for a temporary time until I adjust to life and my daughter adjusts to the changes, she will be staying with mum. Thought I should probably state that. Me, I'm a quiet, friendly, yet like to keep to myself often. I'm neat and tidy. And I can cook and love cooking for people. I'm currently looking for work, but I am studying a Cert 4 in Government online through tafe. Cheers Sorry for the babbling

Looking for a place ASAP! I'm about to complete my nursing diploma and I work 2 waitressing jobs so you'll barely see me from Friday to Monday. On my days off I tend to be at home, either drawing, studying, walking or seeing friends and I'd love house mates that would be up for a shared dinner here and there or even just a laugh. I'm low key, clean and like to believe I add a positive energy to where ever I live :) I'm happy to contribute to furniture, I don't have pets but I love them (especially cats), I have a licence and I am ready to move at any given time. I'm open to most areas around Adelaide but I'm most familiar with the east side of town. Also, I'd prefer my own bathroom for when I spray tan lol but not too fussed either way :)
We're very easy going, respectful, and relatively tidy but certainly not neat freaks. We have a miniature dachshund who will love you, she gets along with most dogs who aren't too large. We are seeking a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms, the master bedroom and ensuite would go to you as it's only fair that my sister and I share. I've been living in share houses since I was fifteen, my sister attended boarding school for two years but this will be her first rental. Hope to hear from you soon, Tahleisha & Ionah x
Work full time in the city, odd hours. Love music, but am pretty quiet when I'm home. Gay, traveller, vegetarian. Looking to stay close to the city since I've recently taken to becoming an Uber Eats driver on the side, mostly because I liked the idea I could get paid to study Japanese with my audio books. Ask me how that ones going :) Bonus points for: dogs, n64, spa/pool, kick ass cooks, non-smokers, chill/kind/tidy people
