The course I will be doing is not available to do anywhere else in Aus, hence the distant move. It's a big commitment but I am excited. I am a clean, organised person and I pick up after myself. I very rarely drink alcohol, I don't smoke and I like doing my own thing. I don't think I have ever paid a bill late and my credit score is near perfect. I will be looking for casual work inbetween studying when I am settled in. I must sound pretty boring so far but I do love to have a laugh and I'm pretty chilled out. I also love animals particularly cats but I don't own one so I'm sure I will spoil yours if you have! I am a clean and reliable person. I am good with my money so I will always pay bills on time with no fuss. I have a bubbly personality and don't mind getting involved with things. I work full time in the wine/ logistics industry and have so for just about a year and 6 months now. I love my job and don't plan on leaving. I have my own car which I absolutely love so I will be looking for a place where I can at least park it in a drive way, preferably a carport or garage. I am originally from Sydney but have been in Adelaide for 3 years now and I'm planning on being here for the long run. I do have a partner but the room will only be for myself. He lives down south so I try to see him at least twice a week as I work full time and he does full time Uni and works nights. We do share the travel so during Uni times he will rarely be around. I like to cook and have no problem at all in doing chores and cleaning up after myself. I am pretty responsible and don't go out that often. I'm looking to move out of home. I have moved out before and only came back as the landlord wanted to sell and I sadly couldn't find a place fast enough. I'm looking at paying around $120 - $130 a week max in rent. It will be preferred that the bills be included but its not the end of the world if they aren't. I get 8 GB of data on my phone plan so I don't mind if internet isn't available. If your keen on taking me on i will setup my bank to do the weekly transfer to cover the rent payment. I like to sit on my pc and watch movies or browse the net In my spare time such as when i get home from work and then socialize with people on the weekend or just relax. I like to have a social drink with people as being social is good i like a johnny walker i do not drink beer or smoke pretty healthy guy..I have a double bed to move with me and my pc desk that i put my tv and computer on i will not go anywhere with out my own bed or tv and computer as i know my stuff... On weekends I like to catch up with mates so i am a friendly and a fairly quiet person... I love living here and can't believe I've been so lucky! It's a large upstairs flat with really nice friendly neighbours on the edge of Campbelltown and Payneham. It's in a really great location- 25 min bus ride/ 10-15 min drive into the city, 5 min drive to UniSA Magil campus, 5 min walk to the pub or Foodland, large walking trail & creek around the corner. There's also a gym and doctors surgery 30 seconds away and I'm across the road from a big new function centre with a pool and everything! And despite all of that we're surrounded by big trees and parks if you like nature. You can watch the sunset which is my favourite thing. Air-conditioning and heating work really well. Washing machine included. I've got lots of kitchen appliances including a new coffee machine and oven! Never had any problems with the flat and love it here so much :)
