Hey, I'm Dayne, I moved to Canberra from living abroad in the UK a year and a half ago to work with a great community service organisation and have decided to stay for even longer! I'm really easy going and get on well with anyone, a bit of a nerd who loves chilling and hanging out, but also loves the gym and Rugby (I'm a Kiwi). I like to think I can hold a conversation reasonably well :) as well as enjoying my own personal time. I don't tend to stay in the house much as I work long hours and gym whenever I am free - unless there is something bing-worthy on Netflix. Pays rent on time, and will always help around the house! Don't smoke, also studying postgrad part-time. Hope to hear from you. Cheers, Dayne.
Hello, My name is Hollie, I'm 29, quiet computer nerd. I work full time, study, train & mainly spend my free time gaming on my computer. I do not smoke, have pets or go out partying. I like to be clean and love to cook.
I am 40++ male, moving to Canberra for work as a Program Delivery Manager in Forrest and looking for a furnished room from Sunday 30th Jun when I fly in until my partner moves here sometime next year with the furniture. I am normally up early to go for a cycle (try not to make any noise) and should be away most weekends cycling and/or camping speaking of which I do need room for 1 maybe 2 bikes plus a few sets of wheels, light camping gear and a packraft when the weather warms up… which except for bikes all packs down fairly small. I also will be catching up with my partner once a month but that will mostly be in Auckland / Brisbane or Sydney but she will visit on the odd occasion. Otherwise I have a dry sense of humour, don’t smoke and like to have a drink or 2 on the weekends, happy to sit in front of the box at night although chances are I will be on the laptop working out bike routes. I am used to a clean house and have been a landlord more than a flattie.
I’m clean and tidy; I respect others' privacy and at the same time I enjoy the occasional chats. During my free time, I like going to the gym, do some social dancing, hang out with friends and family or go on short trips. I am looking for a place that is close to my family and work. Feel free to message me and/or arrange an interview if you’d like to get to know me more.
Hello The name is Caitlin though prefer Caitie i'm 21 years old. At the moment I'm on centrelink payment for a jobseeker. I'm an aspiring performer. I'm easy going though to first start i'll be in my room singing or listening to music or just on my laptop. I'm a massive pop culture lover so i am very different from a lot of people, i love K-POP and anime and all that fun stuff. Would like to be a housemate with someone who likes K-POP and i can get along with well. Best way to contact me would be by text message or email, call or a text if I miss your call just leave a voice message and I'll get back to you ^-^ I am also wanting to get myself a kitten so cat lovers would be awesome!
Hi all, I'm looking to move into a place somewhere in the south of Canberra, preferably long-term. I'm open to most options, including teaming up to form a new share house :) A little bit about myself; I work full-time as a Postie Monday-Friday. When I'm not working, I like to read, watch Netflix, practice Muay Thai (2-3 nights a week) and drink coffee. While I do tend to keep to myself, I'm open to the occasional dinner/get together/chat after work. If you have any other questions, hit me up and we'll see how things go from there
I moved from Perth for a grad program in February, but the permanent tenant of my room is returning from overseas! I like reading and music, sing and play guitar a bit (at respectable hours!). I don't drink, but no stress if you do. I work full time for the public service, so out weekdays and I am looking for a quiet and friendly house. Ideally a furnished room would be great, as having moved from Perth I have no stuff!
3rd year medical student at ANU. Currently working weekends at a car wash. Friendly, respectful, pleasant, easy going and approachable. Not much of a party goer and tend to spend time at home in my room studying.
Hi Everyone I currently work for a youth mental health organisation in Canberra and am also studying counselling. I consider myself easy going, clean and tidy, approachable and sociable but I also welcome down time and enjoy cooling out at home. I love hip hop/rnb/soul/jazz music (currently learning how to DJ), dancing, spontaneous adventures, a cocktail here and there and spending time outdoors...to name a few things :) Am flexible with moving date - I'm really just looking for the right place and a good dynamic with a potential roomie. Am open to teaming up with someone also looking for a space and hunting down the ideal place together! Would love to hear from anyone who feels we might be a good fit. Beth
