Hi I'm Percy. Looking for a preferably Queer friendly house Close to public transport No more than 35mins+ to city via public transport I am a quiet, clean, organised person who appreciates personal space as well as hanging out and being social with housemates. I spend most of my time studying and out of the house.
Hello! My name is Maddy and i’m looking for shared accommodation. I logged out of my last account and couldn’t remember the password, so if I look familiar that’s why! I work full time at one job, and part time at another. I don’t party, and rarely go out with friends. I am a homebody, and love being social with housemates but also respect privacy. I have a partner right now, and it would be great if she were allowed over! We are not loud and we prefer just watching movies so we aren’t much of a hassle. I am happy to pay $160 a week including bills! I have been in shared accommodation before, and loved it, but I got sick and had to move home mid last year. I am really responsible, trustworthy, reliable, and relaxed. I really hope you consider my listing and hope you don’t look past me because of my age! I can assure you I will be a great addition to your household. I look forward to hearing from you :) Thanks
Likes music, sports, bodyboarding, dogs, gaming and food. Easy going, happy to share with cooking meals, likes keeping things clean.
27 year old male looking for a room to rent around the $150 mark for 3-6 months. I'm quiet and friendly, moving from Mount Gambier to Adelaide. I work full time as an electrician and have my own transport. I can also provide furnishings if not included. Will be spending my spare time at the gym or with friends. I also have previous share house experience and will be looking to rent asap also im a non smoker.
Hi i am Nabeel just waiting to join my job hopefully from 19th August I am friendly and respect others privacy , i do smoke but not in a room or house , need a fellow mate easy going and drink on weekend sometimes to chill n relax
Hi, I'm quiet and respectful of others' privacy. I always pay on time. Non-smoker. I have a stable 3-4 day per week office job in the city. I'd like to find a room for $180/wk or less including all bills. $200/wk is my upper limit. I'm fairly flexible with the length of tenancy, 6 months or longer would suit. I'm only looking within the suburbs that I have listed. Furnished, unfurnished or semi-furnished are all fine. Prefer a place with two bathrooms, and air conditioning for summer. I don't have an exact move out date but would like to find a new place in the coming weeks.
I'm in my mid-thirties, working across two jobs as a social worker/art therapist. I like to think this makes me fairly relaxed, as I've already seen and dealt with most things before! I have two cockatiel birds that can be outside in their cage- they are curious and like to have a chat. I love other animals too and dont think the combination should be a problem. I've owned a home before and have been at my current address as lead tenant for 3 years, so I'm a fairly sure bet! Looking for a change and the chance to meet and get out with new, different people- I love things like the Fringe, sunshine, witty banter and using big words, awkward travel stories, bush & beach walks, exploring new areas and places, enjoying a decent wine out the back with all of the cheese, nights of crazy dancing and toodling around the garden, trying to fix and make things. Oh, and I cook- love a good weekend cookup, and always happy to share. Reference is available and whilst I could say more, I always think it is better to meet and figure it all out then! I am flexible with move-in dates and furnishings, so happy to negotiate
Would be a great pair up for a student. About me: Clean, introverted. Loves wine and footy. I have brand new Fridge, Washing Machine, Dining table/chairs, Leather lounge and Bed set up so if you’re a student looking to share a place and not worry about furniture you would be perfect!
I am looking for a place in the Western suburbs. I am considerate, quiet, clean, and not into late nights or loud parties. I like to get-up early to meditate and exercise to stay happy and healthy. I have a Post Graduate degree from Monash Uni, and am well-read and articulate. I require an independent and (if possible) a furnished room. The ideal place, if there is one, would be close to public transport, shops, library, park and a pool. (and the beach and CBD!!) :) Also, I would like to share the place with just one more person as I like my space and quiet.
