It's only a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and a 10 minutes walk to the nearest train stop, for a direct route to city centre. Ten to 15 min walk to Queen Liz hospital, shops and library. Good neighbours. Utilities and household expenses to be shared evenly. There is a beautiful garden out the back with plenty of room for relaxing and barbecuing. Applicants must have a secured income.

All rooms have been furnished with storage for clothes, bed and a desk. linen is provided. cooking utensils are provided e.g. frying pans, saucepans, microwave, toaster, kettle,2x fridges and cutlery. There is also a Dinner table and T.V. (we have a nice new little flat screen tv not the old box in the photo haha) in the common area.
Hey Guys, My partner Jessica and I are looking for a double room somewhere around Prospect. We've been travelling for the past year but are now back in Adelaide and house sitting until the end of April. We're both around 30, I study full time and Jessica works full time. Looking for a pretty quiet place, hopefully with a yard. Cheers
Easy going, friendly and respect privacy. Working full time so won't be in your way all the time!
I am nineteen and of Filipino nationality, although very much Aussie by nature; I moved from Philippines to Adelaide when I was three and have grown up around the western suburbs. I'm very familiar with arvo beach hangs and just a very laid-back atmosphere. I'm open-minded, friendly and enjoy a good laugh, so there will never be short of conversation possibilities and a little bit of banter goes far. I do like to socialise when the occasion rises, I particularly enjoy socialising around a good meal, in or out of the home. Coming from a large family mainly comprised of younger siblings, I understand the need for a peaceful and quiet environment and I am respectful and empathetic of others around me; I have a great deal of love for quiet times. Mostly when I'm not working full-time I tend to cultivating hobbies (e.g. writing, filmmaking, photography). I am taking my second gap-year to work on my savings, and currently work in the CBD, but plan to attend Adelaide University in either 2018 or 2019. Homes that are placed near a train/tram-line or bus-stop close to the city, or are a convenient bike-ride away are mostly ideal. Inside the confines of a home, I understand that sharing a space calls for mutual respect, and I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces and belongings. I clean up after myself and pull my weight when it comes to all household chores, but I am also willing to help out others, because I understand that not everyone in a household has the same routine. I'm LGBT+ friendly, and I don't own any personal pets, but have a family cat called Cheddar whom I adore to bits. But if you have pets, I'm all for it - the more the merrier! I don't drink often nor do I smoke, but I don't mind if those around me do. Cheers! Katrina :)
I am very clean, I will always tidy up aftermyself. I also study full time as well as work full time so when I am not working I'm generally studying. Really easy to get along with and love meeting new people and learning from them! Also have absolutely no issue being around animals.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations.
Im friendly easy to get along with I enjoy good company and keep to my self but dont mind the occasional dinner with good company
International PhD student. Diplomatic, quiet and responsible. Play games for fun.

I am very active person I play football and cricket. I am a very social person, I like catching up with friend when I have the chance. I am a tidy and respectful person, I will respect what rules are in places and obey them.
I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)
Hi all! I'm Ash and I currently work full time in logistics for a mining company. I'm pretty social and always enjoy going out and hope to find people that also like to have fun but still can respect each other and the house we share. I have worked as a chef so I can cook pretty well. I'm always happy to cook for others and I'm also rather tidy and always clean up after myself. I also have a cat that I'd like to bring with me, he usually just spends most of the day/night outside.
Hello. I am in my early 40's and am a professional who works full time within the Regency Park area. I have been with the same employer for 20+ years and love my job. I have recently separated so would like to move into the area. I have my own car and would prefer off street parking if this was possible. I can supply my own furnishings. I am fully independent. I have a small dog but have other arrangements for him so it is not essential, but would be nice to see him occasionally ...but again not crucial as I have other opportunities to see him. I am very neat and tidy, and keep to myself. I am getting back into fitness and healthy eating. I don't smoke but would occasionally have a social drink. I am completely respectful and respect one's privacy. I am initially looking for approx. 2-3 months but maybe longer.
I'm Tannia from India, I've completed my Masters and looking to start my career, love making new friends, fun loving. I've been in Adelaide for 3months and loved it ..
