I'm clean and tidy person. I work fulll time therefore I need a quiet and secured place
This is a spacious, furnished tudor house and property, with large shed for storage and workbench. Laundry, kitchen facilities and an office large enough to share. There is evaporative air conditioning and spare fridge available for individual use. The property is 15 minutes from city shopping and entertainment and 15 minutes to a good choice of restaurants at the beach. It's only a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and a 10 minutes walk to the nearest train stop, for a direct route to city centre. Ten to 15 min walk to Queen Liz hospital, shops and library. Good neighbours. Utilities and household expenses to be shared evenly. There is a beautiful garden out the back with plenty of room for relaxing and barbecuing. Applicants must have a secured income.
I'm 25, male, very tidy, very responsible and friendly. I love pets but don't have any at the moment.I currently working with Telstra in CBD. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions. I'd love to set up a time to meet you and see the place
I have been renting all my life, looking for a room with own bathroom or single br flat or apt(could pay more), I am quiet and considerate. Clean and neat. Don't cook that much, So I enjoy clean kitchen and living room. Working most of the time and traveling a lot too. I need a car space as well. Cheers
I am looking for a tidy place where I can have my space and a clean accommodation. I am not a party guy, I prefer to watch television, study and sometimes play my acoustic guitar (low volume) to relax. Its extremely important for me a place where I can concentrate in my studies. Also, I cook every week (2 or 3 times a week) but I can respect a schedule to use the kitchen. After using the kitchen I clean it up. I am student and have part time job in the CBD, so it is important to have good and fast access to public transportation. I am here to improve my English and I plan to go back to Brazil next year (2018) where I have family, friends and a career.
I am a part-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy. I like to socialise, go on hikes and enjoy a casual catch up with a drink or two.. looking forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
Hi guys I am Emma, looking for a nice pal to live with and move out with. I am a lesbian, so if you're against us gays then that's okay, I'll find someone else. I am very easy going, and a friendly person, and a respectable house mate. I will be having my dog Belle with me one year old Border Collie, she'll get used to you. She's a bit werid, but like I said she'll warm up. I do not tolerate drugs or living with drug users / smokers, Houso's that drink are fine. My line of work, I cannot be living with any person that takes/deals/uses drugs. Sorry if that sounds really mean but hey. I drink alot of beer so that's okay. I play in a band, I've got the Army reserves behind me, SES, and footy I work full time and study full time, So I am pretty damn busy all the time, I am looking for a place in the west, close to the beach and transport into the city.
Hi all! I'm Ash and I currently work full time in logistics for a mining company. I'm pretty social and always enjoy going out and hope to find people that also like to have fun but still can respect each other and the house we share. I have worked as a chef so I can cook pretty well. I'm always happy to cook for others and I'm also rather tidy and always clean up after myself. I also have a cat that I'd like to bring with me, he usually just spends most of the day/night outside.
I'm currently 22 looking to move out. I'm a pretty easy going and fun person, easy to have a chat with. I love having a bit of fun and a joke with people. I'm respectful and understand that everyone wants time to themselves. I'm pretty clean and of course will be sharing cleaning duties. Looking for someone of similar age, that we can be able to have a fun place to live. I'm looking for somewhere with only one or two others, I'd be wanting something rather new and preferably a townhouse. I work at harbour town so I'm keen for anywhere within 20 minutes of there.
Hi there, I am a 22yr old Australian (born and raised) who currently works full time in Information Technology. I am looking for a new place and a new housemate(s) as my current housemates have moved on since finishing university. I am a tidy individual who enjoys the company of others, but also respects your privacy as I hope others do mine. I am a bit of a gamer, but that doesn't stop me from actually enjoying movies, going out, and socialising with other people! I also enjoy listening to music, drawing, video editing, board games, exploring, and going on an adventure. I own my own fridge, bed, desk, couch etc so wouldn't require any furniture wherever I went, but would also be able to store it if it doesn't suit the place. If you think that I may be a suitable housemate, would like to get to know me better, or anything else feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks, Jai
Are you looking for a safe, secure and spacious home that is only 15 mins from the city, 7 mins from the beach and 8 mins from a major Westfield Shopping Centre? Hi I am Michael and am currently searching for 2 house mates to share this 4 bedroom home with me. The home has everything you need, you just need to furnish your room and fill the built in robes with your clothes. - Train Station to the city and outer harbour is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. Train takes 20 mins to get to Adelaide railway station - Bus stop is a 5 min walk - Shops are a 10 min walk or 2 min drive - Grange beach is a 7 min drive The rent is $150 per week plus bills which range from $20-$45 per week and include Internet, electricity, gas, water and garden maintenance.
Situated just a 7 minute drive from Grange beach, a 7 minute walk from train stations that go directly into the city, 15 mins drive from the city and an 8 minute drive to West Lakes Shopping centre, this place is great for families or a group of friends. The property very luxurious room sizes and all of the rooms have built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite and walk in wardrobe to die for. With great neighbours and in a quiet neighbourhood, you would be silly to miss out on this beautiful property. I am only leaving due to un-foreseen circumstances and the lease is in place up until February 2018, the landlord is a very generous, approachable and would extend this lease for you if required or at the point of reaching February 2018.

The garden is established and has a healthy array of fruit, herbs and vegetables as well as a native garden. A public park with tennis and basketball courts is a few steps from the house and public transport is only a short four minute walk away. A train to the CBD takes 10 minutes. Cafes, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The double room is furnished with a new double bed and good quality mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rack and lamp. I work as a secondary drama teacher and enjoy the theatre, performing arts and socialising. I also devote time each week to fitness. I am cultivating an organic garden with the aim of having some level of self sufficiency. I enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life and I view my home as a place of peace to retreat to. Food, wine and music are a few of the things I enjoy. As noted there are three rooms, one of which is tenanted by a 25 year old guy who works in banking. He is easy to get along with and his interests include going to the gym, movies, socialising and games.

I am a 22 yo female recently graduated as mechanical engineer from the university of Adelaide and currently working full time. I am originally from India and have lived in Adelaide for 5 years. I am looking for a less crowded house with housemates that I can get along with well. WHAT MAKES ME GREAT TO LIVE WITH?: I like to keep my living space tidy. I am into fitness and enjoy swimming, boxing and Zumba. I am active most days and love outdoors but there are some days I like to chill at home, have a chat or games/ movie session. I am very sociable, friendly and respectful. So, I am more than happy to make plans with housemates to go hiking, play lawn tennis or just watch movies at home (anything really) and I am also open to try activities that interest them. Also, I understand people have days where they need their own privacy and space, I totally respect that. I love cooking, jamming on my guitar and hiking. I speak french and had the opportunity to learn elementary level german during my internship in Switzerland, where I shared a flat with 3 other females from diverse backgrounds. We still keep in touch and have a great bonding.
Hi, I'm a courteous and respectful single guy, honesty and integrity and a big heart are a must. I work 5 days 5-9 and home late from Gym most days. I'll be out doing something most weekends. I'm looking for a low stress environment with someone who is down to earth. I'm an outdoors guy, so I have a 4x4 and fishing gear, and ill quickly stock the freezer with enough fish and game meat for the whole house to eat if you don't keep an eye on me!
Ive been house sharing since I was about 17 so Im pretty used to it and super easy to get along with. Im 26 and work full time as a dental nurse. Im really into music and do a lot of singing (I try to keep it quiet!). I love going out to see bands or just hanging out at the pub. Im very social and hoping to live with like minded people who want to make a home environment not just the usual house share.
I am from indonesia, come to Adelaide for study. I'll be taking my wife and 2 sons. I will be studying in CMUA for a year starting from august 2017. This is our first time experience in living overseas. It's a mixed feeling between excited, curious, as well as afraid. I would love to learn everything about Australia and its culture, especially the food. we would also love to share wonderful things about Indonesia. and.. My wife is very good at cooking Indonesian food. Wanna try? anyone? By the way, My sons are still considered babies, so please expect a bit noise from the crying or the yelling. Also my wife wears hijab, so a whole properties rent with an appropriate privacy would be preferable. Thank you...

Student sharehouse for students coming to Adelaide on Exchange Including Unlimited ADSL2+ Internet and all utility bills, Including Electricity. The house is located in West Croydon which is a beautiful and safe neighborhood and is only a 10 minute train ride to the city. The trains come every 15 minutes and the Adelaide train station is on North Terrace which is the same street as the uni. The house is located in between the city and the beach so you can also catch the train in the other direction and you will be at beautiful Grange beach in 15-20 mins which is perfect for students staying here over the summer. There is a grocery store just around the corner of the house so maybe about a 10 minute walk away. The house is modern and has 5 bedrooms. Each room has a double bed, desk, chair, storage/display unit and wardrobe. I also include bed sheets, quilt and pillows so you can move right in without having to worry about those things. The house is fully equipped too, it has a fridge, freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum(hoover). The kitchen is fully stocked too with lots of different pots and pans for cooking and utensils that you need as well as plates, cups and cutlery too. It is move in ready so all you need to buy is your food. There is a ducted air conditioning unit for hot and cold temperatures and you can zone it so you can have it to suit your needs. All utility bills are included, so water, gas and Electricity so you don’t need to worry about getting them connected and then working out between your housemates how to divide the payment up so its completely stress and worry free. Internet is all included too and its ADSL2+ fast internet and unlimited which is really important when living with a house of international students that want to contact home and download lectures, you don’t want to run out of internet. The house is lovely and as all the features that you will need when staying here but the most important part is your housemates. I specifically only rent out this house to students that are here on exchange so that you will be living with likeminded people from other parts of the world that are here for the same experience you are. There is a lot of comfort in knowing that you are not on your own and all my tenants have told me how the house feels like their home which I think is really important when you are so far from home for a long time. With four other people in the house there will always be someone you can organize holidays with to see the rest of Australia too. Its also nice way to start the exchange experience so you are not alone on your first day of uni, you already know 4 other people! A great way to spend your year abroad!
Currently moving to Adelaide to start a new job. I'm an easy-going person, sociable and happy to get to meet new people. I'm very adaptable and just as comfortable hanging out with people as I am on my own. I'm originally from the south coast of NSW but moved to Sydney for work and now making the move to Adelaide. By day I'm an engineer and generally spend a lot of time working on computers and fixing things. I'm a fan of music, both listening to and playing. When I'm not at work I can usually be found playing videogames or reading. I'm a fencer and generally active most of the time and happy to try out new things.

Looking for a team up with a third person. Laura- I'm 19 years old and am in my first year of studying Human Movement, love to meet new people and enjoy going out and having fun. Like to cook and am more than happy to cook meals for the house. I am clean and respectful of others' cleanliness. Looking for housemates who like to socialise and are open to hanging out, but who are respectful of my personal space. Clare- I'm a 28 year old teacher who is also studying my Masters in Edu. I enjoy good banter and like meeting new people and being social-yet enjoy me time too. I have lived overseas, absolutely LOVE to travel, and have lived in many shared houses before so understand the respect and balance of living with others :). I really would like to find a place that's comfortable, 'homey' and enjoy a balance between 'me' time and socialising with my house mate/s. I really would like to spend movie night/hangs/friendly banter etc. with person/people I live with when I am at home! My girlfriend stays over occasionally. Clare owns basically a whole house worth of furniture eg. couch, washing machine, fridge. Moving to the west side of Adelaide.
