I’m a clean and tidy 27 year old. I work full time as a disability support worker. I have a beautiful well behaved dog and it would be great to find someone who also has a dog as she really loves having another dog to play with. Sometimes work odd hours but am happy to do shared food or just do my own thing. I have some furniture that I can contribute if needed. Me and Ivy (my dog) spend a lot of time at the beach and going on adventures. We do advanced dog training so she is very well behaved. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions.
Young professional, non-smoker, very clean and organised. Warm and friendly and respect people's privacy. Seeking unfurnished room, preferably with own bathroom, and rent inclusive of bills.
Hi, I'm a single mature female, easy going, independent, positive, healthy. I love anything creative, love cooking, clean, tidy, walking, music and animals. Am looking to live in what I think will be a great location to settle permanently but think it wise to test the water first as I have been living in Melbourne forever and refuse to do another winter! Would love to find similar souls to share with.
I have a beautiful home just 300 metres to two great surf beaches and the famous Arrarwarra Point longboard break 2 kms down the road. The room is tastefully furnished with a super comfy queen bed, beside tables and lamps and a built in robe. You will have your own bathroom with a shower and a lovely deep bath. The room has direct access to your own private balcony overlooking the lush garden. There are ocean views from the upstairs balcony. You will hear the waves breaking at night and all of the house receives the cooling ocean breeze. Mullaway is a 4 minute drive to Woolgoolga which has restaurants, shops, a Woolworths supermarket, services and beach markets. I would prefer someone aged 35 + and you must love dogs !
I'm clean, have a gorgeous well behaved dog, I am polite and respectful, enjoy catching up with housemates, happy to do shared dinners from time to time or just keep to myself. Can move anytime from now until May.
Just moved to area looking for a place with clean living people, I’m not a big fan of alcohol and raucous parties, unless it involves food. Love to cook, love the beach. On long service leave and looking for next career move after 20 years in public service. Have adult children who are independent. No pets of my own but don’t mind pets in home, love children, so happy to have children around in the right environment. 🙏 thanks
The living rooms in my house are facing north so are warm in winter and cool in summer. Fully insulated house. It is just five minutes walk to the beach and shops. Small town. Quiet street. You would need to connect your own WiFi.
Beautiful big as new house 2 minutes walk to Sapphire Beach. We have a big guestroom with walk in robe and ensuite plus own entry. Beautiful alfresco area for entertaining and BBQ. There is also an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach. wifi and netflix, power, gas, water all included
Hi! I'm looking for a new place to call home from the end of May, either a studio/granny flat type or a shared house. Preferably in or close to Coffs. I am uncomplicated, clean, social but don't mind some time to myself, love the ocean, animals (so a pet wouldn't be a problem) and gardening.
Quiet semi rural block only 5 mins from Coffs Harbour ,included in the price is your own 2 bedrooms kitchen and bathroom. The house is fully furnished with ocean views . All lawns and gardens are maintained already .
Ideally want to team up ASAP & Look for a place in Coffs or surrounds, respectful / tidy/ quiet - young professional ; not looking to live with children/ teenagers 🌞 Looking for someone / somewhere asap that’s chill & trustworthy
A townhouse with ocean views in a very quiet suburb. There is a verandah and back courtyard for great outdoor space with the beach a 2 minute walk away. The room to rent currently has minimal furniture which I am happy to remove if needed. 5-10 minute drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour. I have recently bought the unit and am looking for a single female flat mate. I am a 28 year old full time employed teacher that is regularly travelling to Sydney. I also have a small house pet :)
The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, a 5-min walk to the plaza, a 10 minute stroll to Coffs Creek and a 20 minute beach walk to the Jetty Markets. ~ The unit is fully furnished so you would only need to furnish your room. The room for rent is the larger out of the two rooms. It has built-in double mirrored sliding door closet. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $190 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra charges the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my current or previous flatmate but has happened in the past. ~ I’m preferably looking for someone who either works full-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy, respectful and preferably a non-smoker. ~ You will not be on the lease but will be subletting so it will still have to be passed through NSW Real Estate – People with bad tenant history need not apply.
Nice new studio, water and gas. Electricity is metered seperately and is the tenants cost. The studio is fully furnished and ready to move in to. Smoking ok but outside the house,4weeks rent for bond and 2weeks rent in advance
*** Note: Downstairs room no longer available, upstairs available from the 14th April. If you're a couple looking at the upstairs room the price would be higher*** Hi there, my housemates have just bought a house and I don't want to move as its a great place so I'm looking to take over the lease and get two new housemates. Ideally they'd be able to go on a six month lease with me. The bedroom is upstairs and is the main bedroom with ensuite , has a nice view into the valley and a walk in wardrobe. I currently don't have any furniture so if you do that's a plus not a negative, I'll be investing in some as soon as they move out though (14th April). There is a double lock up garage, will be a spare bedroom and also storage cupboards and "wine cellar" if you need a place to put your things. I have a dog who gets along with other dogs if you have one too, probably prefer no cats as I'm not sure how my dog is with cats. Looking for someone stable who can sign a lease with me for at least six months, pays rent on time, is pretty clean, doesn't mind a chat or beer at the end of the day and likes dogs. The house has a great view from the balcony, lovely to have a coffee or a wine on and overlook the valley. It's located at the bottom of a driveway in a complex of five houses, but it feels very private and is off the road away from noise and people walking by. Fairly modern, (10ish years) with everything you need.
As well as having extensive views over Coffs City and out to sea, there are views of tall timbered hills, farmland, and nearby there is a collection of Flora and Fauna Reserves. Depending upon the season, there are glow worms, fireflies, micro bats, luminous fungi, Lyre Birds and the list goes on. Located 1.1 kms from Shephards Lane along an all weather gravel and bitumen road passing through rainforest pockets and lined by Glow Worms in some places. If you are into nature, this is your home. Lots of off street parking, no passing traffic, so safe and secure. Close to train line but not noisy, no train station, so require your own transport. Room for your own vegie patch.
