Looking for a lovely relaxed space to call home. I love people with a good attitude and are happy to watch a movie and have dinner together but as equally able to enjoy their down time alone. Im pretty active and love to get out and about, as well as snuggle indoors when its cold outside now winter is coming! GOT fans are a plus (not including the most recent season because...) and must be hygienic but not crazy neat that your scared to leave a bowl out while you shower etc etc. Happy homes are the best homes! We have a room available in our beautiful three-bedroom terrace house. The room has built ins and would easily fit a double or queen bed. We have a dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer), 2 bathrooms but 1 shower. No trouble with sharing the shower in the morning as we have flexible start times and everyone is pretty quick. Large kitchen dining and extra large living area/study. Also - we have a dry clean loft space with plenty of storage space and potential for a (small) car space in the back courtyard (via lane entry). The house is perfectly located in Woollahra, just minutes from cafes, restaurants and bars. Centennial Park is just up the road and Bondi Junction and Paddington are a short stroll away.
Hi there, looking for a good room, Monday to Friday! Yep that's right, I'll not be there most weekends! I work for a software business and travel a lot. I actually live in the Gold Coast with my wife and daughter but need a base in Sydney, would be there 3/4 nights per week and maybe once a month at the weekend with my wife and daughter (6 years old) so we'd bunker down in one room. We'll be out most of the weekend so on the rare occasion we do come down, you'll hardly notice us... Property wise, a good modern apartment / house, living with a professional person would be great. I am health conscious and train a lot and like cooking so would love a bit of cupboard space to keep a few bits in in the kitchen. I'd like to be able to keep a road bike to that I use for fitness and commuting. After a large sized room with built ins and an en-suite. I am clean, tidy and always clean up after myself. I am a legend at stacking and unstacking a dishwasher and have no weird habits that I know of. Cheers! Graham

You can't beat the location of the property regardless of what you do for work it is right on a train and bus line and the Westfield is a 5-minute slow walk. The room is on the top floor, it is huge so suitable for a couple as well. It is bright and spacious and is fully furnished with queen size bed and a walk-in wardrobe. There is an entertainment room a large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and one toilet, washing machine, BBQ Rent is $360 for a single or $440 for a couple this includes all bills, Foxtel and internet.
