I'm neat and tidy, and I enjoy having a living space that is friendly and comfortable. People say I'm easygoing, friendly and respectful. I don't have pets but I grew up on a farm and I love animals so if you do that's totally fine. I travel for work a bit so every second week I'm away for 2-3 nights so you will have some space to yourself. I'm not looking for a furnished room as i currently have everything needed to furnish a 1 bedroom unit however happy to get rid of the things I don't need if you already have a furnished place but would prefer to keep my own bed etc. Prefer to only live with 1 other person and would like to have separate bathrooms or separate routines.
My job is city based, I work in the Agricultural industry and semi new to Sydney (lived in Darling Point for a year before returning to Victoria for work). Generally I leave home around 7am (or earlier) and return after 7pm. I've lived in shared housing for most of my adult life so I'm well versed to respect of flatmates, property, noise and privacy. More often than not I'm out 1-2 nights per week. Week days tend to roll into weekends with social engagements, adventures and activities. It is enjoyable to live with well balanced and transparent people, in a relaxed and quiet home. And I enjoy a good conversation about world events, history and places to travel. I'm far from a gym junkie however I do like to exercise 4-5 times per week. After years of representative sports I'm now down to low impact exercise being either a swim, bike ride, kayaking or yoga. I can cook and happy to share my delights when they are a success. I do enjoy reading the papers of a weekend I don't come with any pets, however I come with a road bike that is housed inside.
I'm a med student from Berlin, Germany and I will work at the St. Vincent's Hospital for two months. I am a tidy and quiet guy and as I lived on my own for quite some time I respect the privacy of my flatmates. I also stayed in a dormitory in Switzerland for a few months and come to like joint activities like cooking together. I am a sporty guy and I would like to discover the area.
Hello! I have a room available in a large (for Bondi) bright, breezy apartment with amazing views of the city and harbour bridge. I work in hospitality (chef) and am not home most of the time so you will pretty much get the place to yourself! I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, not a trash bag and preferably a non smoker. I like to keep the place clean but I'm not a clean freak, sometimes you just can't be bothered doing the dishes after dinner... anyway, drop me a line if you like the look of the place. David
Looking for a clean, tidy female to share my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with internal laundry set in leafy woollahra. The room is currently free as my previous housemate moved out before I undertook renovations to the property which included new flooring throughout, painting & electrical . Still yet to come is New lighting throughout the apartment, new curtains/blinds, full kitchen refresh (end Jan - will take only a couple of days). If you're any good at property styling you'll be at the top of my list! The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up and is 75sqm in total, your room is freshly painted and measures approx 2.7m x 3m so it is not big room but the price reflects that as the price also includes ALL BILLS. The room is also north facing so it has the best aspect of the apartment. You will also have the benefit of further updates/renovations being made to the apartment to make it even more enjoyable The apartment is fully furnished with exception to your room though your room. The photos of the apartment are actual photos of the apartment taken on 7/12/16. My place has unlimited WiFi, gas hot water which means the hot water never runs out and as mentioned I have an internal laundry in the apartment :) The apartment is in a great location; - 2 min walk to Queen street shops - 3 min walk to bus stop - 10 Min walk to Bondi junction station - Across the road from centennial park (98 Wallis st). The apartment is essentially on Oxford st so we do get some traffic noise I'm looking for a female housemate as I'm a pretty clean and tidy guy (photos should show this haha) and want someone who is the same plus I generally get along with girls better than guys. About Me: I'm 32 and work full time in management for the biggest global gaming publisher. I love watching the latest movies and also Netflix, try to fit in some console games (it's my job) and keep fairly active. I have girlfriend as well who would occasionally stay over but this would not be more than 1-2 nights per week. I also have a little princess that comes to stay each Friday night who is 10 so I'm usually home late on Fridays after picking her up and we're up early on Saturdays to head down to the beach or elsewhere. Unfortunately my apartment isn't a party apartment (sign of getting older perhaps?) so if you love having friends over every single night of the week this room probably isn't for you. There is on street parking available and we should be able to get a parking permit but if you do not have a car that is even better
Friendly, Clean and quiet! I work in hospitality and am looking to be managing a cafe near the city soon! I have lived in NSW for 25 years, most of which was on the North Coast I am in to health and fitness and will spend a fair bit of my spare time in the gym. I will look to work long hours as I love what I do. Love cooking and entertaining and am keen on the 'organic' notion

We provide two sets of linen and towels, toilet paper, bathroom soap, dishwashing liquid and some other minor items. You provide your own shampoo/conditioner, personal toiletries ect. There is a TV that can play DVDs, but we are in the process of getting a cable into the bedroom to connect it to channels, but there is a large screen TV in the lounge with Foxtel and includes, news channels, anytime movies, sports, drama, family and history channels! Included in the rent is all bills (accept if you make a non-local call on the telephone) - 'all bills' includes electricity, internet, water. We also have a communal laundry that is 'not' coin operated and is simply connected to our unit via the electricity - so included in the rent :) You will get a front door key, and security swipe that allows you entry into the building and pool area at anytime 24/7. We are close to public transport and a local shopping village (organic supermarket, Maloneys supermarket, cafes, Chicken Shop, Fish shop, Butcher, Newsagency that doubles as a Post Office, Local Pub, Pizza restaurant, Chemist, and more). We are also close to Bondi Junction Shopping Center, that has a Cinema, 6-story Westfields, Gyms, cafes, restaurants and anything and everything is there!
I'm a young professional working full time as a consultant, moving from Melbourne to my company's Sydney office. I'm outgoing, enjoy exercising regularly and like to try new things. I am clean and respectful of the space I live in, and would like to live with with someone/people that I can share a laugh/food/drink with occasionally!
I'm a 30 year old female living in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful Brittany dogs. I have recently accepted a job offer in Sydney CBD as a web dev and am looking for a place to stay mainly during week days. However, it would be great if your place is pet friendly so my dogs can come visit occasionally. I was originally from China but have been around the world, one year in Sweden, five years in New Zealand and have finally settled down in beautiful Australia two years ago. I love exploring the nature with my beloved dogs and of course with my hubby who is a mining engineer. I eat healthy food and enjoy gardening, DIY projects and programming. Love a beer or a glass of wine occasionally after work but not loud party kind of person. If you're looking for a mature, responsible and fun flatmate who's only there half of the time then we should have a chat.

Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy

Hiya, Have lived in Sydney for a number of years. Looking to come back after saving some coin with the parents! I'm a 27 year old single Practice Manager at a medical practice, I work Monday to Friday normal hours. I love travelling but also adventuring in Sydney. I don't have any pets but love them if you have any! I commute a lot at the moment so I'm excited to get into yoga and fitness when I have that extra time back. I like wine, movies & squiggle top biscuits at home, and not "party" exactly but socialness is a must,, especially on weekends, I might be a bit independent during the week but a wine or two is ok too :p I much more prefer warmth over cold. Looking for a room in a furnished apartment. I have all my own things though if need anything to complete the house. I'd like to fit out my own room. Looking in Eastern Suburbs area. Want sunshine and no mould. Around the $300 mar. Hi everyone ! We are a French couple looking for a short term room from the 14th of December to the 23rd of January. We worked in Sydney during 7-8 months and after that we made differents trips in Australia and around Asia, so we have lots of adventures to share with you ! By the way, we are actually in Vietnam and we'll come back in Sydney on the 14th (the day we need a room) so we can't visit any flat... We have to trust you and make a decision by Internet. Moreover, we are very quiet and respectful and we are not "party people", but we like to spend time with new people. If you have any other question, let me know and I will answer you shortly as possible. Thank you :)
I'm an ex-television producer, now working full time in hospitality, currently in Surry Hills. Looking for a relaxed home like feel.. 6 months to start with and happy to stay on if it works for all. Enjoy the outdoors and cooking with friends / flatmates together over a drink or two and pets are always welcome :) I'm pretty easy going, friendly, clean and tidy without being obsessive. Like to balance work and a social life with quite times to chill.
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in at the beginning of January when I get back to Sydney after a long holiday back to the rainy and freezing cold UK. Seriously though why am I going in December?! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️
Hi, I'm Supriya. I'm a civil engineer in my twenties, working full time in the city in the financial services. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others. On weekends I spend time catching up with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. I'm looking for easy going, sociable and considerate people who take pride in their home and keep it clean and tidy.
Hey my name is Liam, I'm from the Illawarra, lived in Sydney for a few years between trips overseas. I've been living in California and Mexico for the last year or so but will be back home in Oz for Christmas and ready to move back to Sydney in January. I teach ESL classes in the city. I enjoy surfing, swimming, traveling, cooking, movies, books, friends and fiestas. I'm an easygoing person, friendly, sociable, clean and tidy and reliable
I am a professional working 9 -5 on weekdays and want to get the most out of my weekends. very easy going and tidy enough to be your home mate. I am in to film-making and photography, so if you have similar interests or if you are in this industry, I will pay your rent too ;) (I hope you dont take it serious). I love having pet but I got allergic reaction to it so no pet please. I like to have party in occasionally and I am very open minded. do whatever you like as long as we have our own privacy and respect.
My name is Jess, I am 24 years old, originally from Brisbane but I have been living in Sydney for almost two years. I work full time in Marketing and I'm looking to share a place somewhere near the CBD. I love music, socialising, exploring, cooking and a good show on Netflix. I consider myself to be a bubbly, outgoing, social person, who is clean and organised. I am looking to live with like minded people who are hard working, but like to have fun. Ideally my housemate would be friendly, and would like to share a delicious meal and vino every now and then. If this sounds like you, please get in contact!
Hey I'm Anton 25 working full time as a Surveyor. I moved over from Perth a few months ago and am looking for new accomodation with some pretty social housemates hopefully as I do enjoy to go out for a drink or two or a gig on the weekends. During the week work keeps me pretty busy, I'll most probably be gone before you wake up. And after I'll normally be at the gym or hopefully trying to get down to the beach for a quick surf.
I am a 25 year old Health Professional from Adelaide, moved to Sydney at the start of the year and loving the move! I love fitness, the beach, travel, eating out but also cooking in and enjoy a drink or two out with friends.
Hi I'm Grace! I'm looking to move to either Manly or Paddo (close to the beach or close to work). I'm tidy, a non-smoker and love the beach. I work full time as a registered nurse so I do get up early most days. I'm pretty house-proud and I definitely like my home to be neat and tidy - but I get that sometimes you can be too tired to do the dishes before going to bed! I've got a fair bit of my own furniture so it would be ideal to team up with someone without much. At this point I'd be looking to share a 2 or 3 bedroom place with someone looking for something more long term (more than 6 months). I'd say I'm a pretty damned good cook, I like to eat well and look after myself - but I'd never say no to a glass of red after a long day . I'm pretty chilled out, I like to head out for a drink with friends often rather than being a party animal. I love design and like the place I live in to both look nice and feel like home :) Let me know if it sounds like we could team up!
Hello, I'm a 28 years old male, from California, but raised in Canada. I'm looking for at least 6 months accommodation. I work full time in the CBD and Randwick, so I'm usually busy. I will need a place by the 10th of December, so I'm pretty flexible with where I'd like to stay. Feel free to contact me, as I would love to see the place to see if it's a good fit. Cheers, Andy
We are fun bubbly people, enjoy nights out socialising, enjoy a good BBQ and a few beers (who doesn't) but as much as we like to have fun and a laugh we also love a chilled night in front of the telly or listen to some music. I'm a big sports fan all kinds not that I'm any good at them but will always give it a go. we both work I'm a carpenter and my partner works within childcare. We are responsible and respectful of peoples privacy and space. As much as we like to enjoy ourselves we both work hard to make sure bills are paid and so that we can go out and explore the wonders of the world. If we some like the kind of people you'd like to share a place with give us a message 😀.
