I'm neat and tidy, quiet, respectful of others space, happy to keep to myself but enjoy a nice conversation. I work full time in retail with Mondays and Tuesdays off. On those days I am normally out for the day, visiting my grand-daughter and catching up with friends. Would love to hear from you.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that!. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 1st May
Spacious and elegant art deco apartment with loads of character and original period features. The bedroom is really light and has great views across Woollahra and Bellevue Hill. It's currently unfurnished but if you're happy with a single bed, one can be provided. The apartment is a mix of art deco, retro and contemporary pieces which all work well together. There's lots of light with a great aspect and because we occupy the top floor exclusively it's also very private. The owner has re-carpeted and painted 6 months ago so the space is in good condition. Situated in a really quiet leafy street surrounded by character homes and apartments. It's only a ten minute stroll to Queen Street village and cafes, five minute walk to Edgecliff train station and shopping centre precinct .... just two stops to the CBD and one stop from Bondi Junction, and a ten minute stroll to Paddington. Separate lounge and dining rooms. Gas heating. Original deco bathroom and separate WC. Exclusive top floor position with no common walls. Nice district views over the tree tops. Balcony. Broadband internet. Plenty of street parking available.
Hi, I'm just about to start full-time work in personal training/nutrition, looking to move to a place close by. I'm a relatively quiet person, but always keen to chat and hang out. I love a good movie night. I tend to fill my spare time with physical activities or enjoying a good book. I'm a non-smoker, would prefer non-smoking flat mates and despite absolutely loving all animals, I'm allergic to most pets.
Clean, honest and reliable. My blue Russian cat (Killer) and I are looking for a home. I'm a full time hairdresser working in the city and killer is a full time indoor cat. Looking for a fellow minimalist as we are lovers of simplicity. Other interests include reading, Pilates, barre and brunch with friends.
Hi there, I'm looking for an available room in a shared house. My move date is 13th May but this is very flexible. I work Monday-Friday and quite long hours so you won't see me much during the week. I enjoy a good chat but also respect others personal space and private time. I like to keep the place I live clean and hope you do too! Feel free to message me if you have any questions :) Lauren
I'm a 20-something working in the media & looking to move out east! I'm low maintenance to live with, clean, friendly, private, in to health & lifestyle wankery but always up for a laugh :)
Hi I'm Roland and moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I'm easy going, tidy and love to hang out with friends, go to the gym or just for a run in centennial park.
I currently work in Paddington full time in the corporate construction industry and am also continuing my studies. I am also trying to start up my own business online with the eventual dream of being able to do contract (6 months) construction work and travel in between. As such, I am a busy person although I do love to pause my day and have a good chat. I love to listen to people's stories and learn about other cultures, lives and subjects that I don't necessarily have a personal interest in. I am often attending seemingly random events or activities, such as this past week I went to a lecture at the powerhouse museum about Egyptian Mummies. I will not be finishing my studies until next year and will be around until at least May 2019 when I graduate, therefore I am looking for something long term. I am very clean and think mutual respect is so important in shared accommodation. I have no issues with guests and believe the place you reside should be your home where you are comfortable to do as you please. The reason I am looking to move is the lack of respect in my current house, the quantity of housemates I currently live with and to be closer to work.
Easy going, clean, happy to help around the house, love paddle sports of all kinds and anything outdoors 😁 single professional working out in North Ryde but prefer living around the East / Inner City
Relaxed, outgoing, adventurous and active gent who is looking to get himself much closer to the coast to fuel his love of the sand, sun and waves. Passionate about keeping active and learning new things, my current obsession is Yoga. Ideally seeking a light, airy and relaxed space to spend time outside of work with likeminded people. Much more on the social side, so housemates keen to interact is a big plus. I have a wide range of interests and am always keen to try new things, so you'll find me easy to get along with. I'm also pretty anal when it comes to cleanliness, and would consider myself on the responsible side when it comes to expenditure. I work full time in the Medical Devices industry. Let me know if you've got a great vibe going!
Hello, I'm looking for a room in the Inner west or Eastern suburbs, I'm an architect from South America who loves to travel worldwide. I am easy going, clean and respectful of other flatmates. I'm looking for short-term accomodation (up to 3 months).
We are an Architect and an Engineer, Brazilian, young and just married, moving temporarily to Australia to study and work. We are easy-going, friendly, cleaned, well-organized, tolerant, honest and sincere people. We don’t smoke neither organize parties at our home. We love to practice sports, cook, enjoy outside spaces of our home cities, travel and have a simple and calm life. We have previous experience living abroad. For one year, we lived in Europe as exchange students, what enlarged our living experiences and knowledges, strengthening our respect for different cultures and people. We are seeking for a new “home sweet home” that gently welcomes us and complete our dream of living in Australia for the next 7 months.
I am an Australian citizen but grew up in America. I have lived in Sydney for 7yrs + mostly in the Eastern Suburbs. I am very clean, organised, respectful, and easy to get along with. During the week I am busy working and going to uni (studying Neuroscience, a bit hectic!). When I'm home I love to relax, joke around and banter over cooking or a glass of wine. I cook/eat healthy and I run/exercise most days.
I am a newly Registered Nurse who is about to start her new job at St Vincent's hospital in Darlinghurst. I am a very passionate person when it comes to nursing as well as fitness. I go to the gym often, always clean up after myself and an overall easy person to live with.
Young, hard working Aussie professional moving to Sydney from Melbourne, social and very easy going. Clean and tidy. Well rounded person - works hard, but enjoys checking out new bars and restaurants on the weekends, or having a chill out beer at home with friends. Looking to live with social, easy going, and friendly people.
I have lived in Woollahra for five years and unfortunately the apartment is now under renovation and so I must vacate. I have loved living here because of the area being quiet, close to everything and the great pubs within walking distance - a good balance just like me! I live a normal life, corporate 9-5pm, gym three times a week and finished with an end of the week vino! I also have a lot of family & friends interstate and so enjoy weekend get aways.
I'm a 27 year old teacher with a healthy dose of humour, love of travel and language. Relocating to the Eastern suburbs to be closer to work. Pretty easygoing guy, happy to keep the place clean and keen for friendly chat, venturing out together now and again or chilling in the house with a house dinner or a game. Usually out and about trying to play some kind of sport but can be very chilled also especially midweek when the brain is frizzled from teaching! Learning Spanish, writing, current affairs and sports are my main passions and enjoy meeting new people as much as possible. Originally from the UK I've been living in Sydney for 3 years. Looking for a home until 21st June. Thanks Joe
