HI guys, moving over from London, UK for work in Sydney for a few years. I'm going to be working in the FinTech sector in CBD and travelling abroad a fair amount for work. Easy going and open to sharing with people from any background/industry. Being a newcomer, it would be a bonus to live with someone outgoing who is also keen to explore what this city has to offer. Having said that I'm also looking to live with someone who is able to respect privacy. In my spare time I'm into photography, food, coffee, fitness, skating, surfing, traveling, hiking to name a few. I'm looking for quite a premium room in a modern, stylish apartment so would be great to find someone who appreciates the same.
Im easy going, tidy, and communicative person. Im coming to Sydney only in October 25th to study and looking for apartment to stay for short or long term.
Calm, tidy, friendly, funny French girl. I just arrived in Sydney for a year, I am here to work (hospitality industry) but also to meet people and make friends.
Hi there, we are couple from Czech republic (Working holiday and studying English). Both mature, pay on time, respectful to cultures, genders and races also pets :) Lived in shared space before, we like kitchen clean, but we do not like to freak out about two dirty plates in a sink and some spots on a stove, no party people. We like beers and chat with flatmates, but also our own space and privacy. Moving in from 1-7/10/2018. Silvie will be full time employed (hospitality, office), big movie geek and passionate diver. Ales will be studying English in CBD and loves to paint with sprays and sports. Some garage or spot in basement would be super extra perfect so he can create, but not a requirement. 350$ is max we can pay, all included. Cheers!
Extremely tidy, fully respectful of people’s space/privacy, doesn’t smoke or play loud music (but I don’t mind if you do!). Working full-time and regularly goes to the gym. Not a party animal but loves a good meal and a glass of wine.

Hi everyone, I've been living in Sydney for a year now and can't wait to find a place I can call home. I come from Paris, I love cycling, food (cheese) and wine. Basic stuff. I work as a manager at The Winery, Surry Hills, maybe you know the place ? If not just pop there and have a drink, you'll love it when summer starts. So yeah, feel free to contact me if you think we can match as flatmates. Cheers !
Hi, Originally from Adelaide, have been living in London the last two years - moving back with work. Super friendly, respectful and clean - I work fairly long hours Monday to Friday but would be keen to get amongst what Sydney has to offer on the weekends. Looking for a friendly house with like minded people (because thats apparently what you write on these ads but i have no idea what it means). Any q's give me a shout but ill be in Syndey from the 1st of October.
Light filled and spacious apartment in amazing location! I'm about to move into this beautiful apartment and am looking for someone to join me! The location is just set back off Williams Street in a quiet side street but only minutes away from Kings Cross' nightlife and train station and a stroll down to Woolloomooloo and the water! All details at a glance - Queen size bed and bedside tables available - Mirrored built-in wardrobes (generously sized!) - Aircon in common area - NBN unlimited WiFi - fully equipped kitchen, incl dishwasher - washing machine/ dryer The apartment is very spacious (83sqm!), full of light and will be fully furnished and ready for you to move in by 7 October at the earliest. If you have any furniture yourself I'm sure we can work things out. While the pictures look rather scarce and empty at the moment you can be rest assured that it will be well decorated and homey. I have attached a few photos from my current apartment to give you an idea of what furniture will move across - don't get distracted by the apartment though! I'm super excited to move into this place and would love to share with someone who is looking for a home to live with a perspective for the longer term.
I'm Matt, 28, and I'm currently moving back to Sydney after an 18 month stint in Melbourne. I work in media/advertising at a large agency based in Barangaroo so I have standard 9-5 work hours. I'm a pretty social person and would love to live with people who enjoy a drink and sharing a meal from time to time, but I can also respect your personal space. I'm a neat and tidy person, and I've lived in share houses since I was in university, so I know how to be respectful and considerate of other housemates. More than anything else, I've missed decent beaches while I've been in Melbourne, so once I'm back that's where you'll find me most weekends. I try to run a couple of times a week to keep fit, and occasionally even find myself in a gym. I also come with a large 4K TV, a brand new fridge and several pieces of furniture (mainly a sideboard/buffet and a TV console), but I'm also happy to keep them in storage if those aren't needed for the house.
Hey, I'm a French guy who's coming to Sydney to improve my communication skill so I'd like to find a great community in a good located flatsharing in town. It's important to know that I'm openly gay so I need to find a place where everyone is cool with that. I like sports and i intend to go to the gym, learn to surf and why not skateboarding or other cool stuffs like that so I'll really appreciate sport mates. Im sociable and would like to share some bbq and evenings with my flatmates too (and why not partying at some clubs reasonably). So if you think we could have a great agreement PM me :)
Close to public transport. A cheap Uber to any where in the city. Woolworths just around the corner. Cheap rent for a nice apartment centrally located. Bills are $50 per week which includes unlimited ADSL 2+ internet, electricity and water and a cleaner every month. A little bit about myself, I'm 25, working in Sydney for past five years. I'm a Operations Manager at Merivale, very organised, pretty outgoing and qualified chef by trade so can cook a decent meal when I'm not working. I work full time at Merivale. And look after our nightlife & promoter events, such as Ministry of Sound Club, Marco Polo, RnB Fridays Club and various promoter events so well into music, hospitality and entertainment. Currently work Wednesday to Sunday. Although I work in entertainment and events, I like my privacy and rest so ideally living with someone with similar work situation, who is likeminded, cruisey and drama-free would be awesome. I like things to be organised so the house hold can be assured that will be neatness coming from my end. Furnished lounge and Dining Areas Communal Rooftop Balcony in the apartment Modern style kitchen Dishwasher Internal Laundry with washing machine and drier Built in wardrobe
Hello :D I'm a 22 year old currently working part-time in the city. I don't carry any excess luggage like a child or a dog so you wont need to worry about that, haha. Any other questions, feel free to send me a message and I am more than happy to answer them! :)
This recently renovated two storey town house, is conveniently located in a leafy and quiet street in Woolloomooloo, minutes from Kings Cross station and the city. The house features a big living area, a compact and functional kitchen, one complete bathroom and an additional toilet. The house has 3 rooms in total.
Making the move from Bondi Junction to the Surry Hills area as it's time for a change. I am looking for relatively social housemates who also know how to respect each other's privacy. Love to have a great time and meet new people, but prefer to keep partying outside the house. I work full time M-F in Banking in the CBD. I am a clean housemate and expect the same.
Hi, my girlfriend and I are coming back to Sydney from a month traveling Darwin to Perth and looking to settle back within the CBD surrounding. I require a parking, either long term street parking or secure parking as I do need to drive to work and find a spot to park every day. About us : - really chilled out couple - she works in hospitality (but nurse back in France) - I am leading hand Carpenter - we are really tidy and clean - non smokers and no party animals - nearly never drink (I can sometime enjoy a beer with a chat) We are pretty much a good couple to fill your flat... we are looking for a long term accommodation (4 to 6 months, maybe more...) We are looking forward to meet you. Pierre & Laura
I need somewhere from Oct 10th to Nov 18th. I'm reliable, friendly, clean, tidy - all that stuff. I'm a teacher, from NZ, but currently based in Myanmar. I'm back in the hood for a few months and just need some interim accommodation from around October 10th till Nov 22nd. Though if the price is right, I could stay on till mid January if available.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from India and working full time as a consultant. I clean and I think I'm pretty friendly - always in to grab few drinks. Will always pay my rent on time.
