Hi, My name’s Nicola. I’m an architect and I’m moving to Sydney from Brisbane for work at the end of the year. I’m looking for a small share house (with one or two others) that’s close to work and the water. I’m pretty quiet and tidy, although sometimes it would be nice to come home and share a bottle of red! I’m looking forward to exploring in and around Sydney, and living closer to the beach. I have a house full of furniture I can bring if anything’s needed My moving date is flexible - i just need to be there to start work in early January

I am looking for another female to share a 2 bedroom apartment with me. I have most recently moved to Sydney from New York City. I am currently looking for a permanent home. A little bit about myself I am a very easy going guy who enjoys art and cultural events. A huge fan of going to the beach, and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy hanging out having a glass of wine with my housemates. I am currently working in fashion in surry hills.
Hi! My name is Cecilia Spinozzi and I am an italian girl who wants to realize her biggest dream: live in Sydney. I am 21 years old and I will come to Sydney on the 29th of November with my boyfriend, Bill. He has 26 years old, he works as bartender and he is honestly one of the funniest boy I have ever met. He cames from Venezuela, so he speaks Spanish as mother language, but he also speaks Italian very well, as opposed to his English. He loves going out and one of his passions is dancing. Then there is me. I finished my studies (I studied languages) last year and for this reason I am particulary good at speaking English (verily I am not scared to make mistake, in fact I hope this letter will not contain too much mistakes, haha) and I worked as waitress in many restaurants. I love sing in my free time (don't worry I will not disturb you), going out and do sports. We are a clean, respectful and tidy couple and we respect space and privacy and we also love cooking! We hope to find a place where we can feel at home.
Easy, social person when I'm free. I work in a bar so you will rarely see me if you're a day worker. I like to have a drink! New to Sydney!
Hi everyone! My name's Ryan. I'm a 30 year old professional currently working full time as a commercial lawyer. I'm looking for somewhere to live that's close to the city but still a nice, fun area (preferably with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars :). I'm clean, tidy and easygoing. In my spare time I like to listen to music, strum my acoustic guitar, read and catch up with friends. I'd love to find a sharehouse, ideally with 1 or 2 other housemates, with a friendly and welcoming vibe.
I am a 47 year old male working full time as an Assistant Nurse at St Luke's in Elizabeth Bay. I am an easy going person, organised and responsible. I like to keep things neat and tidy and don't expect other people to clean after me. I like to spend a bit of "ME" time especially after work to relax. I have a good sense of humour and I try not to let too many things worry me too much. I do enjoy good food, good wine along with great company. Hope to hear from you soon

Hi! I’m looking at moving to the city for work from south of Sydney. Ive lived in rentals and share places the last 4 years so I know my limits and respect the household. I can cook and don't mind a drink with mates. Cheers
The apartment has a great rooftop terrace with a view of the harbour bridge. The rooftop terrace includes a pool and BBQ area. It is a quick walk into the city and 500 metres from Kings Cross Station. The flat has air conditioning and a balcony. The room for rent has built in robes.
My name is Sam and I'm a 28 year old, Australian female working professional. I work in IT in the CBD as a software tester. I've lived in share houses for over 10 years. I'm clean, a non smoker and not a party animal. I'm looking for a share room, up to $250 per week, with NO BUNKBEDS, MAX 2 people per room and that's within a 30 minute walk to 201 Elizabeth st, please send me a google maps link of the walking directions and tell me a bit about why I should consider joining your share house. OR My own unfurnished room within a 10 minute walk of Ashfield Station. P.S. I will also consider places within a 20 minute cycle of 201 Elizabeth st I recently broke my ankle (I fell off a wall doing indoor bouldering/rock climbing) and I'm non weight bearing until March (basically on crutches/knee scooter). I can move in sooner but it would be very hard for me to do so. I currently live in Ashfield and I would need to give 2 weeks notice before moving. I ride a motorbike, if you have parking available for it that would be an added bonus. I like to bake, brew beer and make things. I value sustainable living and could get behind a community vegie garden. I play trombone and could also get into a swing dancing or a swing band. Why would an Aussie gal be looking for a share room? Basically I want to live close to work and get on top of my credit card debt. I hope to hear from you soon.
hi there, i am looking for a single room in those areas. i work in hospitality for 8 yrs so mostly i work evenings, weekend mostly i stay home, relax, catch up with friends. i prefer clean, quiet, no pet ( i love dogs though) and tidy households.
I am a French student and we decided to move with my boyfriend in Sydney on the 2nd or 3td February. I will finish my studies here and he will have an internship of 6 months. We are really open minded, enjoy share time with each other and meet new people. We are also very respectful of each other space and clean.
I am returning to Sydney to study Forensic Science at UTS. I am friendly, quiet, not a home partier, however not averse to going out into the big bad city and having a good time. Non-smoker, enjoy music, reading, swimming, starting to get back into gym, so if you're looking for a gym buddy then bonus :). I also enjoy cooking, and while my repatoire isnt overly broad right now, I do find I perform well when presented with a new recipe. For work I am currently a Pharmacist, I do locum work all over the country, as well as the city, so there may be times I'm whisked away to some remote location in rural Australia to help out somewhere. I love the job as it lets me flexible about where and when I work. I love to travel, have been overseas several times now, most recently went on a round the world trip including Hong Kong, London, New York and Los Angeles. Did TopDeck in Europe in 2015 and loved every second of it, I hope to get to do that again sometime. I am tidy (ok I've been a bachelor for a while so I may sometimes leave some clothes on the floor of my bedroom lol), but rest assured all common areas will remain tidy after I've used them, I am very respectful to the needs of others, I won't play loud music, and depending on work schedules won't come trapsing into the place at random hours of the night. For fun I enjoy seeing shows, reading a good book, checking out the sites, Netflix, and good conversation over a drink.
Hi everyone, I’m a fun exciting person from South Australia. Been living with friends for 4 months here in Sydney and think it’s time to change. I’d prefer to live with minimal females due to having to live with many for my whole life so I’d like to stay somewhat clear; unless they have a dude-like sense of humour and can hang out with me and have a conversation. I work pretty hard so I’m basically Houdini because of the hours I work which is generally 12hrs 5-6 days a week. I’d love to live with layed back people who can have fun, respect boundaries and clean up after themselves. I’m young and living in a beautiful city so I want to have fun which doesn’t always mean drinking; but definitely just enjoy myself. Obviously respecting boundaries and noise but I’m not here to be treated like I’m living with my parents 😄😄 I love to clean, I am a Chef, straightforward, honest and very loving to those I care about; so straight up down to earth house mate, in return I’d love to get to know you and have a great time before I leave for the states in June! Hope I hear from you and hopefully become house mates! ❤️❤️
Hey! I’m andrew, 27, and work in contracts management! Looking for a tidy share place, where roommates don’t mind the odd drink and coversation around sport or any show/movie we are watching. Like to exercise regularly and be out majority of the weekend!
Edit: Because my work hours are typically 8am - 7pm my priorities have changed from close to beach with close to city as a bonus, to close to city with close to beach as a bonus. Moving down to Sydney from Brisbane to take up a graduate full-time position in Sydney's CBD. I'm keen to finally get down to the Harbour City and get settled in to my new life. All of my friends are in Brisbane so there's little worry about me having 'hectic parties' or anything like that. It does mean however that I am looking for people that I can get along with who aren't overly closed-off. That said, I'm sure there'll be days where I get home from work or my flatmates get home and just want to decompress in peace. I have no pets and am a non-smoker. One caveat though is I need a place that has some form of accessible, consistent car-parking spaces. Obviously a drive-way/garage is preferable to on-street parking but as long as I don't have to pay for on-street parking then I won't have a problem. I love the beach and am particularly keen to live in a place where the CBD is 20 minutes away from home and so is the beach (<20 minutes would be even better). A friend of mine is moving down to Sydney in early April so I am looking for a short-term lease. $350 is about as much as I reckon I'd be willing to spend on weekly rent, although ideally the rent would be closer to the $300 mark.
Hi there! My name's Kane, I'm 25 and have been living in Sydney for six months working full time in what I consider to be a dream job. I'm looking to move in with housemates who spend at least some time socialising together, whether that's bingeing Netflix on a lazy Sunday afternoon or going out for a pub quiz night in the middle of the week. I follow the cricket and tennis in summer and the (AFL) footy in winter, but in the meantime I'll happily chat about anything relating to music, movies, celebrities and pop culture. I'll also be bringing a PlayStation along with me (I'm always down for a game of FIFA). I pride myself on being clean, polite, and punctual. I put a lot of time and effort into building strong and healthy relationships with the people I meet and spend time with, and as such, I believe that as housemates, we could also become good friends. :) Let me know if you're keen for a chat! All the best, Kane
