Hello Everyone, I am looking for an accommodation in Sydney between the 1st of September to the 16th of October. A little bit about me, I work in the hospitality industry. I arrived in Australia last October from London where I spent 2 years. I am looking for a cosy place to call, home. I am always keen on sharing a dinner and a glass of wine in the evening but also like to respect other's privacy by having a quiet time from time to time. During the weekend I like to take some time to go out, enjoying a ride on the ferry, meeting friends in a new restaurant or bar to try it out. Big fan of soccer and squash I usually try to have one session per weekend. I hope to have the opportunity to come to have a look and if things are well to share a bit of my time in Australia with all of you.
Walking distance to the city, this fully furnished room is perfect for someone looking for a short term rental. Available from 28 July - 1 November (can be flexible). Features include: * Furnished double room (bed and side tables included) * Own bathroom * Power, Foxtel and Internet included * Can be flexible on the date
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - I will move in on 11th of August’18. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you! :)

28 year old gay guy, currently working in banking. Originally from Perth, but have lived in Sydney for 2 years now. Loves the beach and recently very into F45. I Enjoy heading out to the bars just as much as staying in and watching random tv series on Netflix. Somewhat addicted to some reality shows, but who isn't?! Tidy and enjoys a clean house and knows how to clean after himself. Can be very social at times but at the same time I can happily spend time alone.
Hey I’m Veena! I’m a 27 year old female and have just moved to Sydney from Melbourne. I’ve just started working in my new job and I’m looking for an easy going flatshare. I have been working professionally for 7 years in supply chain and accounting. I like watching movies and Netflix (especially Black Mirror, The Crown, American Crime Story). I’ve travelled extensively through Europe, USA, NZ and Asia. I am looking for flatmates who enjoy a drink or two over the weekend but have their own lives as well. I respect personal space, privacy and am not a massive party person - I wake up early to go to work and sometimes work late hours in the office.
I am an 21 years old guy from the Netherlands looking for a room to stay in Sydney. I'll be studying at Macquarie University starting this July until November. I am an enthusiastic, easy going and respectful person looking to have a great time while studying in Australia. I love to hang out with others and to do sports!
I'm moving into the area from the Northern Beaches to manage a gorgeous bookshop in Westfield Bondi Junction. I'm hoping to find somewhere within walking distance of a train line. I'm after a private, unfurnished, queensized room in a share house with great people and hopefully some kind of parking option. Would prefer somewhere with 2+ people. A bit about me - naturally, I love books and reading, but am by no means an introvert. I love MMA - both training and watching - and all the usual stuff you'd put on a dating profile - 'adventures' 'music and movies' 'going to the gym' 'wine and coffee' 'watching sport' etc. I'm a superhero fanatic and m&m's will win me over in any situation. I love a social house - whether it's to share a wine and chat, play a board game, head to the beach or binge watch a tv series together. I'm keen to check out the local area and would love to know where to get the best coffee, great food and places to explore! :) I currently live with six other housemates so I know what it means to be considerate of others, both with cleaning and respecting privacy etc. I'd say I'm a fairly normal human! Easy to live with and looking to meet people who prefer their house to be more of a home. I'm looking to move now and can provide bond, rent and all the rest upfront to get settled should we be a good fit for each other. Looking forward to meeting you!

We are a mid-twenties professional couple from the UK. Josh is a carpenter and Sarah (previously a teacher) is currently working as a receptionist. We're clean, tidy and love to cook. We're out weekday daytime and are generally quite chilled during weekday evenings with the occasional meal out. At the weekends we like to explore and we're really looking to get to know Sydney. We like walking, camping, motorbikes, theatre, food, cooking, festivals and of course travel! We're looking for a place quite close to Surry Hills/Darlinghurst/CBD with parking and if possible an en-suite (although not essential). Our max budget is $450 without parking and $600 with parking. Obviously, we could consider a high budget if it were something really special. We're looking to move ASAP - even as early as tomorrow (20.07.2018)
Hi there xx We’ve been in Sydney for a few years now. We are looking to team up with someone/with a couple - and to move at the same time - in a house/apartment. We think it encourages a sense of ownership for both; plus it will be a fresh start for all. We love to laugh and eat! We like the gym too and would prefer to have clean and lovely flat mate/s. We enjoy going out but like staying at home too. You’ll experience a mixed European-Asian culture (eg. food) . We’re definitely open to having pups at home ^.^ If you are looking for something similar, perhaps we could all meet and take it from there:) Happy to share our furnitures xx
Grad architect looking for a cool place (own room) and people to live with. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for parking or off street. Always busy with something but wouldn't mind a few drinks (coffee preferred) and what-not. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Would like a place where I can sleep normally too. No room sharing! I don't really have any preference as to location, and you can see I have thrown in heaps of places that don't quite connect the dots. Contact me if you are looking for a superstar. Not a premium member so I can't message listing that are recent.
I’m a Canadian coming into town to work for the Invictus Games 2018. I’ve never been to Australia and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work and live in Sydney! I’m mature, quiet and enjoy a great meal, travel, live music, reading, movies and getting to know people. I love to be outdoors as much as possible. I am a great flatmate because, frankly, I work a lot and love to be out of the house exploring! But when I am at home, I’m considerate and friendly. I’m tidy, happy and I play well with others. I've found a place but it's not available until 21 Aug. So I'm looking for a short term place between 26 July and 21 August.
I'm a very respectful and tidy roommate. I love pets. I'm originally from California and am very laid back. I spend most time at work but like to cook often and have dinner with friends. Looking for roommates who are social and open minded. If it sounds like a good match message me.
Hi I'm Christian, I am going to study at University of Sydney for the coming semester (aug-nov), and I am therefore looking for somewhere to live in Sydney. At USYD, I am going to study primarily finance units. About me: - I am 22 years old, I am from Copenhagen, Denmark, where I study International Business at Copenhagen Business School. - In my spare time I like to do and watch sports of all kinds. In Denmark, I played handball and ran. - Before I moved to Sydney, I lived together with my girlfriend in Copenhagen. She is going on exchange at University of Western Australia in Perth. - I love to travel (probably also the main reason for going on exchange!). Why I am great to live with: - I am very tidy and clean. So there will definitely not be any issues with that! - I love to cook and eat all sorts if different foods. Maybe my coming flatmates can take advantage of that. - I do not smoke or have any pets. - Last but not least, I like to socialize with friends and family, but I might also need some time to study anyways. Hope that you find my listing interesting, and I will look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Christian Nedergaard Pedersen
I'm a young tech professional working full-time in North Sydney. I prefer a modern place within 30 mins transit from North Sydney station. :) Love a good walk or picnic or beach hang - anything to deepen my tan! Cheeky wine and cheese nights are definitely a thing, and so are hilarious nights out. I'm hoping to make new friends around my age (25-35) who share a similar lifestyle. I'm very clean and organised and am generally quiet but can definitely turn it up if the occasion calls for it! The above scenarios are just some examples of said occasions ;) Can't wait to look at some new places and meet new faces!
Hello everyone. My name is Dylan and I am 36. I'm also a male :) I am considerate, pretty quiet, clean and social. I like health and well being, design, interiors, nature and learning. I like a chilled home life that is looked after by everyone and the common spaces respectfully shared. I have a good job in Account Mangement for an Aus Tech company, or though I'm not very techy, oh well... I have stayed in past flats for a long time so that must be saying something positive? I am really quite a good flatmate I think. I just want to find a cool place with relaxed people who are respectful and good company.
I'm Marco, 27. After living for 2 years in Bangkok, I moved to Sydney for my job. I am a rather chilled and independent person. I play football, read, watch some tv shows and sports. I enjoy going out for some drinks, but sometimes also need to just take some time for myself. Ideally I am looking for flatmates who are happy to hang out sometimes, either at home or outside, but also allowing each other our own spaces when needed. I am looking for a room with at least a bit of space and some natural light, that's pretty much it. Ciao!
