Hi guys! I'd say I'm a pretty social guy, great in the kitchen and I'm pretty tidy too. I'm not too much of a partier, would rather stay in and watch movies on a Friday night. Looking for a great group of people to live with :)
I am very easy going and friendly, I enjoy being around people but also having my own time, I am a social person but I respect peace and quiet too, I have a big heart and a quirky personality, I keep things clean and tidy and I'm always happy to help out wherever I can. I respect all people and their needs and wants, i am not one to have a negative attitude! I love music and animals (obsessed) so you'll see me watching animals docos or listening to some good tunes. I am from Sydney, studying full time at UOW. I have experience living out of home in Wollongong. I have a part-time job in Wollongong and my studies which means I need to move back down to the Gong asap! Im looking for a place that will allow me to be close to Uni and work, with good company to live and hang with (:
Hey. My name is dylon and my friends name is Jesse. We have been close friends for over 10 years. We both work at a italian pizzeria in warilla and both hold a supervisor title at the workplace. We are both nice guys and really love to chat every now and then. We are clean and respectful of others and their property. In our free time I like playing games and Jesse likes to window shop nice cars (haha who doesn't like to look at nice cars). We are interested in finding a nice area to live in and we welcome any phone call or message. If you think you have something perfect then don't hesitate to try get in contact with me. Even if it doesn't work out it will be greatly appreciated. Hopefully hear from you soon.
Situated in an elevated position with views to the coast, this friendly share house is located 20 mins walk to Woonona Beach, and is also handy to shops, facilities and transport (bus & train). Quiet location with a huge backyard. We are looking for two young ladies to join the two current residents for 2017. Good size airy furnished bedrooms, although we are flexible if you have your own bed etc. A handbook explains the responsibilities of residents who are asked to sign a Standard Occupancy Agreement.
A good sized room, with bed, cupboards, bookshelf and large study desk - I am happy for you to redecorate to some extent.. the only items that cannot be moved from the room is the cupboard - so if you have a double bed, I can remove the single bed. Am happy to remove the bookshelf and desk if not required. The room has french doors onto the front veranda. I have a no smoking and no pets policy, I like a clean place, but I am not a freak about it, I will opt to go out and then get back to the clean up. I am very much an outdoorsy person. The beach is just at the end of the street, and so is the bike track and the area has a very casual feel to living - especially in the summer. The train station is about a 8min walk and the bus a 5min walk.
I am a 26 year old professional male, currently working in the Education Industry. My current rental lease finishes towards the end of June 2017, but am willing to move anytime sooner for the right match. Hey, I spend most of my time between working, studying and playing in a band up in Sydney. I'm a pretty quiet, relaxed and tidy person who enjoys heading to gigs, drawing and occasionally going to the gym. Don't having a chat and a bit of a laugh either. Looking for an easy going place to hopefully save some money for travelling!
Hey, We are a couple looking to find an available house or team up with someone or another couple and lease a property around Jan-Feb 2017. Ideally it'd be in Wollongong and close to the bus/train but we're also cool with Woonona, Bulli or Thirroul. We both work full time and like to keep a clean & tidy living space. We'd be looking for something for 6-12 months If you have something available or are looking to team up send us a message :)
I have just recently moved to Woonona and rented a lovely modern 4 bed house in a quiet street with small private garden and escarpement outlook. Parking outside and a huge double garage with lots of storage. Fantastic modern kitchen with walk in pantry and part of large lounge living area which opens to deck. Light, bright and airy. I am a single lady originally from Ireland, into health, exercise, swimming, yoga, bush walking. Socially I enjoy going out for dinner, movies and shows. I am fairly easy going but like to keep the house clean and tidy so looking for the right person to share with. Ideally a considerate, responsible, easy going person. who is good company and enjoys a laugh. Someone, who knows how to live with other people and respectful of the house and furnishings. I don't cook every day but do make a great Dhal and Orange Almond Cake so happy to share some meals and good company and explore at times all the beautiful south coast has to offer. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, currently has a queen mattress and chair and fitted wardrobe. Which can be removed or added to. I have an ensuite so hardly use the second Bathroom, with shower and bath and separate toilet. Quiet location, yet only 5 minutes drive to Woonona Beach, 8 minutes to Thirroul Train Station, 15-20 minutes to Woolongong. A short walk to Princes HWY for main bus routes. Electricity, Gas and NBN Bills will be shared.
Nice and clean. Quiet but would occasionally like to catch up. Professional working as a Software Developer.
Hi i'm Curtis, I'm 18 working a full time job that requires me to travel a lot from where I live currently which is why i'm looking for a place north. I'm someone you can get along with and like very easily as half my job is talking and making friends. The place I'm looking for is basically somewhere I can be closer to my job and sleep rather than live in as I'm usually out either working in Sydney or with mates. Honestly I will hardly be in the house on weekends because I don't like sitting around and doing nothing which means ill want to be out some of the time. I'm not a clean freak but I think things in order and kept tidy. I'm really into art, fashion and food but i'm open to anything honestly so if you're into it so am I. If you're up for eating sushi and going for a drive i'm your man.
Have my own things and can respect other people and there property. I really mean it when i say that too. I Just really cant afford a house just yet on my own. I have a dog which is the main reason for me looking for a house to share or to be with someone in the same boat, so to speak. I'm very very clean and tidy and will not be a nuisance to anyone. As i said i have everything of my own and am willing to share. Just need a place to call home. Could be 2 months could be a year or more. Recently seperated. Have 2 young girls who live with their mother all week. I get the usual every 2 weeks for the weekend and some school holidays where i will be happy to stay at my parents house. I am ready to move asap and can get any references needed. I do have a pet dog and there would have to be sufficient yard for her. She plays well with others and other pets also.

Hi! I'm 32, clean and considerate. And I'm looking forward to surfing each morning before work this summer! I work at the Reserve Bank in the city. I'm also out for dinner quite a bit during the week. I'm looking for a home to come back to that is peaceful but connected and friendly. Dogs are a big bonus! I love music. I play acoustic guitar but I don't mind taking it to the park!
Hey Guys! We are a group of 3 ladies looking for some other fine folk to join our house hunting team as we scan the coal coast for a charming new home. After spending the most part of last year living in Austinmer, we unfortunately had to leave due to the landlords selling the property. But after a few months of floating around, following our feet and enjoying the sum mer, we are now keen to find a new place with some groovy new people! A bit about us: -We are a pretty social group of people, who love a communal dinner and glass of bin ends in the evening. -We also enjoy going out together for beers, gigs, dinners or simply sitting in the living room laughing at whoever is the funniest that day. In saying that, we are also pretty good at gauging when someone needs their space so will grant them that, just as we would expect to be granted it if we need ours. -We are wanting the space to be hub of all things wonderful, eg. yoga, art, gardening, workshops etc. So if you are that way inclined, then you get extra points! -We also don't discriminate against 'non-professionals' so long as you can pay the rent, then you are welcome! Anna, 25: A full time self-employed jeweller who you will usually find nestled in her studio with a cup of tea or glass of wine (depending on the time), tinkering away at whatever project she has for that day. If you can't find her in there, she'll probably be outside searching for an adventure, dancing in the lounge room or maybe just in the bathroom. Annie, 25: Currently making a full time occupation out of practicing yoga, Annie is due to start attending acting school in Feb of this year so will spend most weekdays in the big city but will be sure to return home in the evenings so we can all recite lines around the dinner table together. Amy, 26: A lady of many occupations, Amy currently works in a world music bar in the city, the record store in Thirroul and at various markets stalls, but is also due to start her honors this year. In her spare time you will find her (but sometimes you won't find her) somewhere beautiful, writing, working on her research projects or practicing yoga.
I would be a good room mate im not a party animal but i like to go out sometimes. I have a boyfriend that i would like to stay sometimes and i also have a large family that may visit sometimes but not often.
Hey everyone, I'm moving back to the Wollongong area after two years living in London! I'm a happy, sociable person. I'm an early years teacher so fun to be around, I like the outdoors, going on hikes and eating, having drinks...just normal stuff! I'm looking for a place with sociable housemates (not a party house) and thats generally tidy. Hope to hear from you soon! :)

Hey guys! I'm Roly, a 32 year old guy. I'm starting work as a junior doctor at Bulli hospital and I'm looking for digs! I've traveled pretty well, love creating things, get along well with just about anyone and am housetrained -including cooking and cleaning!. I've been moved about on rotations for the last few years so really looking for a solid place to call home. I'm all about shared meals, weekend drinks and good house vibes. I have some good mates in the area so I (hopefully) won't be a complete housecat. ha Currently single. I'd like to think it's the abovementioned nomadic living situation, but who really has perspective enough to make accurate excuses? I'll be working 8-5 i think, maybe some weekend and nights stuff. Or maybe i'll get smashed with work. I'll know more in a few weeks. I start Jan 23 with the first 2 weeks in Wollongong hospital. So looking for something pretty soon. I did have something lined up but it fell through. Anyway, it'd be great to meet some new people in the Northern Gong beaches area! Cheers, Roly

Easy-going freshly graduated engineer, moving down to the Gong to start a grad job in early Feb. Clean/tidy, love the beach and rarely opposed to a hang out or a drink, but also take my work seriously. Would love to move in with some fun people around my age. Somewhere with an off-street parking spot would be awesome but not a deal breaker.
I start at UOW this year and work part time in Wollongong. I'm hoping to find a place with people who like a good chat and are easy going.
I've previously studied at UOW and graduated with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts). I've worked full-time the past 3 years in Sydney and will be returning to UOW full-time in Feb 2017 to complete a Masters of Secondary Education (Visual Arts). I'm a bubbly, happy person who enjoys painting, dyeing textiles, reading, music, cooking and the gym. I enjoy socialising but also enjoy solo downtime to relax and recharge. It would be great to find a flatmate/or flatmates who also enjoy socialising but can appreciate time alone. I am naturally a bit of a home-body but also love nature and the ocean - hitting the beach will be a frequent. I've never lived in a share house before so am unfamiliar with what I should expect. I am a clean and tidy person so am naturally happy to clean up after myself and keep living spaces tidy. I generally do my own cooking for the week while living at home but would be happy to make anything work with my household. I will be giving up full-time work in order to study at UOW, but will be looking for casual/part-time work during my days off. If I sound like someone you could live with, feel free to message me! :)
I am a relaxed and friendly kind of person looking for some like minded house mates. I am a social worker currently working in research and commute to the city 4 days a week. When I'm not working I love to spend time in nature, doing yoga and playing ukulele or guitar and writing mediocre songs.
Hi. I am a quiet living professional person. I enjoy socialising and also quiet times. I have a lovely, well behaved cat though she can live with a friend if accommodation does not allow it. Steve
I am a nurse who is easy to get along with, reliable, honest, clean and friendly. Looking at prospects in preparation for my new full time job that I start in March '17. I also own a small Shih-Tzu who is completely house trained and washed every week.
I am a fun and easygoing traveler looking to make money and explore at the same time. I usually work in bars/restaurants. When I'm not working I like to be outside, go to the gym, have drinks with people and just enjoy life!
I am a fun and bubbly person to live with, I work full time so never have any problem paying bills, I am extremely tidy and cleaning is one of my hobbies so you will never have any mess from me, I love a good wine night with movies and good chats but am a strong advocate for personal space as well, just a gal with some cute tops you are welcome to borrow looking for a space to call her own in Wollongong :)
My name's Victoria. I'm a 26 year student studying at UOW. I'm studying medicine and am usually fairly busy throughout the week studying or at hospital. I enjoy hanging out with my friends when I have the time, exercising, cooking and good coffee :) I'm tidy, reliable and fairly easy going. I'm hoping to find housemates who would want to hang out sometimes, but also enjoy their own personal space. Looking for the right fit with housemates as well as the house :)
I am a friendly, easygoing, trustworthy and tidy 18 year old starting a Bachelor of Creative Arts at UOW in February 2017. I am looking to rent a room or team up with others to find a place anywhere in Wollongong. I am considerate and respectful of others privacy and alone time and enjoy my own company occasionally, but I also love to chat and interact with other housemates. I'm a pretty adaptable person so I'm happy to live anywhere and with any gender. I am tidy and clean up after myself and am more than willing to include myself in all household duties. I enjoy catching up with my friends and meeting new people. I'm from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains so I love to spend time in the snow but I also love the beach and am excited to move to Wollongong and be close to the beach. I enjoy road trips and beach trips but I'm also super relaxed and enjoy just hanging at home, sitting down with a red wine and having a good chat. I am wanting to move as soon as possible so please feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
I'm currently looking to either rent a private 1 beddy, a room, or team up with one or two people to find a place :) So about me: I'm a 26 year old female who works and studies part time. I enjoy having a drink on the weekend or going out on some random adventure; Love hiking and keeping fit so if you do that's a bonus :) I work and travel heaps so i'll rarely be home. I'm clean and respectful, and won't cause any dramas with paying bills or rent. I do smoke, but only outside. Looking to move in with one or two males (sorry ladies, have had big problems with living with females in the past and vowed never again!). Any other questions, feel free to ask :)
I'm basically a trouble free guy with a jovial attitude.I prefer my place of stay to be clean and tidy.As I'm a student studying in UOW and a part time worker, I hardly stay at home.I've lot of friends in Wollongong , so it's hard to have a quarrel or misunderstandings with me.I'll be a kind and joyful flatmate .
