Hello! I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and have been working for a small company in Tuggerah while living in Tascott on the coast. I am mainly looking for a change in scenery and would like to possibly live closer to the city. I am perfectly happy where I am at but I would still like to see what's out there. Thanks! I play guitar, write, record music and love other musical activities as well.
Just returned from living four years overseas, and will be moving to Gosford mid July in order to go back to school. I'm easy going, respectful, clean, and quiet. Non smoker. No pets but ok with other's. I usually spend my spare time reading or catching up on my TV shows, art, walking, and (attempting) exercising. I'd prefer a place close to the TAFE campus but will consider anywhere close to transport.

My hobbies include arts, crafts, sic-fi, fiction and a little gardening. I do run a home massage business so I will need a private bathroom and a room to set up my massage studio. Aside from that I work part time in the city so need to be close to a train station.

The granny flat is fully furnished, The 2nd bedroom has a double new mattress and a dressing table. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is 10 minutes from the station and shops.

We have a room in a funky house in Horsfield Bay for rent. It is a double storey house, set in a massive bush block (1200m squared), with water views and direct water access. As mentioned, it's double storey and you would have a bedroom (choice between two rooms available) on the bottom level with a separate bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen upstairs. So you will have a lot of privacy most of the time. The house hasn't been set up yet, so we are planning to get internet soon once we're settled.

I am renting this lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse through a real estate in Ettalong Beach, so I am the head tenant. It is located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. You will be sharing with one female only. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.
