Hi im ciara 29 years old gay have a 9 year old little dog. Im a hard working apprentice Engineering and Fabrication plus attend tafe once a week just looking for something to call home.
This is a 14 acre property under a conservation agreement, regenerating native habitat, particularly for koalas, but many other native animals. The rental price includes utilities - electricity, water, gas and NBN internet connection. I am looking for someone who would like to spend at least a year living here, but will consider 6 months as a minimum. If you are successful in an initial text and phone conversation, I would insist on meeting in person to ensure we both feel comfortable with each other. Of course by then you would be just hanging out to see the house and property for yourself :) This is a rare opportunity for a lady who has always wanted to be involved with conserving nature, but cannot afford to buy their own property. You will live on a beautiful property, 15 minutes from Lismore, in a modern house with full facilities. As a share house you will be expected to share the housework and some garden work (there are many beautiful flower/herb/vege garden areas), as would be expected if we were renting a place together.
The room is a good size and has two windows which get the lovely morning sun (so cooler in Summer). There is a ceiling fan. Polished wood floors and new paint with picture rails if you want to decorate. Unlimited wifi available to share. The house is close to town and there is also the potential of art studio space for $35 per week to the right person. The house is newly renovated so everything is fresh and clean. The lounge has a reverse cycle aircon. The landlord is a delight and the studio is literally ten steps from the back door. The studio is for rent separately from the house so in other words you don't have to live here to rent the studio. There is also a sleepout room which we can share for guests or whatever. I am considering renting this room out cheaply to reduce our rent shares. There is also quite a lot of room under the house if you need to store some stuff. The room is unfurnished but I do have a spare double bed in there at the moment which you are welcome to use. I hold the lease so you would not be on the lease but I require references and normal lease terms to be agreed upon. I think a three month trial basis is a good idea for both parties. Prefer someone working or with income additional to Centrelink payments if possible. The rules are just normal good manners, respectful behaviour and rent and bills paid on time. I have a cat.
