Hey, I’m 26 from the UK, been living in Waverley for the last few months but moved out to do a bit of SE Asia and need somewhere long term for when I’m back, or short term while I look for somewhere else. At the moment I have a part time coding job, but am applying for full time jobs, mainly in medical research. I’m very outgoing, and would love to be in a more social house and to make some friends, but I do like having my own space as well. I like being active, surfing, playing sports and going out, but also just relaxing and cozy nights in. I’m tidy myself but I’m pretty relaxed, and I can fit into pretty much any household. I also have a few of friends (two girls, one guy, all in 20s) who would also be interested if there’s multiple rooms available somewhere.

Preference of own bathroom or ensuite. built in wardrobe. I have a bed, but I can get rid of it for the right long term situation. I play ukulele, sing, photography, play video games and paint watercolours. As social as I am antisocial. Like a wine once in a while and love cooking. Once in a while I go to a gig or rave, but mostly hibernate. I like to keep a clean and tidy bathroom and kitchen/ fridge space. A level of hygiene should be observed by adults. Parking or appropriate easy to get street parking okay. Looking for a big enough sized room no single bed rooms. Any storage a bonus or ability to share space outside of my room. I own a few things as I am an adult. A/c required and that it can be used. I have health stuff and need to not overheat in summer. I am disabled and not currently working so if you are looking for someone never home it's not me.
