Hi, I’m Shan 👋 I’m currently looking to rent: 1️⃣ One-bedroom apartment (entire place) Ideally looking for a modern, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. ✔️ In excellent condition ✔️ Fully furnished with clean, modern, and genuinely comfortable furniture — including a proper bed with quality mattress, sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs, lounge or living room setup, and a proper office desk and height-adjustable office chair ✔️ Fully move-in ready with all essential appliances and items — fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware, and everything needed to live and work comfortably 💰 Budget: $600–$750/week 🔹 At the higher end of this range, the property should include building amenities such as a well-equipped gym, pool, and ideally a sauna or steam room 2️⃣ Master bedroom with private ensuite I usually don’t prefer sharing, but I may consider it if: ✔️ The apartment is modern, quiet, and shared with just one other person ✔️ The room is a spacious, self-contained master bedroom with a private ensuite ✔️ Fully furnished with clean, modern, and comfortable furniture — including a proper bed with quality mattress, sofa or lounge chair, TV, dining table and chairs (if space allows), and a real office desk and height-adjustable office chair (this is a must, as I work from home a lot) ✔️ Fully move-in ready with all essential appliances and items — fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware, and everything needed to live and work comfortably ✔️ I can comfortably live, work, and relax mostly within my own space 💰 Budget: $400–$500/week 🔹 At the higher end of this range, the property should include building amenities such as a well-equipped gym, pool, and ideally a sauna or steam room 🚫 Not considering: ❌ Tiny, cluttered studios or studios priced like a one-bedroom apartment ❌ Shared bathrooms ❌ More than one flatmate ❌ Dated furniture, cluttered spaces, or poorly maintained homes ❌ Properties with worn-out beds, old or damaged furniture, or low-quality fittings — I’m only considering places that are clean, modern, and well looked after About me 👨‍💻 I’m a Software Project Manager. I work a lot from home, so having a peaceful, clean, and well-equipped space is really important to me. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful. When I’m not working, I’m usually on my laptop, watching TV, or cooking (and I always clean up after myself).
