Hey there Well, i love travelling so i work full time and save consantly to afford that. Really easy going guy, quite tidy and not a bad cook, if i do say so myself Im looking to share a house with somebody. I currently live on my own and pay 300 a week for a tiny flat. Im not too fussed on suburbs so feel free to contact me if you have any openings 😀
Hi, our house is spacious and tidy. We are located close to shops, Gym and trains. The room advertsised is large and sunny being 3.6m x 3.6m. It has a double bed, robe, chair, shelves and ceiling fan. We also have 2 smaller rooms @$170 also with beds and furniture.
Unfurnished bedrooms available in spacious 3 bedroom house located in a quiet street in Wyoming. Only 15 minute walk to Narara station and 5 minute drive from both Lisarow and Wyoming shops. It is only a 15 minute drive from Newcastle Uni, Ourimbah. Would be perfect for a student or single professional. Some furnishings can be provided if required. The rest of the house will be fully furnished, including all appliances. Also includes a very expansive home library which I may let you borrow from. There is an air conditioning unit in the dining room and a wood fire place in the living room. Both rooms have 2 power outlets and built-in wardrobes and are carpeted. Internet and Netflix are included in the rent. As well as Electricity. You will share the main bathroom with the other flatmate. It's quite a large bathroom with both a shower and seperate bath tub. And seperate toilet. There is a huge garage, however I find it almost impossible to get my car in and out of which makes it perfect for storage. If you're able to get your car in there, you are more than welcome to use it. Alternatively there is plenty of on street parking. We are in a beautiful, bushy area, with not much of a yard however there is a deck space under the house for entertaining. I have a beautiful cat that I share my room with, she's generally very friendly and playful, so animal lovers are a must. However, unfortunately additional pets may not be accepted. Please note: Potential housemates must submit an application and be approved by the Real Estate.
I am a 24year old female. Looking for a room in a share house. I work fulltime as a nurse at Gosford Hospital. I am easy going and friendly. Have lived in a share house before. Message me if you have a room you think is suitable or want to start a new sharehouse with me :)
I'm an easy going, open-minded divorced/single (single for 26 yrs does that still count as divorced🤔) Australian born 57 yr old female moving to a new full-time role for the ATO in north ryde that is due to start 10th January 2019. I will be working shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. Looking for a room long term but 2-3 months initially, or shorter if it's not working 😕 just to make sure it works for all. Have been a singer/guitarist working professionally all my life with casual temp jobs in between in admin but for the last 3 yrs have had "a real job" as a fulltime court monitor in the district court but moving on to a call centre job so that I can move closer to my daughters and grandchildren on the Central Coast. My eldest daughter & her partner are expecting their third child 1st daughter 🤗 at the end of march and so i would like to be closer than a 2 & a half - 3 hr drive from them so that I can help in anyway I can. I'm leaving a lovely spot 500 mtrs from the beach 😔 but hey a nanna's gotta do what a nannas gotta do. I am a yoga enthusiast ( I studied and lived at a yoga centre for quite a few years so not completely averse to vegetarian or vegan but being an O+ type blood need some occasional meat. I enjoy cooking and being cooked for but by no means a chef. Those years taught me a lot about respecting other peoples' space, living simply with minimal possessions, a work ethic that encompasses a "paying it forward" attitude. I was there to learn to teach yoga because it had had such an empowering affect on my life that I wanted to "pay it forward " but unfortunately didn't reach my intended end goal. I did however learn practical tools that have served me extremely well in coping with stress, attaining emotional maturity and a deepening of my universal love and faith in humanity. Didn't get what wanted but I certainly got what I needed). I love to play golf, tennis, bushwalking and swimming when I can but not as often as I'd like. I like to chill out watching tv (Am an "Outlander"tragic fan so into historical dramas, comedy and the odd reality/lifestyle show as humans and the different ways they interact fascinate me) Independantly owned and operated I enjoy my privacy but am not averse to the company of good people, great food a good laugh and stimulating conversations 😊 Somewhere near a train station would be desirable, I have a car but will need to train it to work. Looking forward to finding a good match 🤞also couldn't find where to put the info about my cat. I have 2 completely indoor cats who are brother & sister, almost 5 yrs old, desexed and very much people cats having never been traumatized by any human. Not sure how they'd go with other cats or dogs because they haven't had much access but they (Charly - girl Calico & Chucky - boy Tabby) are not afraid of strangers. Being indoors I would need a separate toilet for myself and my fur babies if possible. If not I'm happy to have them in my room. I've kept them indoors (we've been in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 yrs they were 10 mnths old when we moved in) mainly because it's not safe outside ie; hoons screaming up and down the street where i live, but also to protect wildlife. I would love for them to be able to enjoy an outdoor garden during the daytime. They are both quiet, clean and very affectionate. I have a top notch vacuum cleaner and attachments along with affective grooming aids that reduce significantly the effects of furnami 👍😊

Hello there, we are Svenja and Vincent from Germany and both grew up in a rural area near Munich (Erding). As we already met during school time we are a couple for more than 8 years now. We are known to be a lovely, happy natured and trustful couple. Svenja is 27 years old and her last job was working for the health government in Germany as a social worker - at the moment I am working as a full time nanny for an Australian family at the Central Coast. Vincent is 29 years old and worked for the German rail track corporation DB Netz as an electrical engineer - at the moment Vincent is working as an full time electrician on a construction at the Coast. We both have to take a lot responsibilities in our jobs. In our free time we enjoy vegan cooking together (we are both vegan and are great cookers - there will be always a slice of yummi banana bread for you!), hiking, dancing, Stand up paddling and travelling. What is the reason for our stay in Australia? Svenja once studied social work at the Sunshine Coast and always dreamed of coming back to discover all of beautiful Australia. After taking deep thoughts, managing to take a break from work and saving lots of money to travel a year we started our journey in January, 2018 in Perth. Why we want to become flatmates? We both found great full time jobs at the Central Coast and therefore need to live in somewhere :-) Up to now we were lucky enough to do house sittings but up from the 18th of November when the house owners return from their big Europe trip we didn't found another suitable house sitting at the Central Coast and therefore want to become flatmates until we'll travel again around Christmas time. P.S.: It goes without saying that we will clean up thoroughly after ourselves and of course help out/undertake cleaning duties! We would love to hear from you! Svenja and Vincent
Work full time for NSW Health. Love outdoors, bikram yoga, kayaking, volunteering. Am clean and tidy. Do a big cook for the week. Looking for an unfurnished room in a clean and tidy place with people in their 20/30s.
I’m a fun outgoing guy who’s main interests are surfing, camping and music(jjj). I can hold a conversation or be quiet, so I’m not fussed with what your mood is and can easily adapt. Very clean and tidy and enjoy cooking dinners, though I’m no masterchef. Very laid back and looking for the same. LGBTI friends so looking for those that are ok with that. I work in education Mon-Friday so I do like my down-time on weekends(mostly me watching Netflix). I’m also currently studying a bachelor degree so living with other students is fine. I am a volunteer with a local disability charity as well. Not fussed with ages/gender/sexuality/disabilities as my previous/current roommates are in their 20s and I get along better with people younger than me. Big kid at heart! My only need is a bit of space for my surfboard collection. Lockable access preferred. I do not have a move out date, just looking for a change after living with same roommate for 10yrs.
Moving to the area for work. I'm an easy going person, clean and tidy. I am looking for a place in Gosford or Central Coast, better close to shopping and have a parking space. Also interested in teamups. Female roomates only. I need to bring my own meal to work, so I might use the kitchen often. I will definitely clean up after usage.
