I am a happy artistic person with enough brains to know how to live in harmony with others! I can cook, clean, make great martinis and hang out for a nice chat and a cuppa. And I love looking after the garden or any animals or pets you might have. I'm a veggo but I certainly mind my own beeswax as far as that goes...live and let live! ;-)
This studio flat is well proportioned with a large living area, separate double bedroom and functional kitchen. The flat is secure and separate from the main house with side access. I'm unsure of how long i am looking to rent but will happily uphold any length required :)

My flatmate is a female music teacher who is friendly and considerate. Call or message if you want to know more about the place or myself. I am happy to chat :)

I'm great to live with because I have house shared before and really enjoy the company. I understand working around each other and compromise. I enjoy company yet also enjoy my own space. I have a prettt set routine which means I'm general in my own roo doing my own thing by 10ish and up most mornings by around 6:30ish. I am Considerate and enjoy having a social wine or two in the afternoon if the day permits. I work in the mind and body industry. My fluff balls are toilet trained, both over the age of two so no longer in puppy phase, they are very very friendly. And absolutely love a good cuddle.
- located in leafy North Gosford - walking distance to schools, shops, cafes, park, tennis court and the incomparable Laycock Street Theatre - perfect for hospital worker or tafe/uni student as Gosford Private is a ten minute walk away, and Gosford Public Hospital is as many minutes to drive. Ourimbah campus is a 20 minute drive away and Gosford campus is a ten minute drive (if that) - maybe like a 5-10 minute drive to Gosford CBD (you should totally check out Reviver!) and Gosford Waterfront in one direction and a 15 -25 minute drive to Erina Fair and Terrigal Beach. You should stop and check out all the awesome botiques and cafes in East Gosford along the way! - close to bus stops, but Gosford station is also a half-hour walk away - shared backyard - shared laundry - internet and water are included in the rent, but shared gas and electricity - excellent kitchen with plenty of storage - both rooms have big built in wardrobes - we have a king single bed frame in one room but we can have this removed if you need to, or you can byo king single mattress - it's $150 pw with just one room rented out, but if all 3 rooms are filled the rent will go down to a miniscule $100 pw, so encourage your mates to apply too!
