    Hi. I'm endeavouring to find and rent a 2 br unit within 10km radius of Clayton and seek a potentially awesome person to be be my new housemate and team up to do this with. I come with a house hold of furniture and appliances but can dispose much of it if you prefer to keep and use any of your own. I am house proud and would expect a house mate to keep their home in a presentable condition as well. I prefer someone that can commit themself to at least a 6 month lease and that has applied for properties in the past and been offered them (as i have been). I expect to rent a new place for a few years, so the longer the better, but if you need to bail half way through a lease term, I'm cool to continue with the lease. I'm a non-smoker, self employed workaholic and spend 12 hours a day at my desk. I no longer have time for any hobbies or interests due to my commitment to my business that requires another extra 1000 hours to finish establishing, but looking forward when I can start to relax. For past several years I have rented houses and offered the spare rooms to people that turned out to be antisocial that spent all their time in their room (even eating all their meals), and never sat at the dinning table or even living room sofa. I seek a change to that life style and hope to find someone that would like a friendship of sorts. After living with someone for a number of months, I hope to think of them as a friend rather then a stranger I just happen to share with. Ideally, I seek a 2br unit with a LUG. I don’t mind taking the smaller of the 2 room. My landlord has given me notice to vacate with reason they are moving in, so I have 2 months to find a new home (by around early June), so I would like to team up with someone soon and start applying for properties by late May. Also, I should mention that I have plenty of expertise is residential tenancy law, appearing for even a number of matters at supreme court as a litigator. I am not just aware of my rights as a renter but also well aware of landlord's responiblities, so I can assure you that as a co-renter, you will never be taken advantage of by a landlord or their agency.
