Hey, I’m Dylan — 21, working full-time in sales and IT in Dandenong. I’m looking for a private room with my own bathroom, ideally somewhere quiet but still social. I’ve got a 1-year-old cat who’s super friendly, toilet-trained, and gets along great with both dogs and other cats (currently lives with a pure bread staffy with no issues). He mostly chills out in the sun and serves you judgemental looks throughout the day. A bit about me: I’m originally from a military family, so I’ve been raised to be clean, respectful, and pretty self-sufficient. I’m not a neat freak, but I always clean up after myself and do my bit around the house. I’ve got registered rental history under my belt, pay rent on time, and I’m super reliable. I’m really into cars (I work on them myself) and I’ve got a bit of a computer obsession — probably too many for one guy, but I keep everything tidy and contained. Also pretty handy with fixing stuff, so happy to help out around the place if anything breaks. Any “home unfriendly” hobby items are stored in my storage unit so you don’t have to stress about me having to store tools or anything alike! Used to living in a noisy household, so I don’t mind a bit of activity or music — as long as there’s mutual respect, I’m easy.
