Hey lovely folk, My plants and I are seeking 2 like-minded, lovely people to start up a new share house and join the lease (no couples) I haven't set a move date, but preferably from now, and by mid Sept if I can get approved of a place in that time. Ideally you're able to stay for 4 months + Looking around Yarraville, Seddon, Kingsville, to apply for a bright and cosy 3 bedroom place close to PT (potentially close to Footscray/West Footscray for the right home) Hoping to spend no more than $200/week plus bills. I’ve a bunch of furniture, appliances and everything needed to fill drawers and closets, to bring with me (currently in storage $$$!) so not looking for a room in anyone’s house, sorry, unless you’re seeking a housemate with washing machine, couch etc. I just need you, along with your bedroom furniture, friendly vibes and all the banter, and maybe some more cheeky plants that could make friends with my green loves 🙊 I'm easy going and independent. Down to earth, love music, live music, photographig live music and crave nature. Been living in the Inner West since moving to Melb 5 years ago, and want to stay close to work. A Nanny 4-5 days a week; early starts and late finishes, sometimes working evenings and/or weekends. Photographer on the side, galavanting around at a few festivals and gigs each year taking photos (before covid19, anyway) so work from home on the odd occasion, too, Pet Budgie, named Stevie-Ray (no cats please) Love deep conversation, creating all sorts, having a boogie, laughter, going for a drink or meal; adentures, the garden, movie nights, camping by the river and beach times Also very much love my down time and my own space, too If you like a warm, chilled, yet fun household, are employed, pay rent and bills on time; basically if you're just an all 'round good human and know how to adult then please get in touch. Sharing some common interests is a big plus! Would love some more housemates that can become good pals PM me with a little about yourself, your job, what you do when you're not working and your availability to FaceTime for us to get to know each other and discuss everything :)

Move date is flexible between 20th-27th September. FT student at ACU and PT early childhood educator. Hobbies: Weightlifting, outdoor adventures, cycling, gardening, writing, reading, cooking, socialising. About me: Non-smoker. Healthy. Clean eating, whole foods, "flexitarian" diet. In non-Covid times, my normal schedule is generally quite busy. I'm either working, uni-ing, gymming, out adventuring on my bike, or socialising, so am often out of the house quite a bit, and taking it pretty easy and quiet when I am home. During Covid, I'm still out of the house for work 2 days per week (more often during uni hols), and try to get out for a walk or bike ride most days. (Although probs not so much during stage 4.) I've been living in shared accommodation almost exclusively for six years so am very well versed in share-house etiquette! As a renter: Conscientious. Always pay rent on time and take care of the property. Looking for: A household that values health and wellbeing. Not a party house. Clean and hygienic spaces. A household that is fun, caring and genuinely interested in each other (house dinners and game nights are the best!). But also a place where downtime and privacy are respected! I always thought I was an extrovert but discovered during Lockdown 1.0 that I'm actually just a very vivacious introvert. (#identitycrisis) So, I'm keen for a social, friendly house where introvert moments are also allowed to happen. :)

Hi! I am a friendly, respectful, kind, considerate, warm, fun, communicative, genuine, honest and reliable person and am looking to share with others who are also. I’m an active, creative and positive person, interested in health and live on a plant-based diet. I have a background in the arts, social work, am a human rights activist and enjoy meeting people from different cultural backgrounds. Currently, I work 4 days a week as well as on arts projects and events from time to time including art exhibitions and performing arts events. Currently, I work in human rights - refugees I am a dancer, did contemporary in the past and have studied the Feldenkrais Method. I have been doing Latin street dance for the last 7 years and go out to Salsa gigs every week with the Latin big bands. I have a broad interest in ideas, music, culture, the arts, film, nature and the environment. Love to be near the sea, trees, parks and gardens and go for walks. Essentially, I seek mutually respectful and considerate shared-living relationships. I enjoy sharing and have lots of house sharing experience. I am interested in others and respectful of people’s needs, interests and privacy. Appreciate both social and quiet times. Clean, tidy, considerate. Naturally more of a night owl than a rooster person. I respect other people’s schedules, activity, quiet, rest and sleep needs - as I would wish people to equally respect mine. Use headphones to be quiet at night or any other time working on laptop etc - flexible with functioning :-)
