Hello, I'm Lisa and I'm currently a student, graduating at the end of this semester. I'm looking for a nice house with nice people. A share house kind of vibe would be ideal. If either of those apply to you, please hit me up! I like really like dogs, but cats make me sneeze. I enjoy going on bush walks outside of the city, binging Netflix and Stan, drinking and going out for a boogy and I have an obsession for brunch. I'm looking for roomates that can also be friends (because who wants to live with ghosts??) I'm a pretty chill and easy to get along with. I clean my mess within a day of making it and I like a clean house. I have furniture I can add the house and appliances (like a good toaster, kettle, outside fridge, dining table, top loader etc etc etc), but I am able to offload these things to fit into a new house. I don't require a furnished room. If anything I've said above sounds like a good fit, please contact me for a chat!
I'm Karen, a full-time working professional for an organisational culture management company as a risk engineering consultant and Matt is a full-time student at Victoria University. We both just moved down from Brisbane about a month ago so keen to meet new interesting people and make friends! :D We like to talk about current events and discuss them to share ideas and viewpoints while also being real goofballs and giggling over the dumbest shit. We love animals!!! So if you have a pet, no problem! I had 16 dogs at one point of my life, and Matt is a cat-cuddler professional. We're hoping to get a place that is warm and welcoming but also allow us to have our own space. Matt is very warm and happy while I can get a little bit locked up in the room playing video games to get my happy barometer up :-) We're not in a rush to move into anywhere, so we will take our time to pick a great spot but if you think you're awesome and would love to hear more about us, just let me know!
Hi, I'm Jess I work a lot - Mon-Sat 8:30am-6pm. Need to find a clean home ASAP with one like-minded person. 6 months minimum. Predominantly vegetarian, and I'm a green smoothies for breakfast kind of girl. I'd love to live walking distance to Yarraville village. Moving from the East to the West so keen to explore what's on offer! I'm introverted and like my home to be my space to recharge but I'm definitely not a recluse. My typical evening is come home from work exhausted, have dinner, chill out with tv or laptop and pass out into bed. I have been living on my own for a few years so have all furniture and white goods. I'd prefer to keep them with me but it's not a deal breaker. I'd prefer no pets.
Hey all! I'm hoping to find a share house with a relaxed homey feel. About me: My names Mollie - I'm 24 years old and work full time as a social media writer. I'm currently living in a tiny apartment in Pascoe Vale South, and am looking for a house closer to the city, with a little more personality/space. I love art, writing and camping adventures, as well as the occasional wine on a warm afternoon. I've lived in share houses for many years now, so know how to clean up after myself and keep common areas respectful. I'm fairly quiet, but like being around the house for a get together once in a while over some food now and again. I have a pretty decent rental history (as am currently on a lease), and am keen to find somewhere cosy in a great location, with likeminded folks. Feel free to message me if you're interested and we can catch up :)
Hi! I'm Cyndal, I'm a 28 year old health professional working full time in Geelong. I've lived in Geelong for a year and am looking to make a move to Melbourne to expand my social horizons. I'm planning on commuting to Geelong daily. Housemate-wise I'm responsible, clean, tidy, and keen to create a homey and relaxed environment. I'm introverted, but social, love to get to know new people, and try not to take life too seriously. I enjoy some time to myself, but generally enjoy having a chat over a drink in the evening. I enjoy cooking (and eating!), hiking, being outdoors, and ideally combining all of my favourite things at once (hiking picnic anyone?)! I'm planning on becoming fairly active in the local roller derby community which will probably take up a fair chunk of my social life. I come with an 8 year old short haired desexed/microchipped ginger tabby cat (Manny), who is very friendly and loves being around people. He is playful but well behaved and does not bite or scratch ever. He prefers the company of people to other animals, but he has lived well with other dogs and cats in the past. I am a very responsible pet owner and am very considerate of the needs of others I live with, hence I vacuum regularly and empty Manny's litter tray when it is used. Manny is both an indoor/outdoor cat, although I prefer that he is kept in an enclosed area (shed/garage/laundry) at night. I'm looking for a place to share with one to two other people. I have minimal furniture (bedroom only) and would be open to teaming up to purchase whitegoods etc. if needed. I would prefer LGBTIQA+ friendly housemates who are looking to create a homey environment and potentially be open to sharing a meal or a drink in the evening once in a while. Or, you know, that hiking picnic. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi there future flatmate, I’m Jade! I’m looking for a place to stay within 8km of the CBD preferably. I’m a chatty outgoing, independent soul who loves to - travel and discover new heights – this includes finding great places to eat! I love to socialise but also respect your privacy, I am clean, honest and trustworthy and just looking for some genuine housemates who down to earth and up for a laugh, if that sounds like you let me know! Any questions please ask! Thanks, Jade.
Hey there I'm Seb, a 20 year old blonde boy from the country (just outside Warrnambool) looking for a place to rest my bones while I'm studying at Vic Uni. I'm a pretty cruisy person who's more than happy to hang out and chat, go out and socialize or even just quietly do my own thing. When it comes to having fun i love playing guitar or keyboard (i'm very conscious of keeping unwanted sound to a minimum) and have a hard time passing up on a snorkel when i'm back home. i'm a fairly tidy person who cleans up after myself and I'm happy to do my share of housework
Hey there, I am an engineer, looking for a place to stay and search job, I am an easy going person interested in making friends, however I respect others privacy. Looking forward to stay with awesome flatmates.
Hi there! I am easy to get along with, I know how to have fun but still clean up after myself. I love animals, and I work freelance in film and television. I am from the South Eastern suburbs, looking to move to the inner west!
Only 10 min walk/3 min drive to the lovely Yarraville village, which is where the Yarraville train station is located. A mere 15 min drive to the CBD. Yarraville is one of the loveliest suburbs for young people; I love it 😍 Our flat has very high ceilings (it used to be an old school building), with warm white hard floors. Furnished bedroom with floor to ceiling built in robes up for grabs. The room fully furnished - King Single bed, desk, 1 bookshelf, 1 armchair - excluding utility bills and Internet (NBN unlimited data $85 a month split 3 ways).
Hi I am from Brazil clean, quiet, love music and food. I am easy going and always trying to help as I can. I am engineering student working full time looking for a single room . Maximum 20min driving from city Starting anytime soon. Anyone got anything? Cheers!
Hi, potential house/flatmates :) I am a positive, social and very active 24 Year old who is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Nursing. Don't let the title of student deter you, I still work part-time and previously worked as a Finance Consultant before returning to study. Enough about my background as a flatmate I love Art, Music and reading combined with a cuppa but I will also binge watch Netflix. I am extremely tidy (bed made first thing everyday kinda guy) and love a clean kitchen and bathroom. I don't discriminate, I enjoy the company of all people :) but I am also content on my own for those who like privacy. Outside of the house, I'm probably out for coffee or dinner with friends, if not I'll be playing some kind of sport. I couldn't be more honest than whats written above ^ any questions please feel free to contact me and check out my social media pages. I would be interested in NRA properties also
hey, I recently moved to Melbourne, looking for a team up or a private room in an existing share house. I Prefer going out more than to the university. Although, Private time while private time, study while study and at leisure i’d love to go out for a beer and just cannot say no to some some sick parties on the weekends! Traveling around during holidays? Yes please. If you’re interested I suggest you drop a message! Cheers 🍻
Hi thereee ! I am Julie, French Architecture student moving to Melbourne for a 6month-period in search of adventure and new friends. Very excited to come to Aus, and realize one of my biggest dreams !! I am very chilled and respectful of other's personal space. But I also am very friendly, and I absolutely love to socialize with people, make new friends and hang out on week-end and share meals during the weeks. I also always am up for a chat with a glass of wine, haha. Hope to hear from you soon, xx.
Tidy, cheerful, and easygoing! :)
Hey mates! I'm Alex, 29yo from Italy. I work fulltime in Derrimut and I'm interested in you room! I'm clean, tidy, single, non-smoker and I can do everything in the house. I like to play music(bass) and I love cars and motorbikes. I love traveling as well and chilling with friends, I'm always easygoing and helpful!
I'm really chill and outgoing but envision the place I'll live in as being one where I go for peace and comfort. A lot of friends seek my advice and humour although I'm not quite sure which one they laugh at. I love plants!!! And am big on gardening and growing my own food (I'm vegan). I really appreciate a clean living area especially if it's shared and I'm pretty happy to go on a lease.
Teach Mathematics at Uni. Interested in a shared apartment or studio but not shared room. I am usually out at work or study, so won't be a problem for potential flatmate(s). Never missed a payment in the past. I cook most of my meals and train regularly, so your potential flatmate is a healthy bloke! Netflix, board games, soccer and footy are anytime thumbs up, for me. Interested in teaming up too, just shoot a message to discuss possibilities.
Hi there! Looking to move ASAP :) We are Emma and John, young(ish) Scottish couple looking for a place to live for approximately 4 or 5 months (at least). The only reason we won't commit to longer than that at the moment is down to the fact that sponsorship might take a while and we might have to go off and do regional work at the end of July/start of August. We are here on a WHV, but aiming for permanent residency. John is a sound technician and I am currently looking for work, I have a human rights degree and experience in events. Ideally I'll be working in the not for profit sector. John usually works long days (sometimes 14 hours +) and occasionally is working away on a big on tours for about 3 weeks at a time! We are looking for either a studio, 1 bed, granny flat or flat/house share - we really aren't too fussy! Trying to save where we can so $350 all in would be max :) We are currently in Yarraville and are quite fond of the west! So it'd be a bonus if you were around that area. We are clean and neat, non-smokers and aren't big party animals. So whilst we are looking for somewhere fun and relaxed, we'd prefer not to live in a party house. We would also prefer something either furnished or part furnished, we do have a some savings so paying for some things won't be an issue, we'd just prefer to save where we can... (visas ain't cheap). Easy access to the city is a must, the ability to decipher a Scottish accent is a bonus! :) Let us know if you need any more info. Thanks
A 29 year old motion graphic designer born and bred in Ballarat. Pretty chilled guy who’s respectful of people’s personal space, but is always up for a beer. The usual clean, tidy, considerate and all that stuff. I'm into movies, TV, footy and love all things music. My weekends usually consist of drinking with mates and going to gigs.
I am a 24 year old guy, looking for a place to stay as I move into Melbourne from India to pursue Master of Architecture at University of Melbourne as a full time student. I'm Looking for a calm and friendly atmosphere to live in. I'm easy going and laid back. I like to sketch, passionate about photography, listen to good music, workout on a daily basis and would love to explore Melbourne. I am very punctual when it comes to paying my rent and other bills. I respect everyone’s privacy and keep my surroundings neat and tidy. I am good at having a talk and socializing with new friends/people . So, please get back to me up in case I seem like a good fit.
Hey hi! I’ve just moved down from Brisbane into my own rental that my friend looked at for me and I’m not sure if she was drunk or what but it is HORRIBLE and has quite a lot of mould/spiders and there definitely wasn’t a bond clean done before I moved in/when the last tenants moved out. I’m so so disappointed and thus am trying to find another place to go ASAP so I can start feeling at home already :( I’m the type to get up early and make you a yummy breakfast if you have an exam you've been stressing about or a big meeting with your boss that day. I love a good bit of banter, I'm a happy and sociable person but also enjoy my own space. I’m also a crazy dog lady and have just begun studying vet nursing. For work, I am in marketing for an events company which means I am in and out of the house for meetings but I mostly work from home and my two shadows (the puppers) are always right next to me in doing so. I have two dogs, both ridiculously friendly, very sweet, well behaved and super chill. One lil man (2) and one big girl starting to grey (7). My adult dog doesn't get along with other animals so I can't live with anyone with any other pets (unless it's a fish) but if you meet her you will understand when I say she is a dog made for humans! She is the most gentle sweet girl to humans of all ages - kids included. I’m super responsible about them - I don’t expect anyone else to feed them and clean up after them every other day. Theyre run/walked daily and played with every weekend without fail. It’s not as much of them as it is for me - their happiness is my happiness. They’re washed weekly and because they’re mostly inside dogs (if I’m home, they’re basically my shadow), they never lose that freshly washed dog smell. Please only contact me if the fencing in your yard is taller than 6ft and they can sleep in my bed. I don't think I've missed anything, but if you have any questions just message me :)
