Currently I'm a final year electrical engineering Masters student at Melb Uni. I also work part-time in automotive electronics. I enjoy getting out on the bike, listening to music, and playing acoustic guitar. I've a keen interest in adventure and travel, especially bicycle touring! I'm from Geelong but I'm looking for somewhere to stay in the inner west Melbourne area to focus on finishing off my studies. I am clean, quiet and respectful, and am looking for flatmates who are the same. Whenever I'm able to have a break from the books, I enjoy chilling out with good company.
I'm a 20 year old chef from the UK starting my working holiday visa in February, I'm hoping to find a house share with fun easy going people that know how to enjoy life, a good BBQ and a few bevs on the weekend! I'm a respectful person who is tidy and I respect peoples privacy. I've lived with other room mates before and had a great time, I'm looking for new roomies that become good mates!
Hi there, We’re a Norwegian couple looking for a place to live for the next two years in Melbourne. Karoline will be studying masters in tourism at Monash Caulfield, while Stian has been granted a two year working visa and will be looking for a job when we arrive. Honestly, we’re both super nice people and would love to meet up with anyone interested so that we can get to know each other. Send us a message if you'd like some more information about us individually and as a couple.
Hi my name is Katie! I am 25 and a student at Monash University in Clayton, making my way through a double degree of Commerce and Science. I'm in my final year, and am doing a mini project related to Parkinson's Disease so I'm always down to talk science, health and wellbeing. I work in hospitality and retail and always have a great story about the events I work and the people I serve. I am relaxed, down to Earth and am always up for a chat, however I am always respectful of the need for privacy. I have always been extremely respectful of any property that I have resided in, keeping it clean, tidy and taking the initiative to buy house supplies and clean up. I would describe myself as honest, caring and reliable and look forward to meeting anyone that shares the same values :)
This property is located in the perfect location, you can access any part of the freeway. West gate and Bolti 3min away. *City appartments are nice but there is no parking if somebody wanted to visit you... or parklands to go for a work... Any questions messages me I reply to very message sorry if I’m a bit late .

I have recently relocated to Melbourne and am looking for a place to stay with like minded people. I am looking for work and will be enrolling at one of the Unis to do a Post grad degree in the Arts/Social Sciences (philosophy) around June time. I prefer spending time with people at dinner or one on one over partying. Though, not adverse to the occasional night out. My interests include travelling (particularly road trips), working out, reading, anything psychological and philosophical and art (including movies and series). Looking for a place for at least 3 months.
Hey there! I'm an Architectural Graduate from Adelaide recently moved to Melbourne for work. I like to cook, hang out and explore the city when I can. I'm easy going, always down for a chat. I'm sociable but respect other people’s space, know how to clean up after myself, pay rent on time, all that good stuff.
Clean, friendly, funny, busy but keen to socialise if I make new mates. Play soccer and gym most days so fairly busy. Like to get out and adventure on the weekends or have a few drinks.
Hi future housemates! I'm an Architect working in a commercial design firm in the city. The avid book worm and doodler, so I come with a few freestanding bookshelves and as such looking for a med-large room (or space for a few furniture items) for the ongoing collection. A few years back when I was a student I used to work in a cheese deli at the Queen Victoria Market for three years, so I've got a few foodie connections and love great food and a yummy cheese board! Not a huge party animal, I tend to save it for my birthday and hosting an annual Halloween party. I'm a bit of a hippie, so would love to set up my own little abode with composting and a nice little veggie garden or I'd love to be with people who'd be keen to do a once a week group dinner? I play rugby union, it's my outlet from the worries of the world and it around it keeps me quite busy from April - October. If you're keen, my passing needs some work, and it's be nice to have housemates to goof around with the ball. On weekends I love having a few gins and getting my creative crafternoons on, I'm currently developing my digital illustration skills and dabbling in building up Virtual reality models. Or else adventuring out and exploring the wilderness, I love camping. Also looking for a place that in future would be suitable for a dog (not yet but in the near future). Generally a bubbly person that likes to live a happy, healthy lifestyle. I do enjoy socialising but I also know how important the balance of space and quiet time is, and I keep a decent level of cleanliness without being fanatical. Everything in moderation. Can provide references and look forward to meeting you.
Hello! My name is Jack. I work full-time in the public sector and keep myself busy playing sport (soccer and tennis). I've been living in share houses since I finished high school so I have no issues with paying bills on time and cleaning up after myself etc. I'm also very conscious of other people's privacy. I'm looking for a new place to call home, ideally with just one other housemate, as my current place has become too loud and busy. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have so send me a message if you'd like to know more.
Hi! I'm looking for a place to rent/share near a train station (I work in the city) to save a bit more and enjoy the company. I'm conscientious and like to keep a clean environment, and enjoy both company and my own time. When I'm not working I'm usually hanging with friends, studying japanese, watching a movie, or otherwise keeping active. I also travel whenever possible.
EDIT Hi my name is Stu, I am a 37 year old single fella and work as a Mechanical Technician making me a technically proficient type cat. I work day shift 7 am till 3 pm with the odd weekend and have been at the same place for 7 years. I am a colossal nerd in my down time and get out into the sticks as often as possible. I am friendly, clean and respectful. I have friends in the area that I like to hang with and can go from being a hermit to being apart of the flat crew seamlessly. In the right circumstances I can talk bollocks for hours :)
Hi, I'm a student who works part-time. I cook, workout or play cricket when I'm not working on anything. I'm clean and tidy. Also, love to talk about everything under the sun. P.s can make some mean Indian dishes.
Couple looking for somewhere affordable :)
Hi, I am Emily. I have just moved to Melbourne after living and working in London for 6 years as a fashion buyer. I love to socialise and have fun as well as have some chilled downtime. Look forward to hearing from you!
I am interested in history, and knowing more about the world, the environment, personal health and well being, travel and all things that make for a better world really. I am clean and tidy by nature (I'm a Virgo...it must be that)...and I love animals. I like to listen to music using ear and headphones so I'm not noisy (although the music is :-). I like to cook low carb meals because they're healthy. I like to walk and cycle for exercise and like going to the beach to be near the sea. I have had cats and dogs as pets but don't have any now. Unfortunately, they don't live as long as us.
I'm an office professional who’s fun, loves a cheeky wine or vodka during the week! I pride myself as being a clean, tidy, respectful tenant! Rather social, yet I like a little me time all the same and would respect that you do too! :) I’m currently living in Wyndham Vale and looking to move now. I need to move from my current address before 28/03. I am looking for properties in Altona, Yarraville, Maribyrnong, Seddon or inner city. I'm looking for a respectful, clean and tidy flat mate. Ideally 1 x person (2 depending on flatmates) and property with own bathroom. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm a 29 year old Interior Design Graduate making the big move from Sydney to Melbourne. I'm hella excited to carve a new career in a design capital! More about me; I love to cook and I sing terribly in the shower free of charge. I also enjoy the occasional boogie and a night on the town. I'm looking for a clean and laid back urban oasis with a cool crew of people who respect personal space but also get together for dinner nights and activities. I would prefer an environmentally conscious household.
Hello Lovely People from Melbourne, After a year of working in Adelaide at Flight Centre, I quit my job and took a 4 month vacation to S.E Asia. Would be coming back to Australia. This time I would be settling into Melbourne. Looking for something not too far away from the City Centre, preferably in a 30 mins tram/bus to centre. Looking for a furnished room (bed, wardrobe, study table) with bills included. Since I have quit my job and looking for a new one, have listed as unemployed here, but rent and deposit would not be a problem for duration of tenure. I am a fairly social guy, with lil bit of travel experience and always down for a beer (or two) but I also understand of people having their own down time. Would prefer housemates with who enjoy a bit of time together now and then. I have lived in UK, Russia, Thailand and Adelaide in Shared houses for long time and have been blessed with lovely housemates so far. I have been to Melbourne only once while doing the Great Ocean Road, so dont have much idea about the suburbs, would be happy to find a house and housemate over here. Looking forward to hear from you lovely folks, Cheers P.S: I make excellent Chicken Curry!!!!!
Hi potential new roomies. I’m Emma, I’m 30, originally from county Vic and I’ve called myself a Melbournian for the past year. I love the Melbourne life, I’m a city girl at heart. I’m employed full time for the Department of Justice and Community Safety and look after all things healthcare for prisoners in Victoria. I work the standard business hours and am usually out of the house in the morning by 7am. My interests include checking out new, fun places to have a cocktail or two, catching up with friends in the city for dinner, netball and yoga (although I am terrible at both) and patting random dogs in the street. Im sharehouse trained, I pay bills on time and do my share of the cleaning. I’m genuinely a fun person to have a chat with at the end of the day, but also love some downtime and respect others space. Terrible cook, but I get points for trying. I love a sneaky glass of wine, and a Netflix or doco binge, oh and chocolate, love chocolate. I’m looking for a place to call home and not just a room in a house. I'm a social person who loves entertaining friends occasionally. I'm not into the party scene, so looking for likeminded housemates that don't want to party until 4am on a Tuesday. If you have a room that sounds like I would be a good fit, and I’ve managed to sound normal enough, get in touch :)
28 Year old nursing student. I work part-time as a disability support worker in the mornings before school. I am an ex-smoker and meat eater. In to reading, DIY projects, hanging out with mates, the gym and exercise. Big on locking doors. I try to be as clean as I can. Not in to music or any loud sounds at night or over two other housemates.
