Hiya! Myself and my two friends have just secured this huge townhouse right in the heart of Yarraville! The house is right around the corner from the train station and in the middle of all the great places Yarraville has to offer! The rent per calendar month per person works out to be $749.75, with the bond per person working out to be $1,035.00 (the bond is 6 weeks rent not 4 weeks as this listing states). The townhouse is a huge two storeys. As soon as you walk through the front door it opens into a large entry area with the stairs to the left. To the right is the door to a huge study/bedroom. As you walk up the stairs it brings you to the open living area full of natural light. It opens up into two smaller bedrooms both with BIR, and behind the kitchen are two medium sized bedrooms (with BIR) and a full sized bathroom. Also just up the stairs is a half bathroom with a toilet and sink. In the living area is a door that opens to a huge balcony that looks out throughout the suburb. Just to keep things in the books, everyone living in the apartment will need to sign onto the lease and provide an equal amount of bond to receive back at the end of our lease. We're looking for someone who works or studies, who's easy going and enjoys joining in on our quiet nights in occasionally.

Hey! 30 year old professional female looking for a share house. I am full time employed and also undertaking postgraduate study so I keep myself pretty busy. Will tend to do my own thing! I am clean, tidy and courteous and would hope for the same in potential housemates. I can provide references! Ideally I would prefer my own bathroom but this isn't a deal breaker so if you have something available then let me know! :)
Hey there, I just moved to Melbourne from Austria and I am looking for a place to call home for a while. I will be starting my PhD studies at RMIT in August, which means I am working full time and have a steady income. I am a quiet person in general who looks after himself and keeps things things tidy and clean. However, I do enjoy chats and get-togethers for meals or whatever. I respect the privacy of others if they want to keep to themselves. However, I would like to call people I live with day-in and day-out friends at some point and not just strangers you live with. Since I am still new to Melbourne, I like to explore the city and surroundings if time permits. Other activities I enjoy are watching some TV shows or the occasional movie. Although I've only listed a few suburbs it doesn't really matter to me where exactly I'll be settling down as long as CBD can be reached within reasonable time. Also the length of 6 months is more or less irrelevant. If it feels right I am open to stay for longer. If you feel like I would fit in with your current household, I'd be happy to receive a message from you. Cheers.
Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water and NBN wifi) and super comfortable queen bed. We have a room available in our lovely home in Yarraville. You will be living a 8-10 minute walk away from the beautiful shops and cafes at Yarraville Village, and an easy 20-minute train ride into the city. The room is sunny and airy, and features a queen bed with a super-comfortable mattress. We have a separate study which we all use for storage. The house has a separate kitchen and living room, as well as a separate toilet and bathroom. We also have a washing machine and a sunny courtyard out the back to dry clothes. Please note that although our house is furnished, we don't have a T.V. We are a couple in our late-20s/early-30s, a musician and a community worker. We love having a laugh and socialising with friends, although the house is generally not a party house. The kitchen is the heart of our home and that's where we spend a lot of our time, relaxing and cooking. We are also out quite a bit at work and studying. The house comfortably fits three people, with both communal and personal spaces. We love meeting new people and we're looking forward to sharing our home (and many meals!) with the right person. You are somebody who is willing to do your bit around the house, and share laughs, drinks and food. Smoking is outside only, and street parking is usually available in front of the house. We have towels, bedding and linen you can use, and if you've just moved to Melbourne or you're looking for a place to stay without the expense of setting up a room or house, you have found the perfect place. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Hey I'm lakin! I'm looking for a home more than I am just a house, I'm fun, bubbly and a really good laugh 😂 I love to clean (I'm not OCD) but I like to make sure everything around me is tidy haha I love a cheeky drink here and there and socialising with my house mates, but I'm also very respectful of boundaries. I pay my rent on time if anything earlier than expected and I just want some awesome room mates I can vent to about how shit my day was because I lost my myki, my socks were wet and I got to work 1 hour late 😂
Hi, I'm Jono I'm 32 and I work in construction. I'm a pretty relaxed dude. Work big days during the week so like to chill out on weekend and catch up with mates. I come with a awesome Bulldog named Bam Bam. He is very well behaved and is an outside dog. But he doesn't mind coming in to watch some telly when he gets to. Anything els you want to know just ask 👍
I'm currently 17 and completing year 12. Between drowning myself in studies and work I don't have time to be too much of a pain - generally keep to myself as personally I understand the need for space but can also be very talkative and good company for the right people. Very into MMA (kickboxing and BJJ) and overall, a respectful and compassionate person.

My name is Kadir Avci, a 30 year old guy who works part-time but studies full-time in Uni. I still have two years to complete my bachelors degree. My work hours varies allot during the week ranging from day-time to mid-night hours as I work for an agency. I'm a huge fan of football love watching it on tv or attending the games at the stadiums, this applies for both soccer or afl. I'm really into music and my music taste touches on almost to all genres (electronic, Hip hop, Indie, Pop, blues, classics etc), so with the recent discovery of spotify I can't seem to let go of my headphones. I'm heavily into books as well although I havnt been reading much as much I would like to lately although I'd like to change this. I attend the gym few days a week to keep fit and healthy. I give great importance and attention to cleanliness giving it my first priority on all occasions. These days I prefer to have a quiet one by socialising so don't really party or have heavy nights although don't mind the odd outing, concert or birthdays here and there. I'm looking for a roommate that's friendly and not too sloppy.
Easy to get along with and very helpful around the house. I enjoy socialising with my friends and am a huge music fanatic. I always bring the happy vibes to people around me and am accepting of everyone.
Perfect location for Victoria University (Footscray campus students). Can walk or cycle, or the bus at the front of the house will take you there. Open plan living/dining/kitchen. Wood floors throughout. Heating and AirConditioning Key lockable bedroom. Bedroom comes furnished, but can be unfurnished if you wish. Master bedroom available. Can be shared by 2 people or by yourself. Will be sharing with 1 other female. Very friendly, but this is NOT a party house.

Hi! I'm Ruby, 24 y/o makeup artist. I am currently looking for a new *cat friendly* place to call home. I have a small, well house trained half indoor/outdoor cat called Luna and we need somewhere to live by 11/08. A bit about me: I work in retail, I enjoy reading and watching Netflix, I am quite a social person but will never bring that home in regards to parties or anything - not looking for a party house either. Really want to find somewhere I can settle down long term. Thanks
Hey y'all! I'm Fernanda. I've been living with roommates for 8 years so I think I kinda know how it works hehe. I love to meet new people. I always end up being really good friends with my roommates. I like to talk and really get to know the people I live with but I also respect privacy and I do like to get some time alone sometimes. I don't like to have wild parties but I do enjoy being with friends... I always ask my roommates first if there's a problem with having people over. I'm a very positive and happy person. I like to go to festivals, museums and somewhere to dance. I'm going to Melbourne to study a diploma in 3D animation at AIT-Academy of Information Technology (so I'm looking for something near by) and hopefully work part time. Anyways, if you would like to know more let me know (: Cheers!
Hi there, my name is Rachel. I'm currently working a desk job full time in the city and in retail during the weekends. So, I doubt I will be around much during the day. I'm originally from overseas but have been living here in Melbourne for 5 years now. I enjoy having good company and a drink or a few, but also like having some space so I guess I'm a pretty easy-going and flexible individual. I am looking to move to a new place by mid-August - the earlier the better for me. If you have a room or are interested in teamups, message me and we can have a chat!

Allo there, I'm a professional creative, Graphic Designer, who runs my own business and I love it. I have a studio in West Melbourne and currently live in West Footscray. I work hard which sometimes means on my home computer, and I like to relax when away from the desk. I love the arts, music, design, travel, food, cafes, bars, drawing, photography, movies, Netflix, fitness and spending time with mates. My fave food spots, gym, cinema etc are all close to my current home, so I would like to stay within a few suburbs of them. In a living space I enjoy sharing with housemates and hanging out, just as much as quiet time alone to relax after a busy day. I’m an avid bargain hunter at food markets and I love to bake. Pets are awesome and I'm considered a cat whisperer, let me at them! I’m clean and tidy and expect the same, though I’m not regimented about it. Gardening is a meditative passion and I own some furniture and white goods. Creative people make me happy. I love to share ideas, crafts, artworks to inspire each other. I have a fairly kooky sense of humour, but I assure you I’m a nice guy who is country bred. Hit me up for more and let’s do this!
Hey! Looking for a house share preferably on the West side from around the 22nd of September :) I'm currently living in South Kingsville but our lease runs out on 24/9/17. I will be overseas from 24/8 - 19/9 so unfortunately wont be able to check out places between those dates. A bit about me.... I moved over to Melbourne from Perth about a year ago, working full time as an Account Manager in West Melbourne and I also teach group fitness classes as a hobby job. I love staying active and exploring the city, love going to the races/footy, comedy shows, listening to good music, eating good food, enjoying a glass of wine here and there and a good laugh! Non smoker! I'm neat and tidy, clean up after myself and respectful of other peoples property and space. I've house shared multiple times before and can provide references if required. Let me know if you've got a place!!
