Hi, both from the UK and looking to find our feet in Melbourne. We are a friendly couple who are considerate and respectful of living with others. We enjoy food and cooking as well as a few drinks at the weekend. Nicole works in Altona and I am currently job hunting after arriving a few days ago.
Hey there, I'm an almost 30yr old South African Greek living in Melbourne for almost 5 years now and loving the vibrant lifestyle and culture here. Location is fantastic! Yarraville Village is less than a 10min walk, with bustling cafes and shops at your convenience. The Yarraville train station allows for easy access into the city, and by car the city is only a 12-15min drive with the Westgate Bridge or Footscray Road as options. I lead a busy, independent lifestyle working full-time as a Career Development Professional in Higher Education, and spend my weekends running errands, going out with my boyfriend or friends and taking my dog on outdoor adventures. Potential flatmates MUST LOVE DOGS, as I have a 4yr old Golden Retriever X Chow Chow named Leo. He is a very laid back, friendly and well trained dog. I might be biased but he is the BEST dog! The room will be available from the 25th of August for short-term stays. If you have any questions about the property, or would like to arrange a viewing time to meet me and Leo, feel free to contact me.

Hey! I'm a full-time employed part-time student studying biomedicine and exercise science (1 more year to go!) which keeps me pretty occupied Mon-Sat. When I get some free time I love heading out to the you yangs, the beach or anywhere outside if the suns shining! Sundays are usually a nice chill homely day with catching up on some study, brunch out somewhere nice and watching the footy if there's a good game on! I'm a sports fan (NBA and AFL) but I definitely am not a fanatic you'll find kitted out in gear on the couch every Saturday (unless Richmond/OKC make the finals). I enjoy reading a great book, I'm slowly working towards a nice collection which will be coming along with me. I love a great binge on TV shows too (Friends, GOT, Suits & the list goes on) I guess what you get from me as a housemate is someone who's relaxed, clean, reliable, not home too often mon-fri! Only thing I'd really love is an ensuite/own bathroom! Feel free to give me a call/text to chat anymore. Cheers, James
Im a friendly, compassionate, kind hearted soul that tries to see the best in everyone even if it is hard to do so at times. Nursing student at ACU, currently on gap year to find work and take some time for myself. Happy to keep to myself reading, listening to music or playing games when at home. I have no issue with parties or people being over but not looking for a party house. Looking to move from November onwards. Trans friendly is a must! P.s the rent budget is set at 160 for a reason. Please dont send me messages about your rooms on offer if they are more then that. Thanks :)
I am a very easy going bloke. I enjoy my sports which consumes most of my weekends, particularly in footy season. I've had previous experience in living in share houses so I have full understanding of how it all works and the cleanliness that is required to keep the house running smooth. At the end of the day I am just a knock about bloke working his way through a plumbing apprenticeship looking for some easy going people to live with like myself!
Hey all! I'm a 30 year old professional looking for a share house. I am full time employed and also undertaking postgraduate study so I keep myself pretty busy. I work 9-5 and when I'm not at work, I'll either be studying, chilling at home or out and about catching up with friends and family. I love to travel so you may find me gone for a few weeks at a time - on average I spend 4-6 weeks overseas each year. I'm pet friendly (bonus if you have a dog I can love on!), non-smoker, vegetarian, LGBT friendly. I enjoy living in a clean and tidy home environment, so would love if you did too. Looking for something long-term if the situation is right. If you think you may have something that would suit, please get in contact. Thanks!
Dearest potential roomy, I have a smallish room available for rent available (refer to pictures) in my house in Yarraville. The house features a medium/large sized kitchen (with dishwasher), living area, laundry (with washing machine), one bathroom, outside decking area, and space to park 2 cars, as well on on street parking. It is located in the fabulous Yarraville, 10-15 minute walk to Yarraville Village and Yarraville Train Station. Right next to the freeway and close to public transport (If you can't be bothered walking to the station, bus stop is about 200m away). I am a young professional male looking for someone fun, chilled and clean to live with. I am very easy going and am looking for someone who can add to the dynamic of the house, not just live in it. The house is large enough that you can be social when you like but also have your space and privacy when you need it. The room is currently empty but I have some furnishings that can go in there, just waiting to see what your preference is :) I have a loft bed, desk (both pictured). Happy to assist where i can to sort stuff out. The rest of the house is fully furnished and yours to use as you wish! The room is $165pw ($715 per calendar month). Room lease will be 3-6 months, but will likely be available for longer if things work out - happy to discuss! Bills are split evenly every month. Electricity is generally around $150pm ($50pm each based on having 3 people in the house). There is no gas in the house which makes life easier :) Internet is split evenly as well ($70pm, so $23 pm each). Obviously, if there only two people living in the house for whatever reason, things are split in two :) (this has only ever happened during transition with someone moving out/in). All in all, (with 3 people) works out to about $15-20pw to cover everything. If this sounds up your alley please contact via the email form with your full name, describe a bit about yourself, any questions you may have, and remembering to include your mobile number and email address so I can contact you back to arrange a time to view the room! Oh yeah, i have an (extremely friendly) dog and a (typical lazy) cat as well so you'll need to be okay with animals! :D Any questions, just ask!!
Hi, I am looking for an easy going, professional Female to move into a nice house with. I am tidy, responsible and respectful of others. I am a professional working in the CBD. I have two really cute dogs Sadie (Border Collie) and Lincoln (Heeler/Kelpie) both 12 years old, well behaved, very friendly. I have a reference from my previous landlord in regards to the behavior of my dogs. I work in retail (outdoor industry); in my spare time I am generally being active, walking Sadie and Lincoln, going to the gym, the beach, day hikes or being social - but also love my quiet times at home. Available to move in immediately, but can wait several weeks if room is not available yet.
I'm 24, studying Visual Art at Bendigo Tafe. Looking to move back to Melbourne for more opportunities. I'm easy-going, clean, and friendly. I love music, art, walking and playing with my dog Taco! Exercise, having fun, reading a good book and chilling out. I play guitar and a bit of piano, am into fashion design, and I love to create! Plus I always pay my rent and bills on time! I'm reliable, trustworthy, and am also interested in teaming-up if you think you're for me, and my furry bundle of joy! Note: Not interested in a "party house", but a fun one all the same! Taco is house-trained, is loved by just about everyone, and isn't an outside only dog. He never smells poorly - cos he's quite clean, for a dog. Prolly cos he grooms himself like a cat! ^_^ Looking for a dog-friendly household to move into!
Ola, my name is Shane I'm 29 and work full time 6 days a week in Port Melbourne so I'd like to keep it local. I love to try my luck in the kitchen but I'm no Jamie Oliver :) keeping is my poison and I love a good coffee! If I sound like someone who would fit your humble abode. Give me a call :) ciao
Hi potential housemates! Looking for a like minded person to live with. I grew up in Geelong and work full time in healthcare. In my spare time I love anything outdoors keeping fit, running, cycling, walking, camping and during summer I become a beach bum and like to surf! On the weekends I love the occasional night out with friends and family, going out for a meal and a red wine. I am sociable but also like my downtime. I am looking for someone who keeps busy but will also share a laugh, the occasional dinner (I'm a good cook) and a walk, absolutely must be clean and reliable. I don't have any pets but love dogs so it's on my radar. I am keen to 'team up' and find a place with someone as I have a unit at the moment with all the furnishings needed. I am not in any hurry so happy to spend time looking. Looking forward to hearing from potential housemate!!

Hi! I'm a warehouse trainee and am starting part time volunteer work at a lost dogs home. I'm an easygoing, open minded, and down to earth old soul with lots of respect for privacy and personal space. I'm generally pretty quiet, tidy and good at doing my own thing but I wouldn't mind sharing the occasional home cooked (or delivered) meal with a bit of communal Netflix, or a bottle of wine and a yarn over a fresh platter. My interests are history, archaeology, theosophy, permaculture and environmental science. I love learning about other cultures and am planning an extended backpacking trip overseas after working and saving over a 6-12 month lease. Also love good coffee, hiking, books, antique/junk shops and op shops etc. Would be keen to start some gardening projects if backyard space is available :) Would be down to start a new share house with like minded people.
Hi I'm Liam I'm 26, enjoy board games, cooking, cycling and hanging out watching TV I work for a residential building company as an estimator (more exciting than it sounds!) I'm currently living in Footscray and looking for somewhere west side :) 💃
Hi, I'm an easy going young professional looking for a nice comfortable house share situation. I am clean, respectful and quiet (although always happy to have a chat, share a dinner, have a drink or watch TV together). I work fulltime and like to get out and about on the weekend. My hobbies include running, yoga, gym and general outdoor activities. I am looking for a furnished room. I have been transferred temporarily for work to footscray for 6 months Looking forward to hearing from you Cheers, Caitlin
I am self employed and do some of my work from home. I love to try new things so I'm usually off trying something new like Uber or a random adventure to gain some new experiences. I have just started my own coaching business and do a couple of other little things on the side. I love making the most out of life, having fun and living in a home and not just a house. I am super respectful, courteous, clean and friendly and would love to be able to have a great relationship with the people I live with, whilst having our own space too. I have done a bit of traveling so I love exchanging travel stories or ideas. I've studied Psychology at Uni and am currently studying Mindfulness and Mindful Nutrition online (for my coaching). I can easily binge watch a tv series, or spend a weekend out in nature. I love trying new things and meeting now people, and getting lost in a crazy deep, philosophical conversation. I love going to sport and theatre/artistic events. I'd love to be able to enjoy some docos or sport at home with you. I also enjoy eating out and taking advantage of the amazing coffee Melbourne has to offer, but I also love a home cooked meal. I do try to eat pretty healthy and eat a plant based diet (no I'm not a raging vegan that's going to try to convert you), so ideally I would love to live with vegetarians or vegans, however, I am open to living with people who are not if we are a good fit. I'm either looking for a room to rent or housemates looking to get a place together.
Hey! I'm an easy going 22 year old from NSW who has just taken up a 3 month work contract in Williamstown - so paying bills on time will not be an issue! Pretty open and friendly person, so will be keen to socialise with flat mates in spare time, but also very respectful of personal space. Enjoys a drink and hitting the town on weekends. Big music fan so will also be keen to get down to some gigs.
I work full time in parkville, pretty chilled like to keep to myself but also like socialising over food and beer. I enjoy going to the gym and exploring new places to eat brunch. I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months close to work.
I am a 23 year old high school teacher so most of my time is spent working. I have a boyfriend which may occasionally come to stay on weekends. I am a non smoker, I don't have any pets (but I do love them!), I am quite nerdy and in my spare time I love binge watching tv shows and movies on Netflix.
