My partner James and I have a spare room in the townhouse we are renting at Yeronga. It's a modern townhouse in a great area close to shops and parks. The room has a bed already (can be stored if not needed), ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. You will have a private bathroom (complete with separate bath) and toilet across the hall from the room, as well as a desk space. The rest of the house is completely furnished and the third room is used as a study/storage. We are very close to bus stops and about an 8min walk to the Yeronga train station. There is plenty of street parking available. Utilities/internet are split equally. The room is available now but we are flexible with a start date. Looking for someone tidy and respectful of study/working from home. The communal downstairs area has air conditioning, there is a yard space down the side of the property, small patio at the back door and outdoor clothes line.
Hi! I have recently moved back to Brisbane after living in Mackay for the past 9 years. I am very respectful, clean, reliable, friendly, honest and an equal mixture of being social and keeping to myself. I have a 6 year old French bulldog named Cali, she is super friendly, quiet, clean and extremely well housetrained. She loves people so anyone I live with will have to love dogs also, because she will want to hang with you if I'm not home :) I am looking for someone who is mature and chilled out to live with, no drama and hopefully we'll get to be mates :) I work in South Bank full time so somewhere that’s not too far from a train station would be ideal.
The property is a three bedroom townhouse with the third room acting as a spear room. The room is large, unfurnished, spacious and has its own undercover balcony. We could possibly furnish it if required. You will have your own bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished including dish washer, washing mashing and dryer. We don’t mind sharing common staple items like oil, flour, sugar and dishwashing liquid. The townhouse is a 5min walk to Yeronga train station and Yeronga village as well as 5min drive to Fairfield Gardens.
Hi I'm Tim. Im a project manager in the construction industry and I work full time. I'm Australian and from Brisbane. I'm into physical fitness and staying healthy. Mainly go to the gym most days but also stay active doing mountain biking and am generally quite sporty. I rarely drink, but I am totally ok with other people drinking. I am friendly and outgoing, like meeting new people and like a good conversation. I also enjoy listening to music, reading and watching sports, movies etc in my downtime. I'm an open minded person, people say im intelligent and I have a good sense of humour. I'm looking for flatmates to share the cost of renting, as well as making new friends and connections.
The house is located in a quiet pocket in Yeronga and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The room itself has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. It is currently unfurnished save for a small cupboard. The house has air conditioning in the lounge, tv, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a huge back yard and a deck. Very close to a great cafe and Italian restaurant, and a beautiful walking track along the river. I have high speed internet and Netflix (which is included in the rent). The only thing that isn’t included is electricity, which would be split between 3.
Hello there! My name is Priya and I will be joining Griffith University in February for my Master's degree. I am looking for a Females only flat / apartment and will be reaching Brisbane around 2nd week of February. I am clean, happy, easy going and wouldn't mind a nice chit-chat. I like working out and can be an outdoorsy person but at the same time I would love spending a quiet evening watching something on Netflix or maybe reading a book! Also, I don't smoke and I love dogs. :)
Hey friends, I’m a creative producer moving back to my hometown for an exciting full-time job in 2020. I’ve been doing ye ol share house thing for a while and scored some lifelong friends out of it! I’m a big advocate of personal space and wholesome solitude but equally love socialising with housemates and discussing the week over a wine. Weekends I spend catching up on life admin, relaxing, yoga, seeing family and friends and visiting the farmers market. I also have an art practice in watercolour and jewellery making (these creative tangents change intermittently). I’m a lover of calm, kind and respectful housemates. Home should be an oasis of sorts. Let me know if you’re on the same page :)
Hi! My name's Thomas. I'm transitioning back to full-time study after nearly two years of full-time work. I'm an easy going housemate. I like the house clean, but I don't freak out if there's a little thing out of place. I'm friendly, open, and always up for a chat, but I appreciate my personal time and am respectful of housemates' needs for privacy and space.
I'm a PhD Candidate at UQ and a part-time Project Manager. I am looking for somewhere quiet, clean, accessible to UQ bound transport, where I can spend some days and nights writing. When I have free time I like to salsa and tango and be near the sea. I am not a pet person, and have allergies to cats, so not your gal if pets are your thing. I am a non-smoker. I always change the empty toilet roll and refill the the filtered water jug! :)
Hey! I'm a 27yo working full-time in the sports industry. I'm definitely looking for housemates with similar interests/hobbies, and of a similar age who are ideally positive, driven but also like to have some fun nights every now and then! When I get time away from work, I enjoy trying new restaurants/cafes and trying to cook different foods (basically a foodie minus the Instagram account), going to the gym (slightly addicted), reading and going to a pool or the beach for swims. Other info: - Pet friendly - During my work season I'm fairly busy and will be frequently away on weekends - I'm looking for considerate, reliable and mature housemates as you'll definitely get that from me (However you'll cop your fair share of banter as well!) My number 1 priority will be finding great housemates that I'll fit in with. So if it sounds like I might be a good fit and you'd like to know more about me, just flick us a message and I'll be happy to answer any other questions you might have! I'm happy in my current situation, however am currently exploring my options. Flexible with move in date for the right situation.
I'm a passionate and friendly artist. Im pretty quiet and tidy to live with. I like nights at home binge watching Netflix and the occasional friend over for wine and hangouts
