I am friendly, easy going, and enjoy being social. Whilst I don't mind the odd beverage after work, I am also happy to just sit and read or watch tv. My passions include, travelling, cooking and experiencing new things. I work in the travel industry on a rotating roster so may not always be around. I have lived in a share house before and understand the importance of personal space and cleanliness.

Hi, I'm Tj. I am a student studying at QUT in the creative area. I am a musician and love to chill out and listen to music on the weekend. I also have a love for anime and books. Pretty quiet, considerate and clean person and also very busy so would be in and out. Looking for people who wouldn't mind me having guests/my partner over occasionally and would respect my need for space and a generally quiet household (particularly during the week, don't care as much on weekends). Prefer bills included up to $160 but would consider without if rent was low enough to allow the cost of bills. Don't mind living with guys or girls. Thanks
***Please be aware of the move date*** I am a teacher, currently studying my masters full-time. This means I am home a lot when not working (short-term contracts), visiting family or travelling. For the most part, I put most of my energy into my research. I am looking to share with 1 or 2 like-minded females (or landlord couple/family). I can live with: * females (quiet, respectful) * non-smokers (non-negotiable) * no partying, excessive drinking, etc * drug-free household * a cat I want to live somewhere where I feel safe and comfortable. Basically someone who has a lifestyle that doesn't impose on mine, or impact my overall well-being. I appreciate others with similar values, and are considerate of their housemates. I have a long-term partner who lives away for work, so no random overnight guests on my part. I like: * a tidy home * tv/netflix/board games/reading in my downtime, I am sociable but a frugal introvert at heart * hikes and walks in groups * cooking (but this is often a once-a-week meal prep) * yoga * sense of humour * people who are down-to-earth - not afraid to communicate in order to achieve balance and happiness in the house. If sharing with a landlord couple (preferably separate living spaces i.e. upstairs/downstairs) - I am able to pay my rent well in advance in exchange for a rent reduction. I know you have bills to pay too so if you're looking for a reliable income, I can give you that piece of mind!
I'm a pretty easy going person. I'm a UQ law graduate and work in the public service. I work full time in the city and go out most of the time when I'm not at work. I like to go to the gym, and go travelling. It would be great to share with someone who doesn't mind a quiet drink or two. I do need a car space - sorry, no on street parking. I also need my own bathroom. Also I am only interested in places with 2 or 3 tenants total. Happy to 'teamup' to get a good place. Send me a message for more info.

I'm still sociable though! -I like to live in a clean and tidy space and respect my living space
Changed my mind, not looking right now I am looking to settle in Brisbane for a while because this is where my much adored niece is based. I have a housetrained desexed cat, goes by the name of Pixie or hey you. The cat is unfortunately not other cat or dog friendly, she had some bad experiences when young and as a result does not play well with others. I how ever am well used to sharing, cleaning up after myself and paying my bills on time. I have some furniture, kitchen stuff and some electrics. Not a smoker, big drinker or death metal singer-along-with-at 2am -er. Looking for like minded non Trump supporters to make a home with. Any extra info I am happy to share, but feel that some actual human interaction i.e. ph or face to face, would be more illuminating. Thanks for your time :) P.S I am a hetero female who couldn't care less who or what floats your boat, provided adult consent is involved :)

I'm very considerate of my surroundings and the people I live with. I work part time from home as a screen composer and also as a waiter. I'm social and always up for a chat but very respectful of other people's space.
Hi ! I'm Eloise, I'm 24 years old and I just moved back to Australia. I was born in Brisbane but moved to France with my family when I was little, so I am rediscovering the city. I don't know many people in Brisbane, so I would love the share a flat with people that likes going out on weekends, meeting people, going on adventures, traveling ... I am easy going and tidy (but not fussy ;) ) . I enjoy spending time with my flatmates, going out, doing cool things, but I also like just clam evenings, watching movies, series, drinking nice wine and cooking together. Cheers, Eloise
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
I've been renting a lovely place in Spring Hill and looking for a tenant who wants to share that place on this site, but also considering moving into another property as a team up or unfurnished place where me, my little dog lady, and my household furniture will fit. I'm looking for a place that includes off street car parking, my own bathroom and enough space for my furniture (or at least a place to store it). Also looking for a fenced outdoor space of some size for my outdoor furniture and for my little dog to roam. I also have spare bedroom furniture if a team up person could use it. I'm reliable, house proud and easy going. I love music, a chat over a cuppa or drink. My little dog (Lady) is a 7yr old miniature foxy, house trained, very sweet and hardly makes any noise, except for the postman bike. Lady an I both come with real estate references if needed. Let me if you have a place that might suit me or would like to discuss a team up. I'm also flexible on a move date. Please also check out my rooms for rent if you wanted to consider moving into the townhouse I am currently renting. The lease is due for renewal in June so need to make a decision to stay or leave by end of May.
Aloha! We, Nora and Marius, we are both Master students from Berlin, and are looking for a place to stay for the next two months. We are both very open minded and are looking for lovely flatmates as we enjoy cooking and good conversations. Let's talk about us: I'm Marius, 26, and am currently working at UQ in a research project. I'm into climbing, hiking and I enjoy outdoor sports such as beach volleyball, biking and surfing. I really like photography and want to get more into videography as well. I have a strong interest in nature and traveling and am looking forward to meet great people. I'm Nora, 25, and a literature student. I'm into modern literature as well as photography. I started climbing in Australia and hope to get a little more practice while I'm here. I want to get more into yoga again and explore as much as I can. We are curious to meet you, so please get in touch :)
Quite easy going couple honest always looks after the house seeking urgent housing as from Saturday we have no where to live any help will be muchly appreciated
Hey I'm Katy! I'm 21 I work full time in an office in Rocklea! I've lived in Paddington for 2 years and I'm looking to change it up! I work Monday to Friday when I'm not working I'm just relaxing or hanging out with my boyfriend or playing sport! I'm really laid back and tidy I do like to go out on weekends and socialise with friends on occasion but most nights I'm happy to just veg out in the couch!
Looking for a place for me and my 2 dogs! I'm a clean, neat and tidy kind of person so no concerns of having a messy house. Definitely love a beer and a chat on the balcony but not wanting a party house. I enjoy a peaceful household where I can come home and unwind. I'm totally respectful of diversity in people - being gay myself, all I ask for is an open mind and mutual respect :) I do a lot of cooking; I'm into healthy, organic foods. Warning - I need a lot of fridge space. Just a heads up. I have two dogs who are basically my fur-children - they are a bonded pair, however one is a rescue who has issues meeting other animals. So I have the task ahead of me to find a suitable home for the three of us, without any other pets. But don't get me wrong - they are sweet, loving dogs who love people. We'll just need a decent sized yard with high, block-out fencing (eg. colour bond). If you don't like dogs this probs ain't gonna work. I work full time, usually early starts - 6am ish and finished by 2:30ish. Ideally I'd prefer to have just one housemate as I like a quiet household. I don't have a set date for moving - I've got plenty of time to find the right person and the right place. Anyway I've rambled a lot so if you think you're the right kinda housie for me, get in touch! :) Oh p.s. I have to be honest; the idea of meeting somebody once and then moving in with them is a bit daunting for me. So if you're cool with it, maybe a few 'friend dates' could be on the cards? Please don't think I'm weird. I'm actually just trying to make sure you're not.
I work full-time as a creative professional in an Advertising agency. I like to have fun, be active, socialise and enjoy a few laughs. I'm respectful of other's privacy but do also enjoy the company of others. I enjoy doing creative activities and am open to new and exciting experiences. I also like to be neat and tidy.
I am 28, working full time (Monday to Friday, 8-5), easy going and easy to live with. I'm clean and tidy and willing to have a chat and respect each others space. I will be moving into a place with a house full of furniture so a housemate need only bring themselves.
this apartment is very new and in a perfect location close to everything! the rooms are quite large also. walking distance to everything you need :) if you're a single person it will be $194, if you're a couple it will be $148 each :)
I like to see myself as a social butterfly; easy to get along with and able to make friends out of anyone without forcing a relationship. Im unobtrusive, independent and I respect space/boundaries/down time ect. My hobbies include watching sport, TV, art and going out to see friends. Im looking for people who don't mind casual conversation and sharing a house with someone a little younger.
Fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom Queenslander. House has a new kitchen and bathroom, cosy open plan living space as well as a lovely veranda to sit and relax, read a book or just watch people go by. If you’d like company to sit and relax you are in luck as the resident small friendly dog is always happy to oblige Bedroom contains a queen bed, large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and TV. If you need a place to study the dressing table can be replaced with a desk. Yeronga is a lovely area, the neighbours are friendly and we are very close (200m) to the Yeronga Village shops and the Yeronga Train Station is just over the road from them. Bus stops are even closer. There are plenty of great café’s nearby and an easy walk through Hyde Park will take you through to the river and along to the Eleanor Schonell Bridge across to UQ St Lucia campus. Electricity, gas hot water and unlimited internet are included in the weekly rent. Bond is 4 weeks rent. I’m looking for a reasonably quiet housemate (one only, no couples thanks) who has an appreciation of the importance of hygiene and of tidying up after themselves. Am open to short term or long term stays. Non-smoking is a must.
