Master bedroom in a three bedroom townhouse in Yeronga. Huge bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The townhouse is quite spacious. There is a courtyard at the back, which is a great place for hanging out. There is aircon in the lounge room - great for summer! The common areas are furnished and the kitchen has all utensils and appliances - all you need to bring is furniture for your room. We are in a quiet area and close to shops, a park and public transport (train station is only a 7 minute walk away). Coles is a 5 minute drive away and UQ is easy to cycle to. Sorry, no pets allowed. Females only. Off-street parking. Will need to join lease (which expires in February but will very likely be available for renewal). Available from 18 September but can be a bit flexible about start date.
Heya, I'm looking to rent a bedroom around the Central; South/East Brisbane area that still within 15min drive of the CBD. Prefer 1 Flatmate. I don't mind if the place is furnished or unfurnished A bit about me, I'm 29, I'm the chief pilot of a small helicopter company out of Archerfield Airport. My days off are usually Mondays and Tuesdays, except for when I have to work those days; in which case I try to get time off later in the week ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm not into partying but enjoy having a drink with a couple of friends after work every now and then. I have been in Brisbane for 4 years now and love it here. In my spare time I ride a motorbike (BMW S1000RR), into outdoor [and indoor] rock climbing and otherwise try to have a fairly active lifestyle. I enjoy eating out and sometimes cook at home, although the latter has become a rarity lately. Got myself a Nintendo Switch, which I enjoy a bit more than I'd like to admit. I see an occasional movie with my flatmate and we sometimes go out for a drink and a laugh. I do like animals; cats or dogs, I don't discriminate. Because of my line of work I can never have any I'm currently living in Kangaroo Point and need to give a month's notice. The only real non-negotiable requirement is off-street secure parking

I own Brisbane Window Cleaning which is a commercial window cleaning company and have done so for 8 years. I was living in Sweden for a year and a half then in Carina for the last year. Obviously as the owner of a cleaning business I'm very clean and tidy, I'm also a positive, approachable, fair-minded people-person. I'm looking for a peaceful, positive, centred flatmate and home. I enjoy painting, the arts, tennis, golf, yoga and the gym. I look forward to hearing from you. Warm Regards, Aiddon McCarthy Proprietor Brisbane Window Cleaning
Looking for a furnished or unfurnished room in a share house with an ensuite. Short term until my partner relocates and we find a house together. Emergency services worker and do shift work. Don't mind either gender. I don’t have any pets.
Currently studying VET and working part-time as a tennis consultant. I enjoy a quiet and calm place to live in. I consider myself very respectful, clean, and tidy reason why I'm looking for the same from my flatmates. I like cooking at home and sports or city sighting on weekends.
I need 2 rooms! I have a 7yo in primary school who is with me most nights - so we need 2 rooms and preferably our own bathroom. I work as a Lecturer at Griffith University, work at Logan campus and also at home. Looking to share with another single parent and similar aged kids. Looking to make a community and a home. Clean, reliable, considerate, enjoy cooking and sharing meals when it works. On my weekends off I like to see live music and catch up with friends.
Hello! I am Jarred I am a laid back, considerate 24 year old who generally keeps to myself and am busy between work and getting out and about on weekends but do enjoy a conversation and a drink with my room mates from time to time I am currently living with a friend not on a lease, so my move in date is very flexible. Any date after the 1st of October suits as I get her from my overseas holiday on that date :) I work as a Hydraulic designer Mon - Fri at an engineering firm in South Bank and on weekends I like to get out and go camping, skiing and adventuring in general When I am at home I am respectful of peoples space but always down to socialise and have some drinks I do own a jet ski (which you can always come along with) and some camping gear so a place to store them would be ideal but not a deal breaker! any questions feel free to ask :)
