Really comfy and stylish townhouse, which is spacious and spread over 3 levels. Good size room, huge built in wardrobe and modern ensuite bathroom. There is a TV port in the bedroom if you're a regular watcher. Short walk (3-5 mins) to Yeronga train station and Yeronga shops. Close to Fairfield Coles, and easy access to UQ. The townhouse would someone sociable, but who also likes their own space and has their own thing going on. Ideally looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, and reliable with rent and bills. The furniture photographed will be leaving, and I'll be moving my own furniture in which is mostly modern, white, minimalist style. The bedroom will be unfurnished, however, I do have a spare double mattress, if needed :) Bills are average at $100-120 a month (includes internet, electricity, water, gas), so all up costs come to approx. $230 per week. Any questions just ask, it's really a great space and I'm friendly. OTHER FEATURES: Ducted aircon and heating in bed and living areas that is cost efficient Toilet on living level also Small courtyard Second living space on ground floor for study or whatever Good size balcony on living level Sorry no pets - real estate, not me
I'm a patient, clean and polite bloke, I am just as happy living in a social house where we get together in the shared areas and hang out as I am living in a quieter house where everyone does their own thing, each to their own really :) I can and will pitch in with cooking and cleaning because, well, fair is fair.
Hi, I'm looking to team up with a female to rent out a townhouse in Yeronga. I was supposed to move in with a friend but she ended up pulling out unfortunately. But I really love the place so I was wondering if anyone was wanting to go on the lease with me and share this place? It's located in a quite area of Yeronga, close to Hyde Park, away from the train line. The room includes a built in wardrobe, and it is big enough to fit a queen bed, night table, and small desk. You will have access to the main bathroom all to yourself. It also has a small sunny balcony facing the trees. If you're interested, send me a message and I can get in contact with the real estate agent so you can view the place.
I am a full time student at QUT studying IT. I easily get along with people and usually keep to myself during busy study days. Tidy, Vegetarian, Non-Smoker Looking for a 6 month stay or maybe even 1 year Not much of a party animal, so i prefer a quite and friendly place to live in but don't mind doing something with the housemates over the weekends

Hi! I'm Alejandro. 23yo. I'm tidy and responsible, sociable, can cook up to some degree, love music and somewhat play guitar. I'm not a party person, but I can enjoy having a drink from time to time. I'm a nice person to live with, or so I've been told! I'll be working at UQ for 4 months and starting a PhD on January 2018. I would love to stay for a long time, but as of today I only have the first four months 100% confirmed. Looking for a place to stay and find friends! Hope we can have great moments together! PS: I won't have an Australian number until at least August 26th, so it would be better if you message me

Hey, I'm very clean, organised and super reliable. Also, I'm a calm person and very easy to get along with. I love to cook and greatly enjoy books, music and movies. Parties are not really my thing though. What brings me to Brisbane? - I'm a 22-year old student approaching the end of my masters degree. From october to the end of march I'm going to be doing a research internship at UQ and since I'm not a local, I'm looking for a place to live. A room in a shared house with 2-3 flatmates or a small flat for myself located close to the UQ campus would be perfect. Preferably, the room should also be furnished, because I'll be flying in Oct 6th and won't have any furniture in Brisbane. That's because, in fact, I'm from Germany. Despite me featuring an unusual accent, english communication really shouldn't be an issue though. Quite the contrary I hope! I'm so looking forward to getting to know you and your city! Cheers, Felix
I'm 35 but younger looking and open=mind man with a sense of humor, sporty, friendly, tidy guy. I'm studying English and working par-time in Brisbane now and will continue mine studies at a college. I enjoy music, dance, cycling, having chat with friends, hanging out with friends, Capoeira and cooking. I'm looking for a long-term stay 1 year and longer, minimum 6 month.
The property is located in a green and lush setting, on the out skirts of Yeronga/Yerongapilly. Just off the beautiful Corso. Extremely quiet and peaceful, in a safe and respectful neighbourhood. You have cafes and restaurants within 200m from the premises, Westend within 10minutes drive, UQ and St Lucia approximately 2kms away, loads of parks and sporting arenas close by. You also have Coles and Fairfield shops under 5 minutes away, With the luxury of both bus and train not far. The house is a is pleasant, timber floors, huge back yard. and the room on offer is the master bedroom, it is large with space to suffice almost anyones needs and desires for it. The room is approximately 4m by 3.2m squared You also have plenty on street and off street parking. Highly advise a drive by, or inspection.
Moving from VIC to BNE. Bubbly and conversational, clean, quiet and easy going. Active person who is mostly outside. I love camping, hiking and exploring my world. I own my own pet minding business which I am franshising up here. I have a pet reptile which is zero noise and hassle.
The studio room is downstairs and secluded from the house. There is a bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) within the studio room. We are flexible with pets and smokers. There will also be minimal noise on our end which is ideal for those seeking a quiet home. There is plenty of on-street parking at all times. Our home is great due to it's location and access to public transport, schools and local shops. The neighborhood is friendly, easy-going and has numerous community activities available throughout the year. Local Features: - 10/15 minute commute to Brisbane's CBD via public transport - 2 minute walk to the bus station (inbound and outbound) - 10 minute walk to the train station - Petrol station, Cafes and Convenience Store all within a 2 minute walk - Large park across the road with playgrounds and football fields - Local pool 200m down the road
I'm a professional working full time. I'm very flexible on move date but will have minimal furniture initially due to my recent living arrangements (outside of a mattress and desk, situation permitting). Not a messy person, and won't leave the kitchen in a unkempt state (who likes cooking in a dirty kitchen?). I clean up after myself and am more than happy to be a friendly, social roommate, however like everyone I do enjoy private time. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. Preferably two other roommates max, and a place with more than one bathroom. Female or males, I'm not picky! Message me if you think you may have something for me to consider, or if you want to team up to find a place. I'm looking to be west of the Pacific motorway, as I commute to Ipswich every day :)
Hi, I'm Luke. I'm a 25 year old Engineering student in my final year of study, looking for a room to rent until the years end, potentially extended further. (Depending on if I get my preferred job in the city) I'm a non-smoker, I enjoy the occasional night out once every few weeks but not much of a party person. I rock climb (not particularly well), ride my bike to uni (and would like to continue to do so) and am always up for a game of Cards Against Humanity or Counterstirke/AOE2. I'm a fairly quite guy, I am neat and tidy around the house, not much of a cook but I enjoy barbecuing on my Weber. I currently work causal night shifts 3 times a week (including occasionally on weekends), 5pm - 1am for an after-hours medical service. Would require space to park my car (off-street or on-street is fine, but no metered parking).
The property is a great three level town house right near the Yeronga train station so the public transport is as good as it gets, it less than 20 minutes to the city by train, very easy access to UQ. There is also on and off street parking. It's less than 5 minutes to Fairfield Coles and right by the public pool and tennis court in Yeronga. This is a sub-lease so there is no bond required. Rent is $160 per week plus bills (gas internet and electricity), which is roughly an extra $15 each week. Rent is paid fortnightly. There's a huge garage for parking and storage, there's a front courtyard and small back outdoor area. Open plan living/ dining, fully modern kitchen and the house is already furnished (except your room). Bedrooms are upstairs and your bedroom is spacious enough for any size bed and there is a nook with a window perfect for a study desk. There is a large built in wardrobe, a sky light and the room is carpeted and fully air-conditioned. You'll be sharing the main bathroom with one other girl and there is a separate toilet off living area. This is quite and tidy house; perfect for full-time workers or students looking for a peaceful home.
I am a quiet, clean and well-mannered person that keeps to himself. I have little possessions and spend most of my time working, sleeping or out. I don't cook often, and if I do it's usually a frozen chicken. I am always out of the house and just need a place to flop that's closer to my work. I work 8pm - 4am. 5 days a week. Meaning I work nights. But don't worry, I am a heavy sleeper. I am ideal for someone that is looking for more of a ghost housemate that just pays rent and sleeps as opposed to being overbearing and controlling. I am LGBT. I love pets. I am not in a relationship. I do not drive, but worship Uber.
I'm a 31 year old professional, value my privacy, peace and quiet but enjoy sharing a meal from time to time. If I'm not at work, I'm pursuing interests, catching up with friends, running errands or relaxing with a book so I'm not at home all that much. I'm seeking a like minded person, a professional that is mature and settled in life, looking for a quiet space to call home, not into parties and has discernment when it comes to who they invite over. A lawyer, surgeon, shift work medical professional would be an ideal fit lifestyle wise, as I'm not around a lot either and when I am, it's basically down time. Sharing longer term would be great but I'm open to six months to begin with - I'm open to discussing this. I'd like an ensuited room or similar and I'm leaning towards seeking a fellow lady to share a home with but a tidy, respectful guy would also work well too.
Hi, Im a 29 years old, originally from Italy, I work as a chef in a Italian Restaurant in South Brisbane, i also own a mobile food business. I get most of the mornings off and work most nights, very respectful and tidy, Im also into MTBiking a lot, so every bit of free time i get ill spend it riding. Very easy going, party days are long gone so no need to worry about me being a home wrecker.. Very social person that would definitely enjoy the roomies company as well as some quite times. Can contribute with furniture if needed to. What else.... Would love to come around have a look at the house and have a quick chat see if this could work for both of us. Thanks Ben
I'm currently working and studying part time as a clinical research assistant in at the Princess Alexandra Hospital while also doing my masters degree at UQ. When I'm not at work, I'm playing Gaelic football or will be out and about I'm neat and tidy, easygoing, love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, but also to have some quiet time now and again to study. Non-smoker
This 3 year old Townhouse is a total steal for the awesome price! It is modern, with a large kitchen including touch-activated stove-top, dishwasher and oven (all Miele appliances!) that overlook a beautiful garden outside. It's full of natural light as well and is a welcoming home to live in. The entire house has ducted air-conditioning as well which keeps the heat out on a hot summer's day and will keep you warm on a cold winter's night as well. Upstairs, you will have a bedroom large enough to fit a Queen Sized Bed and a desk with room to spare, and two sets of powerpoints as well for our all important electronics. While the rest of the house will be furnished, the room will be UNFURNISHED, but if you are after furniture it's possible for some to be arranged (there is a spare desk / chair / table in the garage as well as 2x single mattresses). You will share a bathroom with one other girl, who is clean and considerate of other's space, so preferably someone who can also meet these standards would be perfect. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub / shower combo and has *so much room for activities* This beautiful part of Yeronga is in walking distance of both Yeronga and Yeerongpilly train stations, two bus stops on Fairfield Road which will take you to Graceville / Indooroopilly / Corinda or the City. A short 5 minute drive up the road will take you to Fairfield Gardens, 2 minutes away is Yeronga Village, and less than a minute is a collection of fast food restaurants. Pat Rafter Arena is close enough that you're able to walk there in less than 5 minutes (calling all Tennis fans!) If you're after convenience then this is the place for you - if you're not familiar with Yeronga, it's about a 15 minute drive as well to the CBD, 10 minutes to Indro, 20 minutes by Public Transport to UQ and 30 minutes to QUT GP. This is a beautiful neighbourhood. Bills are not included in the rent, but you will be looking at $30/mth for internet and $50/mth approx for electricity
