I'm also studying my final semester only part-time (4-weeks) left at QUT. I'm looking to move between November and January 2026. Looking to team-up or move into an established home. I'm flexible with furnishings. I'm not a clubber or party person. I don't smoke or have kids. I'm clean, quiet and dependable. In my very limited free time, I go to the gym, or travel or try new restaurants in the area. I've lived in share accommodation for many years, and I've been a landlord for many years also. Ideally, looking for at least 6-months, but if it's a good fit, I'd be very happy to stay a lot longer. A car parking space would be a good bonus but I can work around it.
