Hey~! I’m looking for a female housemate to either team up for a new rental or to renew my current lease.

A little about me — I’m originally from Singapore.
My living style is minimalist, neat, clean, and I keep an uplifting daily routine. I enjoy pilates, good vibes, and living healthy.

I really value a calm, positive home environment, so I’m looking to live with someone who brings good energy and has a clean, steady routine too. I too prefer a housemate who is proactive, communicative, and reliable. Female only. No smokers or heavy drinkers.

I am currently looking at two options:
(1) Renewing my current lease starting 25 January — the place is lovely and extremely convenient but I’m also open to exploring somewhere else too.

(2) Teaming up to find a new place to rent from the 3rd week of February 2026, ideally in New Farm, Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane, Newstead, (but I’m open to anywhere within a 20-30-minute public transport radius to Brisbane City)
