Respectful Courteous Been sharehousing since 2003, so looking for a place of my own. Familiar to many types of sharehouse situations. In the fashion industry. Working professional. No pets Don’t smoke Tend to have only a couple friends over at any time.
Hi there! My name is Katie, I’m 25 and have recently moved to Brisbane for work. I am a bubbly, easy going person who is tidy and won’t leave a mess in the kitchen. I work full time mon-fri so am quiet during the week. I enjoy getting out and spending time with friends and exploring on the weekends but am also extremely happy just chilling out on the couch and watching movies/tv shows with a bowl of popcorn. I am ultimately looking for somewhere not only to sleep but to feel like a home with the occasional shared dinner/ wine and I am also looking for a room that is unfurnished. Thanks so much!
Respectful, organised, tidy, easy to get along and not a party animal. I am looking to share just with one person (either male or female). Sorry to couples or kids. Tide, clean and organised. I don't smoke and will like to share with a person that doesn't smoke either. Hardly ever have a glass of wine. So basically I will like to share with someone similar to myself. I am into cycling. Work full time, go to the gym and like to chill out on the weekends. My current flatmate and myself we get along perfectly but unfortunately I have to move out from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. I am looking for a unfurnished room as I have my own stuff, a decent size as I have a lot of shoes and girly stuff :) I don't have furniture, TV or anything like that.
Hey! I'm looking for a housemate to replace me in our happy household. The room is medium size, fits a queen bed and has an in-built wardrobe and wooden floor. The room is unfurnished but some furniture can be provided (including a mattress). Rent is 185$ per week plus 25$ to cover all bills, internet, foxtel, and garden maintenance (yes we have a impeccably manicured yard) The house is in a perfect location, just off Park Road (bars/restaurants etc), 5 minutes walk to the Milton train station, ferry terminal and Coronation drive bikeway. About 30min walk from the CBD. Sunday Milton Markets a short walk away. -Huge back deck -Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, oven, 2 large fridges and a freezer, dishwasher -Large living areas -Washing machine and dryer -Most common areas items are provided by the landlord so if someone moves out nothing will go missing -Ample storage space We are looking for someone to move in for a minimum of 3 months or more. You will have one housemate from Spain and four Australians but travelers or expats are welcome. Preferred moving date is after 19th November. No couples Street parking available
My name is Ashlea, I'm a 24 year old female working in government Mon-Fri in Brisbane CBD. I'm looking for somewhere to live close to the city. I try to keep fit and don't drink during the week, but don't mind a drink or two on the weekends. I'm a pretty chilled person and am respectful of space. I need my alone time occasionally but would still prefer to live with someone I can have a chat with! I am a non-smoker and have no pets and I am hoping for one or two room mates around the same age with similar interests. I have a car so I would prefer a parking space. Not interested in sharing a bathroom, please don't message if shared bathroom only.
Hi, I'm Ella. I work full time and am a very clean, tidy, quiet and reliable person. I keep to myself but don't mind a bit of socialising now and then. I am always very busy with work or friends and don't tend to spend a great deal of time at home. I am very easy going and almost anything is fine by me. I have been told I am quite mature for my age and do consider myself to be mature as well.
I'm 32 years old, originally from Barcelona. After living 4 years in Sydney doing my phd, I found a job in Milton (Brisbane). I like chatting but also having my own space and privacy. Very tidy and healthy person. Some weekends my partner will visit me. I'm looking for a place with own bathroom and ideally in Milton or at least well connected by train. Cheers, Esteban
Built in wardrobe for rent in a relaxed, spacious, good old-fashioned Queenslander. Rent is $150 p/w inc. water. Electricity and internet bills are not included, but if factored into the rent would roughly equate to a total of $165 p/w. Location is perfect for anyone that regularly commutes to the city, and even better if you intend to attend QUT or UQ. All of which can be accessed easily by either the train station which is a 5 minute walk away, the nearby bus stop, or cycling along the Brisbane river bike track. We've got a Coles within walking distance, as well as a local market that runs every Sunday morning which is great for fresh produce. We have a yard with a clothes line, and plenty of contained space under the house for storage.
Hi All, We have recently moved to Brisbane after a number of months travelling through Asia and are looking for a place to stay within Brisbane CBD. Both of us are clean and easy going, enjoy meeting new people and are looking forward to spending time with others in Brisbane. Hope to speak to your soon! Lisa & Darren.
East going, clean and tidy, respectful housemate. Love being active and keeping fit and try to do something most days. On the weekends you'll find me out and about, whether its down the coast, picnicking in the park, brunch with friends or checking out one of the many random events going on. Looking for a furnished room temporarily (only until Christmas) in Milton/Teneriffe/New Farm/Fortitude Valley/Newstead, ideally with some type of parking available (either off street or on street - not timed or with permit) and a pool in the complex.
Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 27 and I work full-time in IT as a Network Administrator so I can look after all of our internet / network needs. I'm clean and tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink that often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with one or two sometimes. I am relatively into fitness as I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days. I try to be out of the house where possible but sometimes I can be a bit introverted. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. Why I'm moving: My current house mates are moving out to start a family so unfortunately we are going separate ways. I'm pretty flexible where I live, as long as It's not too difficult to get to work. Normal week: After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I aim to try visit friends and be active doing something. I'm a little flexible with the move date, as my lease ends on the 6th of Jan, but will be extending it for around 2 weeks to help with moving if needed. I have a 6month old fridge, and my own room furnishings. Ideally if there was a study, I'd like to have my computer there or if my room was big enough to accommodate.

Also open to moving into an existing house but I do have quite a bit of furniture that I’d like to keep (fridge, couches, TV, TV unit, coffee table etc). I’m fairly active, and also enjoy cooking/baking. I’m very tidy, and coming home to a clean relaxing space is important to me. I’m friendly and enjoy a chat at the end of the day, but also don’t mind my own space (and am respectful of other’s). I also like to hang out with my friends (sometimes at home) and don’t mind a drink or two on the weekend! Feel free to message me for a chat if you’re interested, can’t wait to hear from you!
Hey, my name's Brodie - I'm a friendly and tidy housemate who likes to have a fun :) I was studying a business/IT double degree at uni until I decided to defer for the year and kinda relax. At the moment I work 3 jobs in the city and I spend my down-time producing music (headphones dw) , other than that just hang out with mates. I'm an easy person to get along with, I respect house rules and my room mates. The kind of things I do for fun include going out on on the weekend lol, music festivals, camping/beach trips with friends, that kinda thing :)
I'm a 23 year old law & business student in my 4th year at QUT, and I also work as a specialist at Apple. I'm easy-going, friendly, sociable, tidy, responsible and considerate. I enjoy going to the gym, cycling, hiking, gaming, beach trips and music.
As housemates go, I'm pretty great - like to keep my space tidy, love my early mornings as a barista, and then just go for afternoon walks, cook up amazing food, and create some art. Will make every effort to be fantastic company, just need some quality people to live with until the end of the year. Thanks heaps - look forward to meeting you!
Hi My name is Kyle :). I study mathematics, engineering and French at QUT and UQ. I like travelling, cooking, swimming and music. I also play piano. Looking for a nice place to stay for the next 6-12 months. Those that know me well, know I am always smiling :). I am also quite a clean person, so as long as the kitchen and bathrooms are reasonably clean, we won't have a problem. Happy to keep to myself, but also groovy to have a chill Friday night with a couple of drinks. Send me a message :P
Easy going, sociable full time worker looking for a like minded room mate to move in with ASAP. I work Monday-Friday in construction and am always keen for a drink/chat. I’m tidy and will be respectful of your privacy. Look forward to hearing from you if you think I’d be suitable for your place. Thanks
I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I like cleaning rosters, or some kind of arrangement. I work and attend QUT. I ride my bicycle everywhere as I don't own a car. I like to eat healthily and exercise. I like to socialise but I also can keep to myself when study is heavy. I am only looking for a private room, no shared bedrooms.
