G'day potential housemate.

I am seeking a private room to rent in South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, hawthorn... open to anything really around that area.

- price range $200 - $230 per week.
- Furnished would be preferable but not essential

I currently live in Brisbane and moving down to Melbourne for work, ( moving down around the 18th of January) so I would ideally want my housemates to more than just housemates and be friends.

Little about myself.

I am 23 and just graduated from a bachelor's in interior design and architecture. I have a huge appreciation for all the arts. You will usually find me at a stand-up comedy venue with a gin in my hand.
I try to be as environmentally conscious as possible. I am also, great friends with all my previous housemates so I like to think that I am a pretty easy person to live with.
I do consider myself an outgoing and sociable person but I do respect and understand everyone needs some downtime to recharge.
