I'm Kai. I'm a software manager who's moved back to Brisbane after a decade in Melbourne. Looking for a quiet place close to the CBD, ideally with just one other person.

Typical 9 -5, 3 days in the office (Wed and Fri WFH). After work, I'm always doing something. My hobbies include Latin dancing, MMA, reading, video games, and fitness. I live a very clean, active lifestyle. I rarely drink.

I'm out most nights, but I'm aware not to make too much noise when I get home (I'll make dinner and get ready for bed).

Dependable and financially stable. Very well self-managed. Literally never missed a payment. I have over 8 years of experience living with housemates. Respectful of communal areas and considerate of other housemates' schedules and lifestyles.

My hard no's are smokers, vapers, and drug users. I'm also not interested in living with couples. Fine with pets.
