I'm a semi-retired writer and life coach. I live in a townhouse, in a great area and with lovely neighbours. Unfortunately, the landlord has decided to sell the house, so I need to find a new place.

I need a small house, a self-contained townhouse or a flat, with my own kitchen and bathroom. A garden or a backyard would be great. A separate granny flat, maybe... I want a property in an area that's not prone to flooding.

By the way, many other suburbs in North Brisbane are fine, they seem to have a limit here on how many suburbs we can add.

I like people, but I don't party much. Funny things make me laugh out loud, but I don't listen to loud music, I don't even watch TV much - my neighbours hardly ever hear me. I prefer reading, writing, art and craft, sewing, cooking, baking, and good conversation.
