Im looking for a medium-large room (king size bed was my worst/best purchase) around Richmond, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Kew or close by from the end of July onwards. 200-300/week.

Im a 28y/o North Queenslander hating winter and working for a boutique HiFi company.

Outside of that I am a freelance photographer after working in the industry for a few years and a musician (slowly climbing back after covid) and will back to touring and shows once restrictions ease up, and yes this means all the roomies will be dragged to every gig and festival. peep @xaviermayne_ and @briskeymusic for the tunes.

Plenty of share house experience and know the drill of day-to-day respect that the house needs. big emphasis on house vibes and would rather a house of friends instead of just a house to sleep in.

Along with myself, I come with some groovy wifi controlled lights, a decent stereo, cold dripper, at least 1 set of mismatched cutlery, and every Kendrick Lamar album on vinyl. neat and tidy without being a clean freak and happy to have your friends/my friends/any friends round for drinks and a little groove on the weekends.

BIR and courtyards preferred :)
