Hey folks,

My name's Dutchie and I'm 34 years into this whirlwind we call life. Generally quiet (an extroverted introvert), and usually hit the hay early during "school" nights. Does not go without pasta or bragoli, life quality is halved! Food is number 1 in this town.

Clean and tidy housemate, very relaxed and east to roll along with. Usually out the door before 6am for work, which is on a full time basis. I've been living in Newcastle on my own for the last year for work, and now am coming back to Sydney for work, and so here we are. Previously, shared a house in Newtown for a few years with another housemate, who became one of my best mates.

I'm a real easy going dude who prefers a home that is a somewhat of a sanctuary (except perhaps when the formula 1 or ashes is on). I travel occasionally when I'm not riding motorcycles around the world or working, so you'll find yourself with the house to yourself here and there.

Looking to share or join a house/unit with a relaxed person/people who are easy going, tidy, and happy engaging in some banter and an occasional dinner over a refreshing beverage. Always up for a barbecue, I did mention the food thing right?

Looking to move from end March to early April, looking for a minimum of 3 months which is more likely to be 6 months and longer depending on work, chances are it will be a longer period. Would prefer to share house/unit with people around the same age bracket, with an even girl-guy mix, but no couples thanks!
