Hi single 30 year old female looking for a long term room/place.

Would prefer a studio or granny flat but I’m super flexible.

I have two pets an indoor cat and a (small for her breed) female German Shepherd.

A little about myself below:

Easy going, can be social and have a chat with my housemate/s but like my own space too.

I have an healthy lifestyle. I love the beach, walking and gym. My days are long during the week so I normally keep to myself and do my own thing because I’m pretty tired. I work full time hours Monday to Thursday. I’m not about partying 24/7 and having a busy house during the week. I don’t smoke.

I’m looking to live with someone who is respectful, easy going and clean.

I have a cat called Luna she is an indoor cat and a purebred ragdoll. She is very affectionate. I also have a German Shepherd who is also the most affectionate dog and well trained. She spends most days with me too, so she isn’t home much, plus I can take her to work. I am very big on training my animals to be well behaved and I always clean up after them and keep the place tidy.
