Hello. I'm a quiet, tidy and respectful individual. I don't smoke, I don't party and I don't drink. I rarely have guests over and spend most of my time at home due to a workers compensation injury. Not really bothered by location but would prefer closer to the Inner West. I'm looking for a property for me and my cat who is currently staying with friends. He is mainly outdoor, so it needs to be ground floor. Fast internet required and no share properties, meaning no other housemates. If the place does not accept pets there is no need to contact me. Flexible to a degree with budget. Thank you
