Hi, a few things you might like to know.

I work full time with regular over time and will be out of the house from early mornings to late evenings.

I am from the Sunshine Coast and will return there some weekends just commuting from there for work every day is taxing and not much time for anything else.

So I am looking for a peaceful residence anywhere from the City and Eastern suburbs to rest after work and gym during the working weak here in Brisbane
I am a non smoker, non drinker and live a healthy lifestyle

I enjoy latin dancing and will attend some of the schools here in Brisbane when I find a place to stay and thus out at classes some evenings on weekdays too.

I often have a Big smile! Friendly.
Excited for life and Adventurous.
Clean and Tidy.

I have share housed as a head tenant renting out rooms to others in the past and understand the share house dynamics and respecting each other and the space.

I really Love Surfing, Mt Biking, Golf, Tennis and Latin Dancing although working is my main priority at the moment.
