Hi guys! I’m relocating back to Canberra after a year. I am looking for a room to rent starting early December (would prefer one with own bathroom). Ideally in Braddon, Lyneham, Dickson or Downer but I’m open to nearby areas too.

Here’s why I’d make an awesome housemate:

- 28M, I’ve survived 9 years in share houses without being voted off the island.

- I’m a non-smoker, not a party animal, and I actually know what a vacuum cleaner does.

- I enjoy outdoorsy stuff, cycling, and pretending I like the gym.

- I’m friendly, but I’m not the type to make your Netflix marathons awkward—I value space. That said, I do come with a coffee machine, which makes me basically a superhero in the mornings.

- I work full-time and travel overseas a lot for work, so you’ll probably forget I even live there.
