I’m 34, work full time, and live with my two small, well trained dogs. I love creating a home that feels calm, welcoming and well cared for.

I really enjoy cooking and hosting the occasional dinner night. I’m happiest when the house feels warm and social (without being chaotic). I value a space that’s clean and functional, and appreciate living with people who take pride in where they live too.

I’m organised, direct but respectful, and prefer clear communication over passive tension.

My current lease of 6 years is coming to an end, so I’m looking to team up with 1 - 3 mature, like minded people to secure a 3 - 4 bedroom house with a yard and a pool. (My dream!)

I currently have a full 4 bedroom house worth of quality furniture and homewares, so I’d be bringing everything needed to create a beautiful, fully furnished home, you could literally just move in with a suitcase of clothes but I can sell or store bedroom furniture if preferred. (If the place comes with more space then my current then this may even suit someone that has some furniture)

I’ll be taking the ensuite (as I’ll be coordinating the lease, bills and bringing the furnishings), and the other rooms will share the main bathroom unless the house comes with more then two bathrooms :)

I have two small, well trained Cavoodles named Pepper and Pickles who will be living with us. Because of this, I’m not looking to bring additional pets into the household. And looking for people who love dogs.

I really value a clean, functional, and calm home environment. I’m particular about shared spaces being kept tidy and usable. Not perfection 24/7, but consistent respect for the space.
