I’m looking for a place that’s secure, clean, drama-free, and communicative - somewhere that feels safe and homey.
I’ve lived in sharehouses since moving from North QLD in 2010 (from 1 to 15 housemates!), and my rent is always paid early. I also keep a buffer saved for emergencies, so reliability won’t ever be an issue.

A bit about me:
I’m an ex-early childhood educator/nanny of 12 years, now working in insurance. Definitely not a party animal - think Netflix, books, cross stitch, puzzles, theatre, comedy shows, ballet and heavy metal. Yes, all of it.

I’m slightly allergic to cats but can compromise as long as my space is cat-free.

I’m quiet, respectful, love cooking, and keep to myself. Currently on a graded return to work plan after shoulder surgery in August, but all bills and rent are securely covered.
