I’m Josh, originally from Wales been living in Sydney for 9 years and I’ve still got the dodgy accent. Working designer/engineer, I'm out the door early or sat in front of my computer drawing, so I need somewhere for a desk.

Very easy going, clean, laid back, and not a member of the fun police. I try to train when I can and come with some gym equipment to make a home gym, if there's space for that sweet, if not it can live in work. On the weekends I like to get out and enjoy the weather, hitting the trails on my mountain bike or catching up with mates. Very sociable, very happy to enjoy a drink or meal with anyone but also happy to keep myself entertained. Ideally looking for somewhere with easy parking doesn't have to be off-street, fits a king size bed (can change that) and somewhere to store my ever growing tool collection, I can fix most things.
