Looking for a flatmate / someone to team up with 🏠

I’m planning to move out around 9 October and figured rather than paying a ridiculous amount for a 1-bed, it makes more sense to team up with someone and find a nice 2-bed in a good area.

Ideally looking for somewhere within ~30 mins of the CBD by train/tram, but pretty open on suburbs — as long as it’s a good, safe area with decent amenities.

Budget: around $300 + bills per person/week

A bit about me — 37M, working professional and mostly WFH. Clean/tidy, gym regularly, fairly social, but definitely not a party person. Looking for a place that's chill and social when we feel like it, but where we can also do our own thing.

Ideally looking for someone around a similar age, working professional, clean, considerate and relatively quiet. No smokers or pets.

The idea would be to team up and jointly find/apply for a 2-bed, rather than me taking a room in an existing sharehouse. We can figure out the furniture situation once we find the right place.
