Hi potential housemates

Looking to set up a “home sweet home” in Eastern suburbs. I have all the furniture and appliances so ideally looking for people who are interested in starting a new share house I.e. housemates won't need anything other than the furniture for their room.

A bit about myself - Originally from north of India. Lived in the UK before moving to Sydney 3 years ago. I’m equivalent to a native English speaker. Ricky is my professional name at work, Legal name is Saurabh. I work in risk consulting in CBD which keeps me busy during the week. I like to stay active and regularly go to the beach or cycle in centennial park. Try to go to the gym before work every morning so I could be a good gym partner too if you like. I enjoy cooking delicious and healthy food but typically eat out on the weekends. People describe me as polite and courteous. I’m very open minded and accept people as they are as long they are considerate and sensible. I like to keep things clean and tidy as much as I can. I’m self-sufficient and content but appreciate closely knit housemates with respect for personal space. Looking for someone with similar mindset.
