Hi! I'm a 33 year old partially deaf woman looking for a place/room.
The place I'm currently living in is being sold and I have til end of September to find somewhere.
I''m open to anywhere on the northside, public transport being nearby is a plus.
Price is open to negotiation depending on whether bills are included or not.

*~About me~*
★ I don't smoke, barely drink (maybe socially once a month), and don't have any pets. I don't mind if you do all these things though :)
★ I am currently unemployed due to lack of hours due to Covid, but hoping to find another job close to where I move. However, I am on Jobseeker payments and always pay my rent and bills as soon as I'm paid.
★ I'm considerate of my housemates and clean up after myself. I don't really have any visitors 'cept for one I have over a few times a week. (My partner) I keep to myself and spend most of my time in my room. (Introvert here, ha)
★I have a large front load washing machine, brand new dryer, microwave, and I'm about to get a 2nd-hand freezer in the coming weeks. Happy to share all of these. I also have my own bedroom furniture (Queen bed, 2 x drawers, beside table and vanity).
★ I also have some boxes that I can stack neatly that I'll need to store somewhere if possible (and all above non-bedroom furniture if not needed/being used)

Ideally, I would like to live alone or I'm looking to live with one other (though willing to consider a couple or two others if I can have my own bathroom/space). At this stage, I'd probably prefer to live with another female/possibly a couple, though I'm keeping my options open. I've been sharing my entire adult life and would like some more privacy at this age if possible.
