We are a married couple seeking property or team-up between Goodna and St Lucia with access to train line.

We have a house of furniture and are interested in teaming up with another couple or single working professional to lease a 3+ bedroom, 2 bathroom unfurnished property. We are moving from Gladstone, Qld to the area for work and will both be working full-time.

Our ideal housemate is someone who is trustworthy, respectful, has a good rental history and who would want to find a place and sign the lease agreement with us.

In this environment we are also open to a smaller place (apartment, granny flat etc.) or joining a couple/professional who already has signed a lease and is looking for someone else on the lease (or approved occupants).

We have over ten years rental experience and lived with housemates for majority of that time. We have fish tanks for pets. We are wanting to create a home with likeminded people.
