Aaron and Lingyun

Hi, I'm Aaron, my partner is coming to Sydney and we will need a furnished whole property to stay (two people) from 17/12/2025-16/01/2026 (move in and move out dates are firm).

I am looking for:
● whole furnished property/apartment (no studio or flat share/house share)
● firm move in and move out date listed above, 30 days total stay length
● walking distance to train station (metro line preferred)
● non-smoking
● off-street parking for 1 car
● around 1k/week or less, bills and internet included
