I am quite clean and reserved. Like my own space but also love a friendly environment. I work most days and have the occasional Sunday off (Finance professional during the week, and have a side hussle on weekends). I am terrified of pets so a housemate without would be suitable. I prefer to live with one other person and have my own bathroom. My ideal house mate is someone that cleans after themselves and is respectful.
