Looking for a nice house share or studio near the beach. Preferably with parking. Double size room. Needs to be a non smoking building as I have asthma. Bath would be a bonus.

I'm a dog walker/pet sitter so wouldn't be home much. I have a lot of regular pet sitting so would vary month to month but the last few months I've probably been at home 1 week out of the month tops.

Just want a nice peaceful (I'm not a party person) homey space to come back to when I'm not pet sitting. Love being out in nature, going for an adventure somewhere new, trying out new things or just chilling at the beach or a park.
