I work full-time and I’m respectful, friendly, and value a calm home. I’m not looking for a social house. I want a peaceful space where we can coexist easily and do our own thing.

• Reliable with rent and bills
• Independent and low-key
• Not loud and not hosting parties constantly
• Comfortable with occasional smoking outside
• Comfortable with my partner staying over occasionally
• Happy to keep shared spaces clean and communicate directly if needed

Ideal setup:
• Two-bedroom apartment
• Separate bedrooms and bathrooms
• Balcony or outdoor space
• Quiet building
